A cleaning and wiping integrated device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the water wiping mechanism comprises an installation frame (6) fixed on the movable frame body (1), a water wiping component (7) used for wiping away accumulated water and a water absorbing component (8) used for absorbing water, and the water wiping component (7) is located in front of the water absorbing component (8) along the moving direction of the movable frame body (1); the wiper component (7) comprises a scraper (71) which is detachably connected to the mounting frame (6) and abuts against the ground at the lower side, and the scraper (71) is V-shaped and faces a horizontal opening of the cleaning mechanism.

A cleaning and wiping integrated device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: an inclined plate (711) is obliquely arranged at one end, away from the cleaning mechanism, of the scraper (71), and the lower side of the inclined plate (711) is abutted against the ground; the water wiping component (7) further comprises a first-level conveying belt (72) and a storage groove (73), wherein the first-level conveying belt (72) is the same in inclination with the inclined plate (711), the storage groove (73) is upwards opened towards the top end of the inclined plate (711), the first-level conveying belt (72) is arranged on the upper side of the inclined plate (711) and fixed on the mounting frame (6), and a plurality of push plates (721) used for removing broken stones in sewage are arranged on the belt surface of the first-level conveying belt (72) at intervals.

A cleaning and wiping integrated device as claimed in claim 3, wherein: two ends of the push plate (721) bend towards the rotating direction of the primary conveyor belt (72) to form a bent plate; and a plurality of drain holes (722) are arranged at the two ends of the push plate (721) close to the width direction of the primary conveyor belt (72) in a penetrating way.
5. A cleaning and wiping integrated device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: along portable support body (1) moving direction, branch pipeline (4) are located in the horizontal opening of scraper blade (71).

A cleaning and wiping integrated device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the water absorption assembly (8) comprises a secondary conveyor belt (81) which is obliquely arranged on the mounting frame (6), a water absorption layer (82) which is used for absorbing water, a compression roller (83) which is used for extruding the water absorption layer (82) on the top end of the secondary conveyor belt (81) and a water storage tank (84) which is upwards opened towards the top end of the secondary conveyor belt (81), wherein the water absorption layer (82) is coated on the belt surface of the secondary conveyor belt (81), and the compression roller (83) and the water storage tank (84) are both arranged on the mounting frame (6).
7. The cleaning and wiping integrated device as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the width of the secondary conveyor belt (81) is larger than the opening width of the scraper (71).

A cleaning and wiping integrated device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: mounting bracket (6) are fixed in cylinder (61) of portable support body (1), transversely set up and are fixed in mounting panel (62) and many flexible gag lever post (63) of the flexible end of cylinder (61) including the cylinder body, the both ends of flexible gag lever post (63) are fixed in portable support body (1) and mounting panel (62) respectively, it all sets up in mounting panel (62) to scrape water subassembly (7) and absorb water subassembly (8).
9. A cleaning and wiping integrated device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the water spraying direction of the spray head (5) and the moving direction of the movable frame body (1) form an obtuse angle.
10. A cleaning and wiping integrated device as claimed in claim 9, wherein: the branch pipeline (4) is a bent pipe bent towards the moving direction of the movable support body (1), and the spray heads (5) are positioned at two ends of the branch pipeline (4) and are opened towards the inner part of the branch pipeline (4).
