Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to solve the technical problems of overcoming the defects of the prior art and providing the outer cylinder of the washing machine, which can effectively solve the problems of difficult disassembly and assembly of the inner cylinder accessory structures of the existing lifting device, centrifugal valve, filter cover and the like through the disassembly opening arranged on the outer cylinder.
In order to achieve the object, according to one aspect of the present application, the following technical solutions are adopted:
the outer cylinder of the washing machine is provided with a disassembly opening, the disassembly opening is provided with a plugging part, and the plugging part is provided with an opening state capable of opening the disassembly opening and a plugging state capable of plugging the disassembly opening.
Further, the outer cylinder comprises a bottom wall and a peripheral wall arranged around the bottom wall, and the disassembly opening is formed in the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder; the plugging part is a plugging cover movably connected or detachably arranged on the disassembly opening, and the plugging cover is in sealing arrangement with the disassembly opening.
Further, the disassembly opening is a stepped opening, an annular first-stage stepped part is arranged in the disassembly opening, the outer edge of the plugging cover is embedded in the annular first-stage stepped part of the disassembly opening, and an annular sealing ring which can be in sealing abutting connection with the first-stage stepped part is arranged on the inner wall of the plugging cover;
preferably, an annular sealing groove matched with the annular sealing ring is formed in the primary step part, and the annular sealing ring can be extruded and abutted in the annular sealing groove.
Further, one side of the plugging cover is rotatably connected to the disassembly opening to open/close the disassembly opening, a locking mechanism is arranged on the outer cylinder, and when the plugging cover closes the disassembly opening, the locking mechanism acts to lock the position of the plugging cover;
or the plugging cover is detachably arranged on the disassembly opening through a connecting piece.
The application also provides a washing machine with the outer barrel of the washing machine, the washing machine comprises an inner barrel rotatably arranged in the outer barrel, an inner barrel accessory is arranged on the peripheral wall of the inner barrel, and the disassembly opening is arranged on the outer barrel at a position corresponding to the inner barrel accessory.
Further, the washing machine is a drum washing machine, the inner cylinder accessory comprises a lifting device fixed on the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder through a first connecting piece, and the dismounting opening comprises a lifting device dismounting opening formed in the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder at a position corresponding to the lifting device;
preferably, the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder is divided into an upper half and a lower half by taking a horizontal plane where the central axis of the outer cylinder is located as an upper and lower dividing surface, and the lifting device dismounting opening is formed in the upper half of the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder.
The lifting device disassembly openings are further provided with one or more lifting devices, the number of the lifting device disassembly openings is M, and M is more than or equal to 1; preferably, the number of the lifting device dismounting ports is one; more preferably, the lifting device dismounting port is formed in the top of the outer barrel.
Further, the lifting device is arranged along the axial direction of the inner cylinder, the outer cylinder comprises a front cylinder and a rear cylinder, and the lifting device dismounting port is formed in the front cylinder and/or the rear cylinder;
preferably, two ends of the lifting device are respectively fixed on the front cylinder/the rear cylinder through front-end first connecting pieces/rear-end first connecting pieces; the lifting device dismounting port is formed by splicing a first opening formed in the front barrel connecting edge and a second opening formed in the rear barrel connecting edge; the front end first connecting piece and the rear end first connecting piece are positioned in the projection range of the lifting device dismounting opening on the inner barrel.
Further, the inner cylinder can independently hold washing water when washing clothes, a dewatering hole is formed in the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder, and the inner cylinder accessory further comprises a centrifugal valve which is arranged on the dewatering hole and used for controlling the on/off of the inner cylinder accessory;
the centrifugal valve is fixed on the inner cylinder through a second connecting piece, and the projection of the circumferential wall of the inner cylinder, corresponding to the disassembly opening of the lifting device, in the axial direction of the circumferential wall of the inner cylinder is divided into a naked area and a shielded area;
the centrifugal valve is arranged on the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder in the exposed area, and the centrifugal valve and the lifting device share the same lifting device dismounting port; or the centrifugal valve is arranged on the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder in the shielded area, and the disassembly opening further comprises a centrifugal valve disassembly opening which is formed in the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder and corresponds to the position of the centrifugal valve.
Further, the washing machine is a pulsator washing machine, the inner cylinder accessory comprises a water channel and/or a filtering cover and/or a water-shifting blade which are/is arranged on the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder, and the disassembly opening is arranged on the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder at the position corresponding to the water channel and/or the filtering cover and/or the water-shifting blade.
Preferably, the disassembly opening is formed on the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder close to the front side of the washing machine; the disassembly opening is arranged at the middle part or the position above the middle part of the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder.
After the technical scheme is adopted, compared with the prior art, the application has the following beneficial effects:
according to the washing machine provided by the application, the disassembly opening is formed in the outer cylinder at the position corresponding to the inner cylinder accessory, and when the inner cylinder accessory on the inner cylinder is disassembled and installed, the inner cylinder accessory is disassembled and installed without disassembling the outer cylinder of the washing machine, and the disassembly and the installation operation on the inner cylinder accessory can be realized by opening the disassembly opening on the outer cylinder, so that the disassembly and the installation processes of the inner cylinder accessory such as the lifting device, the centrifugal valve, the filter cover and the like on the inner cylinder are simpler and more convenient, and the time and the labor are saved.

For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments will be clearly and completely described with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and the following embodiments are used to illustrate the present application, but are not intended to limit the scope of the present application.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, this embodiment provides a washing machine outer cylinder 1, is equipped with on the outer cylinder 1 and dismantles mouth 11, when dismantling and installing the inner cylinder annex such as hoisting device 21, centrifugal valve, filter cover on the inner cylinder 2, user or maintenance workman etc. accessible dismantles mouth 11 and directly stretches into on the inner cylinder 2 outer wall and dismantle the installation operation, need not to dismantle outer cylinder 1 and take out inner cylinder 2 for the dismantlement and the installation process of the inner cylinder annex on the inner cylinder 2 are simpler and more convenient, labour saving and time saving.
Further, a blocking member 12 is provided on the disassembly port 11, and the blocking member 12 has an open state in which the disassembly port 11 can be opened and a blocking state in which the disassembly port 11 is blocked.
When the inner cylinder accessory on the inner cylinder 2 needs to be disassembled and replaced, the plugging member 12 opens the disassembly opening 11, and a user or a maintenance worker directly performs disassembly and assembly operation on the inner cylinder accessory through the disassembly opening 11.
After the disassembly and installation are finished, the plugging part 12 plugs the disassembly opening 11, so that the problem that the washing water in the outer barrel 1 overflows from the disassembly opening 11 to damage electric parts in the washing machine, influence the safety performance of the electric parts and cause safety accidents is effectively avoided.
Further, the outer cylinder 1 comprises a bottom wall and a peripheral wall surrounding the bottom wall in a circle, the disassembly opening 11 is formed in the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder 1 along the axial direction of the outer cylinder 1, and inner cylinder accessories at different positions of the inner cylinder 2 can be disassembled and assembled by rotating the inner cylinder 2. The shape and the number of the disassembly openings 11 are not limited, and the shape and the number of the disassembly openings 11 can be set according to the shape and the number of the inner cylinder accessories installed on the inner cylinder 2 and can be round, square or other irregular shapes.
Further, the plugging member 12 is a plugging cover movably connected or detachably mounted on the disassembly opening 11, and the shape and the size of the plugging cover are matched with those of the disassembly opening 11. The sealing cover is arranged between the disassembly opening 11, so that the tightness of the outer cylinder 1 is further ensured, and the leakage of washing water is avoided.
Further, the disassembly opening 11 is a stepped opening, an annular first-stage stepped portion is formed in the disassembly opening 11, the outer edge of the plugging cover is embedded in the annular first-stage stepped portion of the disassembly opening 11, and the shape style of the outer wall surface of the plugging cover can be set to be the same as that of the outer wall surface of the outer cylinder 1, so that the outer cylinder 1 is of an integral structure from the outer side, and the appearance is better.
Further, an annular sealing ring 121 which can be in sealing contact with the first-stage stepped portion is arranged on the inner wall of the plugging cover, one side face of the annular sealing ring 121 is fixedly connected to the plugging cover, the other side face of the annular sealing ring 121 is in contact with the upper surface of the annular first-stage stepped portion, sealing contact is formed, and the phenomenon that water leakage occurs in the outer cylinder 1 is avoided.

In this embodiment, one side of the plugging cover is rotatably connected to the disassembly opening 11 to open/close the disassembly opening 11, and a locking mechanism is provided on the outer cylinder 1, and when the plugging cover closes the disassembly opening 11, the locking mechanism acts to lock the position of the plugging cover, so that the plugging cover is kept in a plugging state for plugging the disassembly opening 11.
For example, the locking mechanism may include a locking rod capable of moving up and down, the plugging cover is provided with a locking groove matched with the locking rod, and the plugging cover is controlled to plug the disassembly opening 11 or open the disassembly opening 11 by manually or electrically controlling the locking rod to move to be matched with or separated from the locking groove. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, other existing locking mechanisms may be used to ensure that the plugging cover can be locked in the plugging state of plugging the disassembly port 11.
Or in another scheme, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the plugging cover is detachably mounted on the dismounting opening 11 through a connecting piece 122, when the inner cylinder accessory on the inner cylinder 2 needs to be dismounted and replaced, the plugging cover is dismounted from the dismounting opening 11, and a user or a maintenance worker directly performs dismounting and mounting operation through the dismounting opening 11. After the disassembly and assembly are finished, the plugging cover is assembled on the disassembly opening 11 through the connecting piece 122, the disassembly opening 11 is plugged, and the overflow of the washing water in the outer barrel 1 from the disassembly opening 11 is avoided.
Preferably, the connecting piece 122 is a screw, the periphery of the plugging cover has an annular overlap portion overlapping the first step portion, a plurality of first threaded holes are formed in the annular overlap portion at intervals in the circumferential direction, a second threaded hole matched with the first threaded hole is correspondingly formed in the first step portion, the screw sequentially penetrates through the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole, and the plugging cover is tightly fixed on the disassembly opening 11 by screwing the screw.
The plugging cover in the embodiment is installed on the disassembly opening 11 in a detachable connection mode by adopting a screw, so that the plugging cover and the disassembly opening 11 can be more tightly matched to ensure the sealing effect of the outer cylinder 1.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a washing machine having the outer tub 1 of the washing machine described in the first embodiment, the washing machine includes an inner tub 2 rotatably provided in the outer tub 1, the outer tub 1 is installed in the housing 3, an inner tub attachment is installed on a peripheral wall of the inner tub 2, and the removal opening 11 is opened on the outer tub 1 at a position corresponding to the inner tub attachment.
Through the dismantlement mouth 11 of seting up of the position that corresponds the inner tube annex on urceolus 1, when dismantling and installing the inner tube annex on the inner tube 2, need not to dismantle washing machine urceolus 1 and take out inner tube 2 and dismantle the installation to the inner tube annex, can realize dismantling and install the operation to the inner tube annex through opening dismantlement mouth 11 for the dismounting and the installation process of hoisting device 21, centrifugal valve etc. inner tube annex on the inner tube 2 is simple and convenient more, labour saving and time saving.
In this embodiment, the washing machine is taken as a drum washing machine for example to describe in detail, the inner cylinder 2 includes an inner cylinder bottom wall and an inner cylinder peripheral wall surrounding the inner cylinder bottom wall, the inner cylinder accessory includes a lifting device 21 fixed on the inner cylinder 2 peripheral wall through a first connecting piece 211, the lifting device 21 is a lifting rib installed on the inner cylinder 2 inner peripheral wall, and clothes can be brought to a high place through the lifting rib when the inner cylinder 2 rotates, so as to form a vertical beating, so as to improve the cleaning effect and the cleaning ratio of the clothes.
The dismounting port 11 comprises a lifting device dismounting port formed in the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder 1 at a position corresponding to the lifting device 21. In this embodiment, the first connecting member 211 is a fixing screw or a fixing bolt, but the dismounting opening of the lifting device provided in the present application is not limited to the structure of only dismounting and mounting the screw and bolt, and other connecting structures that need to mount the lifting device 21 from the outer surface of the inner cylinder 2 can be dismounted and mounted through the dismounting opening of the lifting device in the present application.
Preferably, the horizontal plane where the central axis of the outer cylinder 1 is located is taken as an upper and lower division surface, the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder 1 is divided into an upper half part and a lower half part, the lifting device disassembly opening is formed in the upper half part of the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder 1, and the lifting device disassembly opening is formed in the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder 1 located in the upper half part, so that the water leakage of the lifting device disassembly opening can be effectively avoided.

In this embodiment, one or N lifting devices 21 are disposed on the inner cylinder 2, the number of the dismounting openings of the lifting devices is M, M is greater than or equal to 1, and the number M of the dismounting openings of the lifting devices may be any number less than or equal to the number M of the lifting devices 21, that is, M is less than or equal to N.
Preferably, m=1, that is, the number of the dismounting openings of the lifting devices in this embodiment is one, the dismounting openings of the lifting devices are formed on the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder 1 along the axial direction of the outer cylinder 1, and N lifting devices 21 on the inner cylinder 2 or any one or more lifting devices 21 can be dismounted through one dismounting opening of the lifting devices, because the inner cylinder 2 is rotatable, N lifting devices 2 are rotated to the position of the dismounting opening of the lifting devices one by one, and all lifting devices 21 are dismounted successively or any one of them is selected to be dismounted at will.
Through the design, the N lifting devices 21 are detached and installed through the lifting device detaching opening, so that the number of openings of the outer cylinder 1 is reduced to the greatest extent, the structure and the processing technology of the outer cylinder 1 can be simplified while the normal detachment and installation of all the lifting devices 21 are ensured, and meanwhile, the problem that the sealing effect of the outer cylinder 1 is poor due to the fact that the number of the openings is too large can be effectively avoided.
More preferably, as shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the lifting device dismounting opening is formed at the top of the outer cylinder 1, so that the possibility of water leakage is avoided to the greatest extent, and the lifting device dismounting opening is formed at the top of the outer cylinder 1 without interference of other components, and can be easily dismounted by tools such as a screwdriver.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the lifting device 21 is disposed in the peripheral wall of the inner tub 2 along the axial direction of the inner tub 2, and the outer tub 1 includes a front tub 101 at the front end of the washing machine and a rear tub 102 at the rear end. The rear end of the rear cylinder 102 is provided with a driving motor 4, and the driving motor 4 is in driving connection with the inner cylinder 2 and drives the inner cylinder 2 to rotate for washing.
The front cylinder 101 is close to the connecting edge of the rear cylinder 102 and the connecting edge of the rear cylinder 102 close to the front cylinder 101 are in butt joint and then are fused into a whole to form the outer cylinder 1, and the position of the lifting device dismounting port corresponding to the lifting device 21 is arranged on the front cylinder 101 and/or the rear cylinder 102 of the outer cylinder 1.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the first connector 211 includes a front first connector and a rear first connector, the front end of the lifting device 21 is fixed on the front cylinder 101 by the front first connector, and the rear end of the lifting device 21 is fixed on the rear cylinder 102 by the rear first connector.
Specifically, the lifting device disassembly opening is two parts, the lifting device disassembly opening comprises a first opening formed in the connecting edge of the front cylinder 101 and a second opening formed in the connecting edge of the rear cylinder 102, and the lifting device disassembly opening is formed by splicing the first opening and the second opening. The front end first connecting piece and the rear end first connecting piece are positioned in the projection range of the lifting device dismounting opening on the inner barrel 2. Preferably, the size of the lifting device dismounting opening is matched with the projection size of the lifting rib on the inner barrel 2, so that a user or a maintenance worker can extend the handle into the lifting device dismounting opening to perform dismounting and mounting operation.
In this embodiment, the lifting device disassembly opening is a strip-shaped opening corresponding to the lifting rib arranged on the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder 1, and the distance between two short sides of the lifting device disassembly opening is greater than the distance between the front end first connecting piece and the rear end first connecting piece, and the distance between two long sides is not less than the width of the lifting rib.
As shown in fig. 1, the plugging member 12 is a strip-shaped plugging cap, the four corners of the strip-shaped plugging cap are respectively provided with the first threaded holes, the annular one-stage stepped part is correspondingly provided with the second threaded holes which are in one-to-one correspondence with the four first threaded holes, and the strip-shaped plugging cap is tightly fixed on the dismounting hole of the lifting device through four screws.
In this embodiment, the inner tub 2 can independently hold washing water when washing clothes, so as to avoid the problem that the washing water is polluted by dirt and bacteria accumulated outside the tub due to the cross flow of the washing water inside and outside the inner tub 2 during the washing process of the washing machine. The dewatering hole is formed in the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 2, the inner cylinder accessory further comprises a centrifugal valve which is arranged on the dewatering hole and used for controlling the on/off of the dewatering hole, and a dismounting opening matched with the centrifugal valve is formed in the outer cylinder 1 at a position corresponding to the centrifugal valve.
The centrifugal valve is fixed on the inner cylinder 2 through a second connecting piece, the second connecting piece is a screw, and the centrifugal valve is fixed on the inner cylinder 2 through the screw. The projection of the circumferential wall of the inner cylinder 2, corresponding to the dismounting opening of the lifting device, on the axial direction of the circumferential wall of the inner cylinder 2 is divided into an exposed area and a shielded area. The exposed area is a section of exposed peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 2, which can be exposed by the dismounting opening of the lifting device in the rotating process of the inner cylinder 2, and the shielded area is a shielded peripheral wall which is positioned at the front end and the rear end of the exposed peripheral wall and is shielded by the outer cylinder 2.
In one version, the centrifugal valve is mounted on the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 2 in the exposed area, and shares the same lifting device removal port with the lifting device 21. The centrifugal valve comprises a centrifugal valve shell which is covered outside the centrifugal valve, the centrifugal valve shell is fixed on the inner cylinder 2 through screws, the centrifugal valve shell or the centrifugal valve is damaged, when maintenance or replacement is needed, a lifting device disassembly opening is opened, the inner cylinder 1 is rotated, the centrifugal valve is rotated to a position corresponding to the lifting device disassembly opening, the second connecting piece is disassembled or installed through the lifting device disassembly opening, the disassembly and installation operation of the centrifugal valve shell or the centrifugal valve is realized, and the disassembly and installation process is simpler and more convenient, time-saving and labor-saving.
Alternatively, in another scheme, the centrifugal valve is mounted on the peripheral wall of the inner cylinder 2 in the shielded area, and the disassembly port 11 further comprises a centrifugal valve disassembly port formed on the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder 1 at a position corresponding to the centrifugal valve. The centrifugal valve disassembly opening corresponds to the position of the centrifugal valve shell, and the opening area of the centrifugal valve disassembly opening is larger than the projection area of the centrifugal valve shell on the inner barrel 2, so that a user can conveniently disassemble and assemble the centrifugal valve.
When the centrifugal valve shell or the centrifugal valve is damaged and needs to be maintained or replaced, the centrifugal valve disassembly opening is opened, the inner cylinder 1 is rotated, the centrifugal valve is rotated to the position corresponding to the lifting centrifugal valve disassembly opening, the second connecting piece is disassembled or assembled through the centrifugal valve disassembly opening, the disassembly and assembly operation of the centrifugal valve shell or the centrifugal valve is realized, the disassembly and assembly process is simpler and more convenient, and the time and the labor are saved.
In this embodiment, the disassembly opening is not limited to the lifting device 21 and the centrifugal valve of the drum washing machine, and other inner drum accessories on the inner drum 2 of the drum washing machine that need to be installed from the outer side of the inner drum 2 can be disassembled and installed through the disassembly opening in this embodiment.
Example III
The embodiment provides a pulsator washing machine with the outer drum of the washing machine in the first embodiment, the washing machine comprises an inner drum rotatably arranged in the outer drum, an inner drum accessory is installed on the peripheral wall of the inner drum, the inner drum accessory comprises a water channel and/or a filtering cover and/or a water stirring blade installed on the peripheral wall of the inner drum, and the disassembly opening is formed in the peripheral wall of the outer drum corresponding to the water channel and/or the filtering cover and/or the water stirring blade.
The number of the disassembly openings is W, wherein W is more than or equal to 1, and the number and the positions of the disassembly openings can be respectively corresponding to the number and the positions of the water channels, the filtering covers or the water poking leaves.
Preferably, w=1, the length of the disassembly opening in the axial direction is set to be relatively longer, and the water channel, the filtering cover and the water-shifting blade are all covered in the disassembly opening, so that a plurality of inner cylinder accessories such as the water channel, the filtering cover and the water-shifting blade on the inner cylinder can be disassembled through one disassembly opening, and any one or more of the water channel, the filtering cover and the water-shifting blade can be arbitrarily selected to be disassembled and installed by rotating the inner cylinder to the position of the disassembly opening.
Preferably, the disassembly opening is formed in the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder at the front side of the washing machine, and is more convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the disassembly opening is formed in the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder at the front side of the washing machine, so that the problem that the disassembly and assembly of a master or a user are inconvenient to maintain at the rear side of the washing machine is avoided.
More preferably, the disassembly opening is arranged at the middle part or the position above the middle part of the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder, compared with the position of arranging the disassembly opening at the lower part of the peripheral wall of the outer cylinder, on the one hand, the disassembly opening is convenient for maintenance master operation in height, and on the other hand, the possibility of water leakage of the disassembly opening can be reduced to the greatest extent.
Through above-mentioned design, a plurality of inner tube annex structures such as water course, filter cover, group water leaf dismantle the installation through a dismantlement mouth, furthest reduces the open-ended quantity of urceolus, when guaranteeing can normally dismantle the installation water course, filter cover, group water leaf, can simplify the structure and the processing technology of urceolus, also can effectively avoid simultaneously because the open-ended quantity is too much, leads to the sealed effectual problem of urceolus.
