The steel plate for the marine structure with high cracking resistance according to claim 1, wherein the mechanical properties of the steel plate are as follows: the yield strength is 420-520MPa, the tensile strength is 540-640MPa, and the impact energy is more than or equal to 100J at the central position of the thickness of the steel plate at the temperature of minus 40 ℃.

(2) the rolling process comprises the following steps: rolling the steel plate by adopting a two-section controlled rolling mode, wherein the heating time coefficient before rolling the casting blank is 2.2-2.5 min/mm, the rolling temperature at the second section is 800-850 ℃, and the temperature is returned to 680-720 ℃ after rolling;
