Detailed Description
Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that the front-back direction X, the left-right direction Y and the top-bottom direction Z referred to in the following description are based on the orientation viewed by a user operating the present invention in fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the embodiment of the pet stroller of the present invention includes a carrier 2, a wheel unit 3, an armrest unit 4, a canopy unit 5, and a baffle unit 6.
The carrier 2 comprises a frame 21, a front plate 22, and a carrier cloth 23. The frame 21 has a bottom frame body 211, two side frame rods 212 pivotally connected to the left and right sides of the bottom frame body 211, and two rear positioning grooves 213 formed in the side frame rods 212 (see fig. 7). The front plate 22 is provided on the front side of the frame 21 in the front-rear direction X. The frame 21 and the front plate 22 together define a carrying space 24. In the present embodiment, the carrying space 24 has an opening 241 formed on the rear side along the front-rear direction X, and a top opening 242 formed on the top side along the top-bottom direction Z. The carrying cloth 23 is disposed in the carrying space 24 of the carrying seat 2 and connected to the frame 21.
The wheel unit 3 is rotatably disposed on the bearing seat 2 and is used for driving the bearing seat 2 to move, and the wheel unit 3 includes two front wheels 31 disposed on the front side of the frame 21 and two rear wheels 32 disposed on the rear side of the frame 21.
The armrest unit 4 is disposed on the frame 21 of the carrying seat 2 and used for holding and pushing.
Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, the canopy unit 5 is removably concealed from the top opening 242. The canopy unit 5 includes two sets of brackets 51 detachably disposed on the supporting base 2, and a cover cloth 52 detachably supported on the outside of the brackets 51 and covering the top opening 242. Each bracket 51 has a pivot base 511 and two support rods 512 connected to the pivot base 511. The pivoting seats 511 of the brackets 51 can pivot relatively, so that the brackets 51 can be folded or unfolded mutually.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, the shutter unit 6 openably blocks the opening 241 of the carrying space 24, and the shutter unit 6 includes a shutter 61, two positioning sets 62, and a pull tab 63.
The flap 61 has a pivoting piece 611 and an extension piece 612. The pivoting piece 611 has a pivoting end 613 pivotally connected to the frame 21 of the carrying base 2. The extension piece 612 is pivoted to the pivoting piece 611 and has an access end 614 opposite to the pivoting end 613 and two receiving holes 615 at the left and right sides and corresponding to the rear positioning slots 213 of the frame 21.
Each positioning set 62 has a positioning rod 621 and an elastic member 622. The positioning rods 621 movably penetrate through the respective receiving holes 615 and are used for extending into the respective rear positioning slots 213, and the positioning rods 621 have a protruding column 623 protruding outwards. In the present embodiment, the protruding column 623 is a bolt. The elastic member 622 is sleeved on the positioning rod 621 and can be compressively received in the receiving hole 615.
Referring to fig. 7 to 10, the pull tab 63 is movably disposed on the baffle 61 along the top-bottom direction Z, and the pull tab 63 has two inclined slots 631 spaced apart along the left-right direction Y and an outwardly extending pulling portion 632. The inclined slot 631 has a proximal end 633 and a distal end 634 that is further from the resilient member 622 than the proximal end 633. The convex columns 623 of the positioning rods 621 respectively protrude out of the inclined grooves 631 of the pull tabs 63. By pulling the pulling portion 632 of the pull tab 63, the protruding post 623 of the positioning rod 621 moves between the proximal end 633 of the inclined slot 631 and the distal end 634, thereby driving the positioning rod 621 to extend into or separate from the rear positioning slot 213.
In the present embodiment, the number of the rear positioning grooves 213 of the frame 21, the accommodating holes 615 of the baffle 61, the positioning set 62, and the inclined grooves 631 of the pull tab 63 are two, which can increase the stability of positioning the baffle 61, but in other variations, the number of the above elements may be only one, which can achieve the same effect of positioning the baffle 61.
Referring to fig. 3, 11 and 12, the flap unit 6 can rotate between a closed position (fig. 3) and an open position (fig. 11) relative to the carrier 2. In the closed position, the pivotal piece 611 of the baffle 61 and the extension piece 612 are overlapped with each other, and the access end 614 of the extension piece 612 is adjacent to the carrying seat 2 and positioned on the carrying seat 2, so that the baffle unit 6 covers the opening 241 of the carrying space 24. In the open position, the pivotal connection piece 611 of the baffle 61 and the extension piece 612 are unfolded outwards, the access end 614 of the extension piece 612 is far away from the carrying seat 2 and close to the ground, and the baffle unit 6 and the ground form an included angle θ, which is 0 ° < θ <45 °.
In this embodiment, the access end 614 of the extension piece 612 contacts the ground, but in other variations, the access end 614 of the extension piece 612 may form a gap with the ground as long as the pet can step on the barrier 61 and enter or exit the carrying space 24 along the barrier 61 by itself.
Referring to fig. 3 and 13, in the present embodiment, the front plate 22 of the carrying seat 2 and the baffle unit 6 have the same structure, which is not described herein, so that the front plate 22 can pivot relative to the bottom frame 211. The carrying seat 2 can be switched between a retracted state (as shown in fig. 13) in which the front plate 22, the baffle unit 6, the armrest unit 4 and the side frame rod 212 are stacked on the bottom frame 211 of the frame 21, and an extended state (as shown in fig. 3) in which the frame 21 is extended and the front plate 22 defines the carrying space 24. Therefore, when not in use, the bearing seat 2 can be converted to the folding state so as to be convenient for storage.
According to the invention, when the baffle plate unit 6 is at the opening position, a pet can enter and exit the bearing space 24 along the baffle plate unit 6 through the entrance and exit end 614, so that the use convenience is higher. Therefore, the object of the present invention can be achieved.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and the invention is still within the scope of the present invention by simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the contents of the specification.
