Then when the remote server detects a transition of the car door 105 from the closed to the open state over the bus, passenger b leaves the elevator and passenger d enters the car and uses the recall device. Meanwhile, the server controls the image capturing apparatus 101 to suspend capturing of real-time images, thereby reducing power consumption. Next, when the remote server detects the transition of the car door 105 from the door open state to the door closed state again through the bus, the image capturing apparatus 101 acquires a real-time image, marks and records to the passenger a, the passenger c, and the passenger d, and acquires the current time such as t2=13: 47, records passenger a, passenger b, passenger c, and passenger d, respectively. Because passenger b is not detected a second time, the server determines that passenger b has reached designated floor b and left the elevator. The boarding time of the passenger a and the passenger c is t2-t1, namely the boarding time of the passenger a and the passenger c is 2 minutes, wherein the passenger a finishes the boarding operation and records the boarding operation into a database of a remote server, so that the passenger a is not reminded. However, the passenger c is judged to be in an unhooked state and the boarding time is 2 minutes and is longer than the preset time by 1 minute, so that the passenger c is reminded on the acousto-optic device 102 in the car 105, for example, the display screen of the acousto-optic device 102 is controlled to display the name of the passenger c, the face image of the passenger c and the possible target floor of the passenger c, and the loudspeaker is used for reminding the passenger c in a voice manner. While passenger d is the first time entering the elevator, passenger d is recorded at t1=13: and 47 into the elevator. Because the passenger d performs the elevator calling operation, the server stores information that the passenger d has completed the elevator calling operation into the database.
From the above, the present application obtains a real-time image in the car, then identifies and detects the real-time image, obtains elevator calling information of one or more passengers in the real-time image, then determines whether the one or more passengers perform elevator calling operation within a preset time according to the elevator calling information, and if it is determined that the passengers do not perform elevator calling operation, sends a reminder to the passengers. By the method, passengers who do not call the elevator within the preset time can be reminded to call the elevator, so that time waste caused by forgetting to call the elevator by the passengers is avoided, limited space of the elevator is also avoided, and the running time and energy consumption of the elevator are reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, a reminding system for calling elevator in a car according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
the first module is used for acquiring real-time images in the car;
the second module is used for identifying and detecting the real-time images and acquiring elevator calling information of one or more passengers in the real-time images;
a third module, configured to determine, according to the elevator calling information, whether the one or more passengers perform elevator calling operation within a preset time;
and a fourth module, configured to send a reminder to the passenger if it is determined that the passenger does not perform the elevator calling operation within the preset time.
The content in the method embodiment is applicable to the system embodiment, the functions specifically realized by the system embodiment are the same as those of the method embodiment, and the achieved beneficial effects are the same as those of the method embodiment.

acquiring a real-time image in a car;
identifying and detecting the real-time image to obtain elevator calling information of one or more passengers in the real-time image;
judging whether the elevator calling operation is carried out by one or more passengers within a preset time according to the elevator calling information;
if the passenger is judged not to carry out elevator calling operation within the preset time, reminding the passenger;
the elevator calling information comprises elevator calling states and elevator taking time, and the elevator calling information is used for judging whether one or more passengers perform elevator calling operation in preset time or not according to the elevator calling information, and the elevator calling information specifically comprises the following steps:
judging whether the elevator calling state is an un-called state;
judging whether the elevator taking time is longer than a preset time;
if the elevator calling state is an elevator calling state and the elevator taking time is longer than the preset time, judging that an elevator calling operation is not performed by a passenger in the preset time;
the elevator car is provided with an internal elevator calling device, and the elevator calling information of one or more passengers in the acquired real-time image comprises the following steps: acquiring human body images of the one or more passengers from the real-time images;
extracting coordinates of a bone joint point according to the human body image;
judging whether the coordinates of the bone joint points fall in the area of the internal calling equipment or not;
if the coordinates of the bone joint points fall in the area of the internal calling equipment, judging that the calling state is called; and if the coordinates of the bone joint points are not in the area of the internal calling equipment, judging that the calling state is a non-calling state.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the step of obtaining the image information of the image capturing device:
acquiring the opening and closing state of a car door;
and if the car door enters a door closing state from a door opening state, executing the step of acquiring the real-time image in the car.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the elevator call information includes face image information, elevator call status, and elevator taking time, the method further comprising the steps of:
and sending the elevator calling information corresponding to the one or more passengers to a database in a server for storage.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the acquiring call information for one or more passengers in the real-time image comprises:
transmitting the real-time image to the server;
the server extracts face image information of the one or more passengers from the real-time image through an elevator taking analysis model.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the acquiring call information for one or more passengers in the real-time image comprises:
acquiring a first moment when the one or more passengers enter an elevator from the real-time image;
and obtaining the boarding time of the one or more passengers through the first moment and the current moment.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending a reminder to the passenger if it is determined that the passenger does not perform the elevator calling operation within a predetermined time comprises:
acquiring elevator calling information of the passengers;
and displaying the elevator calling information through the acousto-optic equipment and sending out a prompt.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the acousto-optic device comprises a display screen and a speaker;
the display screen is used for sending out image reminding for the passengers;
the loudspeaker is used for giving out sound to remind the passengers.
