Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of paint production, in particular to a novel reflective paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, reflective coatings are widely applied to the fields of light distribution devices, LEDs and the like, such as light sources, lamps and the like, light sources of flat panel displays in the prior art generally adopt a direct-projection and high-condensation structure, the adoption of the structure increases the brightness of the lamp, but a serious problem is caused, namely light source pollution, the high-condensation lamp source directly stings eyes of people, the comfort level of people in a room is affected, and certain damage is caused to human bodies, so that the reflective coatings are complained by many consumers.
The diffuse reflection refers to a phenomenon that light is irregularly reflected in various directions by a rough surface. When light is irradiated on the surface of an object, if the surface of the object is ideally flat, the light flux is reflected by the ideal plane except the light flux absorbed by the object, and the light flux is called total reflection or pure reflection.
However, since the surface of an actual object is uneven in a microscopic view, the light is diffused in the circumferential direction, i.e., diffusely reflected. The diffuse reflection coating utilizes the irregular diffuse reflection and good light transmittance of the optical-grade pigment to light, so that the transmission direction of the passing light is irregularly changed, and the diffuse reflection coating is equivalent to a plurality of secondary light sources. In addition, the diffuse reflective coating is not only related to the properties of the reflective material itself, but also to the surface morphology, i.e. to the surface roughness.
But excessive surface roughness also results in lower diffuse reflectance. Because many lumps are formed on top of each other, deeper channels are formed so that light reaches the bottom of the substrate, resulting in a reduction of reflected light. Therefore, a moderately rough surface can be formed by a method of thinly coating multiple layers, and a better diffuse reflection effect is achieved. In addition, the dried coating surface layer is pressed to eliminate excessive roughness, and the diffuse reflectance can be improved. The light source ghost is solved, the light effect achieves the shadowless effect, the light effect becomes soft and uniform, the light energy is basically not lost, and the energy-saving effect is fully displayed. The diffuse reflection coating mainly comprises a film forming substance, a functional filler and an auxiliary agent. Wherein the selection of the pigment and the filler almost determines the level of diffuse reflectance. Factors such as optical coefficient, particle size, shape and crystal form of the pigment and filler can affect diffuse reflectance.
