Abstract
The invention relates to a sealing device, in particular to a novel linkage sealing device for a discharging car, which belongs to the technical field of dust suppression during discharging of bulk materials. The novel linkage sealing device for the discharging vehicle comprises the discharging vehicle and a storage bin, wherein a discharging opening is arranged at the top of the storage bin, a flexible adhesive tape is arranged between the outer side of the starting end and the outer side of the ending end of the discharging opening, a chute movable seam from the starting end to the ending end of the discharging opening is arranged at the center of the flexible adhesive tape in the width direction, and a group of press rollers and carrier rollers are respectively arranged outside two sides of the lower part of the discharging chute of the discharging vehicle; the chute movable seam is laid along the compression roller and the carrier roller; the discharging chute passes through the chute movable seam, and the bottom surface of the discharging chute is positioned above the horizontal plane of the discharging opening. The invention has the advantages of low investment, light weight, capability of linkage with a vehicle and no secondary dust emission.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sealing device, in particular to a novel linkage sealing device for a discharging car, which belongs to the technical field of dust suppression during discharging of bulk materials.
Background
At present, the movable discharging car is widely applied to industries such as mines, metallurgy and the like. In order to improve the volume utilization rate of a single bin or realize multi-bin material distribution, a discharging vehicle is usually selected at the top of the bin to serve as a discharging mode of the adhesive tape conveyor, and due to large discharging fall, an opening of a discharging opening is formed, dust in a belt corridor flies upwards during discharging, the working environment is seriously polluted, the physical health of staff is endangered, and particularly, the pollution is serious when dry powdery materials are discharged.
A steel support of the rubber belt conveyor is arranged on the stock bin platform, the discharging car moves along a track on the support, and strip-shaped open stock bin openings are formed in two sides of the track. When unloading, the indoor dust amount of the belt corridor is very large, if the mode such as indoor ventilation or bin port dust collection is adopted for dust collection, and because of factors such as bin port opening, dust collection space is large, ventilation dust collection facilities with large air quantity are required to be arranged, so that not only is equipment energy consumption large, but also a series of problems such as large occupied area, high investment and operation cost exist. Due to the property of the conveyed materials, dust is generated, and the dust is prevented from scattering and overflowing to the outside of the bin from the root, so that the dust-raising method is an optimal way for solving the dust-raising problem of the movable discharging car.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a novel unloading vehicle linkage sealing device for solving the technical problem, and aims to solve the problem of dust emission of a discharging opening of an existing unloading vehicle. The flexible adhesive tape which is linked with the discharging car seals the open area of the discharging opening of the storage bin except the discharging chute of the discharging car, so that dust is sealed in the storage bin, dust collection amount of the dust remover in the belt corridor can be reduced, and even the dust remover in the corridor is cancelled.
To achieve the above object, the present invention is achieved by: the novel linkage sealing device for the discharging vehicle comprises the discharging vehicle and a storage bin, wherein a discharging opening is arranged at the top of the storage bin, a flexible adhesive tape is arranged between the outer side of the starting end and the outer side of the ending end of the discharging opening, a chute movable seam from the starting end to the ending end of the discharging opening is arranged at the center of the flexible adhesive tape in the width direction, and a group of press rollers and carrier rollers are respectively arranged outside two sides of the lower part of the discharging chute of the discharging vehicle; the chute movable seam is laid along the compression roller and the carrier roller; the discharging chute passes through the chute movable seam, and the bottom surface of the discharging chute is positioned above the horizontal plane of the discharging opening.
The length of the flexible adhesive tape is the sum of the distance between the start and stop ends of the blanking opening and the vertical distance between the double carrier roller and the adhesive tape.
And a roller shaft of the compression roller and a carrier roller shaft of the carrier roller are fixed on the outer wall of the discharge chute of the discharge car.
The two sides of the outer wall of the discharging chute are provided with a press roller bracket and a carrier roller bracket, a press roller shaft is arranged between the press roller brackets, and a carrier roller shaft is arranged between the carrier roller brackets.
The carrier roller is arranged above the inner side of the press roller, and the flexible adhesive tape passes through the lower part of the press roller and passes through the upper part of the carrier roller.
The two carrier rollers are positioned on the same horizontal line, and the two compression rollers are positioned on the same horizontal line.
The two storage bins are arranged on the same horizontal line, one of the two storage bin discharging openings is provided with one end of the flexible adhesive tape, and the other one of the two storage bin discharging openings is provided with the other end of the flexible adhesive tape.
The invention has the advantages that: after the blanking opening is sealed by adopting the invention, the dust collection amount in the belt corridor can be reduced by more than 90 percent. The air quantity of the dust remover ventilator in the belt corridor can be reduced by 80 percent, and even the ventilator is cancelled.
The invention has the following characteristics and beneficial effects:
(1) Because the invention is linked with the discharging car, the sealing dust suppression effect is good, the air quantity required by the ventilator is small, even the ventilator can be canceled, and the energy consumption is reduced.
(2) Compared with other sealing and dust collecting modes, the discharging port of the discharging vehicle is only required to be provided with a section of flexible adhesive tape, two carrier rollers and two compression rollers, and the investment is low.
(3) Compared with other sealing and dust collecting modes, the method of the invention does not increase occupied area and has low investment; the electric equipment is not added, and the operation cost is low.
(4) The invention does not need ash removal and ash discharge, and does not produce secondary pollution.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of low investment, light weight, capability of linkage on a vehicle and no secondary dust emission. Solves the problems that a large amount of dust can be raised in the unloading process without corresponding dust removal and purification equipment, and the site environment is seriously damaged; the problems of large air quantity and high power consumption of the existing dust removal purification equipment are solved, so that the dust removal purification equipment has a very broad prospect and is worthy of popularization and application.

As shown in the figure, the novel linkage sealing device of the discharging vehicle comprises the discharging vehicle 2 and a storage bin 7, wherein a discharging opening 8 is arranged at the top of the storage bin 7, a flexible adhesive tape 4 is arranged between the outer side of the starting end and the outer side of the ending end of the discharging opening 8, a chute movable seam 11 from the starting end to the ending end of the discharging opening 8 is arranged at the center of the flexible adhesive tape 4 in the width direction, and a group of press rolls 5 and carrier rolls 6 are respectively arranged outside two sides of the lower part of the discharging chute 3 of the discharging vehicle 2; the chute movable seam 11 is laid along the compression roller 5 and the carrier roller 6; the discharge chute 3 passes through the chute movable slit 11, and the bottom surface of the discharge chute 3 is positioned above the horizontal plane of the feed opening 8.
The length of the flexible adhesive tape 4 is the sum of the distance between the starting end and the stopping end of the blanking opening 8 and the vertical distance between the double carrier roller 6 and the adhesive tape.
The compression roller shaft of the compression roller 5 and the carrier roller shaft of the carrier roller 6 are fixed on the outer wall of the discharging chute 3 of the discharging car.
The two sides of the outer wall of the discharging chute 3 are provided with a press roller support 10 and a carrier roller support 9, a press roller shaft is arranged between the press roller supports 10, and a carrier roller shaft is arranged between the carrier roller supports 9.
The carrier roller 6 is arranged above the inner side of the press roller 5, and the flexible adhesive tape 4 passes through the lower part of the press roller 5 and passes through the upper part of the carrier roller 6.
The two carrier rollers 6 are positioned on the same horizontal line, and the two compression rollers 5 are positioned on the same horizontal line.

When the belt conveyor 1 sends the material to the discharge car 2, the material is sent into the storage bin 7 through the discharge chute 3, when the discharge car 2 moves from one end to the other end, the chute movable seam 11 at the advancing direction of the discharge chute is opened, and the chute movable seam 11 at the passing position of the discharge chute is closed under the action of the carrier roller and the compression roller. Therefore, due to the effect of the carrier roller and the compression roller, the flexible adhesive tape 4 is opened except the chute movable seam 11 at the position of the discharging chute 3, and the chute movable seam 11 at other positions is still in a closed state, so that the flexible adhesive tape can be paved on the bin top all the time to play a sealing role.
