The invention provides an environment-friendly deodorization type sewage treatment device as shown in figures 1-13, which comprises a sewage inlet pipeline 1, wherein one end of the sewage inlet pipeline 1 is communicated with a sewage filtering tank 3, a sewage temporary storage tank 2 is arranged below the part of the sewage inlet pipeline 1 communicated with the sewage filtering tank 3, one end of the sewage filtering tank 3 far away from the sewage inlet pipeline 1 is communicated with a sewage discharge pipeline 4, the end part of the sewage discharge pipeline 4 is provided with a sewage lifting tank 5, the sewage lifting tank 5 is provided with a sewage discharge pipeline 6, the sewage inlet pipeline 1, the sewage temporary storage tank 2, the sewage filtering tank 3 and the sewage discharge pipeline 4 are all arranged in an inspection well of a sewer for discharging sewage as a device, the sewage lifting tank 5 is arranged on the ground above the sewer, a vacuum generating unit 8 for vacuumizing the cavity inside the sewage lifting tank 5 is arranged in the sewage lifting tank 5, one end of the vacuum generating unit 8 is communicated with the outside of the sewage lifting box 5, the upper end of the inside of the sewage lifting box 5 is also fixedly provided with a second sewage transportation unit 7 communicated with the sewage discharge pipeline 6, a pipeline communicated with the inside of the lower end of the sewage lifting box 5 is arranged below the second sewage transportation unit 7, and the end part of the sewage discharge pipeline 4 extends into the bottom end of the inside of the sewage lifting box 5.
One end of the sewage discharge pipeline 4 extending into the sewage lifting tank 5 is provided with a one-way water valve 12 for water in the sewage discharge pipeline 4 to enter the sewage lifting tank 5 in a one-way mode, the outside of the one-way water valve 12 blocks a filter plate 10, the filter plate 10 is of an L-shaped structure and forms a rectangular groove body with the inner wall of the sewage lifting tank 5, and the surface of the filter plate 10 is provided with a plurality of groups of filter holes 11 communicated with the inside and the outside of the rectangular groove body.
In the embodiment, in order to solve the problem that sewage is generally pumped into a sewage treatment tank on the ground surface from a sewer position for treatment in the current sewage treatment process, and the load of a water pump is large and energy is wasted due to transportation from a low position to a high position, a sewage lifting tank 5 is arranged at one end of a sewage discharge pipeline 4, a vacuum generating unit 8 is arranged in the sewage lifting tank 5, when the vacuum generating unit 8 vacuumizes the interior of the sewage lifting tank 5, according to the pressure of vacuum, sewage entering one end of a source of a pipeline 1 is pressed into the sewage lifting tank 5 due to the pressure, so that the sewage is automatically pressed into the sewage lifting tank 5 by utilizing the principle of pressure difference, energy is saved relative to the water pump, and then the sewage in the sewage lifting tank 5 is discharged from a sewage discharge pipeline 6 by utilizing a second sewage transportation unit 7 for treatment;
at present, when a water pump used for sewage treatment is transported to a high position from a low position, water can be transported to the high position from the low position usually only by a small load, that is, in the water pump with the same power, the transportation amount from the low position to the high position is reduced, in order to solve the phenomenon, the second sewage transportation unit 7 also uses a large-flow water pump, the water at the low position of the sewage inlet pipeline 1 is transported to a high position and then is discharged by the second sewage transportation unit 7 by utilizing the principle of pressure difference, the purpose of saving energy while expanding the sewage treatment amount is ensured, the sewage treatment device is particularly suitable for large-flow sewage treatment, the problems of large waste energy from the low position to the high position and insufficient power of the water pump do not need to be considered, and the practicability is high.
The sewage filtering tank 3 comprises two groups of semi-cylindrical structures, the lower ends of the two groups of semi-cylindrical structures are fixedly provided with positioning fixing plates 24, the two groups of corresponding positioning fixing plates 24 are mutually attached and fixed through screws, the middle part of the upper end of one group of semi-cylindrical structures is fixedly provided with a rotating plate 20, the two sides of the upper end of the other group of semi-cylindrical structures are fixedly provided with rotating seats 22, the rotating plate 20 is arranged between the two groups of rotating seats 22, the rotating plate 20 is movably hinged to the rotating seats 22 through a rotating shaft 23, a spring plate 21 is arranged between the rotating plate 20 and the rotating seats 22, the end part of the spring plate 21 is fixed on the rotating seats 22 through screws, and the middle part of the spring plate 21 is movably attached to one surface, close to the rotating seats 22, of the rotating plate 20.

The two ends of the sewage filtering tank 3 are respectively and fixedly provided with a first connecting pipeline 18 and a second connecting pipeline 27 which are communicated with the inside and the outside of the sewage filtering tank 3, the end part of the sewage inlet pipeline 1 is fixedly provided with a first sleeve 19, the first sleeve 19 is provided with a second control valve 30, the first sleeve 19 is connected onto the first connecting pipeline 18 through thread fit, the end part of the sewage outlet pipeline 4 is fixedly provided with a second connecting sleeve 28, the second connecting sleeve 28 is provided with a third control valve 29, and the second connecting sleeve 28 is connected onto the second connecting pipeline 27 through thread fit.
Furthermore, the sewage filtering tank 3 is detachably connected between the sewage inlet pipeline 1 and the sewage discharge pipeline 4 through the first connecting pipeline 18 and the second connecting pipeline 27 at the two ends of the sewage filtering tank, so that the whole sewage inlet pipeline 1 and the sewage discharge pipeline 4 can be conveniently detached and cleaned, when impurities in the sewage filtering tank 3 are cleaned, the third control valve 29 and the first sleeve 19 can be closed, the sewage in the sewage inlet pipeline 1 and the sewage discharge pipeline 4 can be ensured not to leak temporarily, and at the moment, enough time is provided for cleaning the impurities in the sewage filtering tank 3 without stopping the sewage treatment system;
wherein, the sewage that the sewage got into in the pipeline 1 temporarily discharges into in the sewage temporary storage case 2 and stores, is convenient for maintain sewage treatment system normal operating.
The inside of the sewage filtering tank 3 is provided with a filtering cotton sleeve 26 with an opening at one end, the opening position of the filtering cotton sleeve 26 faces the sewage inlet pipeline 1, the end part of the filtering cotton sleeve 26 is clamped between an inner magnetic clamping ring 39 and an outer magnetic clamping ring 41, the inner magnetic clamping ring 39 is clamped at the inner ring of the outer magnetic clamping ring 41, the outer magnetic clamping ring 41 is fixedly adsorbed at the inner ring of the sewage filtering tank 3, and the one end of the opening part of the filtering cotton sleeve 26 is provided with a turnover part 40 which is turned over and tied at the end part of the outer magnetic clamping ring 41.
Specifically, in order to facilitate the replacement of the filter cotton sleeve 26 for the cleaning box, the opening position of the filter cotton sleeve 26 is clamped between the outer magnetic clamping ring 41 and the inner magnetic clamping ring 39, so that the filter cotton sleeve 26 can be conveniently and independently taken out for cleaning.

In order to avoid the impurities from being adhered to the inner wall of the filtering cotton sleeve 26 and reduce the water permeability of the filtering cotton sleeve 26, a stirring cleaning ring 25 is arranged on the inner wall of the sewage filtering box 3, a telescopic spring 35 is arranged on the stirring cleaning ring 25, when water passes through the filtering cotton sleeve 26, the water can generate a pushing effect to push the stirring cleaning ring 25 to move left and right, and when the stirring cleaning ring 25 moves left and right, the stirring cleaning ring strikes and scrapes the filtering cotton sleeve 26, so that the impurities adhered to the inner wall of the filtering cotton sleeve 26 fall off, the water permeability of the filtering cotton sleeve 26 is ensured, and the effect and the efficiency of sewage treatment are not influenced;

and the fixed baffle plate 37 is provided with a guide inclined plane 38, which is convenient for guiding sewage and impurities to smoothly flow towards the middle part of the sewage filtering tank 3 without forming a barrier.
The upper end of the sewage temporary storage tank 2 is provided with a sewage temporary storage connecting pipe 14, the sewage temporary storage connecting pipe 14 is connected with a temporary storage inlet pipeline 13 communicated with the inside of the sewage inlet pipeline 1 through screw thread fit, a first control valve 15 is arranged on the temporary storage inlet pipeline 13, one side of the lower end of the sewage temporary storage tank 2 is provided with a backflow discharge pipe 16 communicated with the inside of the sewage inlet pipeline 1 and the inside of the sewage inlet pipeline 2, and a first sewage transportation unit 17 is arranged on the backflow discharge pipe 16.
In this embodiment, after the sewage enters the pipeline 1 and is communicated with one end of the sewage filtering tank 3, the sewage entering the pipeline 1 and continuously discharged can only be temporarily discharged into the sewage temporary storage tank 2 through the sewage temporary storage entering pipeline 13, the sewage temporary storage tank 2 plays a role of temporarily collecting the sewage, after the sewage treatment system finishes impurity cleaning, the first control valve 15 is closed, the first sewage transportation unit 17 is opened, the first sewage transportation unit 17 can discharge the sewage collected in the sewage temporary storage tank 2 into the sewage entering pipeline 1 again through the backflow discharge pipe 16, and the no-load state in the sewage temporary storage tank 2 is ensured so as to be continuously used next time.

It should be noted that, the sewage entering the temporary sewage storage tank 2 has more unfiltered impurities, and the temporary sewage storage tank 2 has limited space, so that once a blockage phenomenon occurs, the whole system cannot be used, therefore, the impurity collection box 32 is provided, the sewage discharged into the temporary sewage storage tank 2 can enter the sewage collection cavity 34 for temporary storage after impurities are filtered out through the filter cotton plate 43 and the through hole 42 at the bottom of the impurity collection box 32, and the impurities stay in the impurity collection box 32, because the open end at the upper end of the impurity collection box 32 is communicated with the outside of the temporary sewage storage tank 2, the first sewage transport unit 17 can pump out the water in the sewage collection cavity 34 under the condition that the first control valve 15 is closed, and the inside and outside air pressures are communicated;
the impurity collecting box 32 can be pulled out through the pull handle 33, so that the impurities collected in the impurity collecting box 32 can be conveniently cleaned.
The upper surface of the filtering cotton plate 43 is fixedly provided with a hollow floater 44, the upper end of the hollow floater 44 is fixedly provided with a circular rubber pad 45, the lower surface of the circular rubber pad 45 is fixedly provided with an inner magnetic ring 46 and an outer magnetic ring 48, the inner magnetic ring 46 is arranged at the inner ring of the outer magnetic ring 48, the outer magnetic ring 48 and the inner magnetic ring 46 are fixedly connected through an elastic metal ring 47, the circular rubber pad 45 is just opposite to the lower part of the temporary sewage storage connecting pipe 14, and the diameter of the circular rubber pad 45 is larger than that of the temporary sewage storage connecting pipe 14.

and the filtering cotton board 43 can be pulled upwards when the circular rubber pad 45 floats, so as to ensure the real-time filtering effect, the filtering cotton board 43 can be conveniently taken out and cleaned, the lower surface of the circular rubber pad 45 is fixedly provided with an inner magnetic ring 46 and an outer magnetic ring 48, the inner magnetic ring 46 is arranged at the inner ring of the outer magnetic ring 48, the outer magnetic ring 48 is fixedly connected with the inner magnetic ring 46 through an elastic metal ring 47, the inner magnetic ring 46 and the outer magnetic ring 48 can be adsorbed and fixed on the lower surface of the sewage temporary storage box 2, so as to ensure that the circular rubber pad 45 is sealed at the outer ring of the sewage temporary storage connecting pipe 14, the sealing performance is strong, the elastic metal ring 47 can be elastically deformed, the double adsorption sealing can lead the outer ring 48 to press the outer ring of the circular rubber pad 45, so that the outer ring of the circular rubber pad 45 has the tendency of deforming towards the inner wall above the sewage temporary storage box 2, and the inner and outer rings of the circular rubber pad 45 are double sealing, the sealing performance is strong;
in the apparatus, the first sewage transport unit 17 and the second sewage transport unit 7 may use a water pump or the like, the vacuum generation unit 8 may use a vacuum generator or the like, and the first control valve 15, the third control valve 29, and the second control valve 30 may use an electromagnetic valve or the like.
The invention also discloses an environment-friendly deodorization type sewage treatment method, which comprises any one of the above environment-friendly deodorization type sewage treatment equipment, and further comprises the following steps:
