the composition of the outer coating (1) comprises an epoxy resin component and an amine component for curing the epoxy resin component, the amine component comprising at least one polyamide curing agent and at least one mannich base curing agent;
the components of the inner coating (3) comprise an epoxy resin component, a silicon dioxide particle component, a silane coupling agent component, an epoxy resin component and a hydrophobic agent component.
2. The composite aluminum foil with the epoxy resin coating attached thereon as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the polyamide curing agent and the mannich base curing agent are derivatives of cycloaliphatic polyamines, and the resin to amine weight ratio in the cycloaliphatic polyamine is in the range of 100: 12 to 100: 25, or higher.
3. The composite aluminum foil with the epoxy resin coating attached thereon as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the polyamide curing agent has an amine value of 100mgKOH/g or more, which is contained relative to the total weight of the polyamide curing agent.
4. The composite aluminum foil with the epoxy resin coating attached thereon as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mannich base curing agent has an amine value of 150mgKOH/g or more and is contained relative to the total weight of the mannich base curing agent.
5. The composite aluminum foil with the epoxy resin coating attached thereon as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the hydrophobic agent is any one or a mixture of more of C8-C22 alkyl trichlorosilane, C8-C22 alkyl trialkoxysilane, tetrahydroperfluoro C6-C12 alkyl trichlorosilane and tetrahydroperfluoro C6-C12 alkyl trialkoxysilane.
6. The composite aluminum foil with the epoxy resin coating attached thereon as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the epoxy resin component is any one of aqueous epoxy resin emulsion and assistant-free epoxy resin for curing.
7. The processing method is used for the composite aluminum foil with the external epoxy resin coating according to any one of claims 1 to 6, and is characterized by comprising the following specific steps of:
s1, enabling the composite aluminum foil (100) to penetrate through the contact surfaces of two pairs of rolling rollers (200) at the lower end and the upper end and clamping the composite aluminum foil, enabling the composite aluminum foil (100) to penetrate through the baking surface of the heater (600), and adjusting the relative positions of the heater (600) and the composite aluminum foil (100);
s2, respectively filling the stock solution of the outer coating (1) and the stock solution of the inner coating (3) into the two material tanks (400);
s3, starting the two upper rollers (200) to enable the rollers (200) to pull the composite aluminum foil (100) to move, and pulling the feeding roller (500) to rotate in the moving process of the composite aluminum foil (100);
s4, the material feeding roller (500) is driven to rotate when rotating, the material feeding roller (300) rotates to enable stock solution in the material groove (400) to be brought towards the outer circle of the material feeding roller (500), the stock solution on the outer circle of the material feeding roller (500) is attached to the side face of the composite aluminum foil (100), and the stock solution of the outer coating (1) and the stock solution of the inner coating (3) are attached to the two sides of the composite aluminum foil (100) because the two material feeding rollers (500) are respectively arranged on the two sides of the composite aluminum foil (100);
s5, baking the stock solution of the outer coating (1) and the stock solution of the inner coating (3) on the two sides of the composite aluminum foil (100) by a heater (600) to finish curing.
8. A method of processing according to claim 7, wherein: the curing temperature of the stock solution of the outer coating (1) and the stock solution of the inner coating (3) outside the aluminum foil main body (2) is 60-110 ℃.
9. A method of processing according to claim 7, wherein: the two rollers (200) at the lower end are internally provided with a heating device.
10. A method of processing according to claim 7, wherein: a fan and a heater connected with fins are arranged in the heater (600), and the hot air direction of the heater (600) is 45 degrees inclined upwards.
