the paving device comprises a first bracket and a second bracket, and the top end of the second bracket is fixedly connected with the connecting group; one end of the first bracket is rotatably provided with a press roller, the other end of the first bracket is hinged with the second bracket, a second torsion spring which is in an initial state and enables the second bracket to incline downwards is arranged at the hinged joint, and a second bracket driving mechanism which can drive the second bracket to rotate is arranged on the first bracket; the bottom end of the second bracket is rotatably provided with a winding drum;
