The specification may use the phrases "in one embodiment," "in another embodiment," "in yet another embodiment," or "in other embodiments," which may each refer to one or more of the same or different embodiments in accordance with the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a coal conveyor belt dust suppression mechanism for suppressing and removing dust generated on a coal conveyor belt 10, comprising a support 1, wherein the support 1 is configured to surround and cover the coal conveyor belt 10, an inverted U-shaped enclosure 5 is suspended on the support 1, the enclosure 5 comprises an enclosure top plate 51 and enclosure side plates 52 located on two sides of the enclosure top plate 51, and the enclosure side plates 52 extend to a conveying surface (not labeled in the figures) of the coal conveyor belt 10 to prevent dust from escaping from two sides.
In the present invention, a relatively sealed environment is formed at the top of the coal conveyor belt 10, which can suppress dust. For better inhibition, the closing cover side plate 52 is preferably provided with a flexible sealing strip 53 near one end of the coal conveying belt 10. The flexible sealing strip 53 can be continuously pressed against the coal conveyor belt 10 without damaging the coal conveyor belt 10, and is generally made of rubber and is configured in an arc shape to facilitate the sliding of the flexible sealing strip 53 on the coal conveyor belt 10.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1, a feeding platform 4 is disposed on one side of the bracket 1 close to the feeding end of the coal conveyor belt 10, and a plurality of discharge pipes 54 for discharging relatively large particle dust are disposed on the side plate 52 of the enclosure 5 on the feeding platform 4.
In other embodiments, a dust removing device 3 is disposed on the bracket 1 adjacent to the loading platform 4, the dust removing device 3 includes a dust collecting guiding section 31 close to the loading platform 4 and a dust collecting settling section 32 communicated with the dust collecting guiding section 31, and a spray dust settling chamber 33 communicated with the dust collecting settling section 32 is further disposed on one side of the dust collecting settling section 32. The dust collection guide section 31 is configured as a wedge and is used for guiding dust from the closed cover 5 at one end of the loading platform; the dust collecting settling section 32 is configured with a settling chamber for further settling of dust, and the spray dust settling chamber 33 is communicated with the settling chamber.
