Description

Wiper blade device and wiper system
Background
A wiper blade arrangement has been proposed which has at least one wiper blade adapter and at least one wind-shielding unit which comprises at least two spoiler end parts.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention is based on a wiper blade arrangement having at least one wiper blade adapter and at least one wind-shielding unit, which comprises at least two spoiler end parts.
It is proposed that the wiper blade adapter has at least two adapter bodies which are designed separately from one another and are each provided for connecting, in particular directly, to at least one of the spoiler end parts.
The term "wiper blade arrangement" shall preferably mean at least a part, preferably a subassembly, of a wiper blade system, preferably of a wiper blade, in particular of a window wiper. Preferably, the wiper blade arrangement can also comprise the entire wiper blade, in particular the entire window wiper. Preferably, the wiper blade device is provided for mounting on a vehicle. Preferably, the wiper blade arrangement is provided, in particular as part of a wiper blade, in particular a window wiper, for cleaning a surface, preferably a window pane on a vehicle. Preferably, a wiper blade device for cleaning a vehicle window pane is coupled to a vehicle, preferably to a wiper arm of the vehicle. "provided" is preferably to be understood as specially set up, specially designed and/or specially equipped. An "object is provided for a specific function" should preferably be understood as an object which, in at least one application and/or operating state, realizes and/or performs this specific function. "operating state" is preferably to be understood as meaning a state in which: in this state, the wiper blade arrangement is ready for a brushing process and/or a brushing operation and/or is in a brushing operation in which the wiper strip unit of the wiper blade arrangement, in particular of the wiper blade system, in particular of the wiper blade, in particular of the window wiper, is preferably guided on the vehicle window and in this case advantageously rests against the vehicle window.
Preferably, the wind deflector unit has at least two spoiler end parts. Preferably, the spoiler end parts each have a concave outer side for blocking the wind and in particular for pressing the wiper blade against the window pane by means of the wind. Preferably, the concave outer side forms a unique spoiler molding. Alternatively, the spoiler end parts can have an at least substantially planar outer side, in particular on the side facing away from the spring rail of the wiper blade arrangement.
Preferably, the wiper blade is connected to the wiper arm so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis, in particular at least 15 °. Preferably, the pivot axis is oriented at least substantially perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade, in particular of the wind deflector unit. The "longitudinal axis" of an object shall preferably mean an axis running parallel to the longest side of the smallest geometrical cube that happens to still completely enclose said object. The term "substantially perpendicular" preferably should define an orientation of a direction relative to a reference direction, wherein the direction and the reference direction, in particular viewed in the projection plane, enclose an angle of 90 °, which has a maximum deviation, in particular of less than 8 °, advantageously of less than 5 °, and particularly advantageously of less than 2 °.
The wiper blade device can be designed as a whole wiper blade. In particular, the wiper blade device can have a wiper strip unit. In particular, the wiper blade arrangement can have one or two spring rails. In particular, the wiper blade arrangement can have two end caps.
Preferably, at least two adapter bodies, which are designed separately from one another, are each provided for connection to exactly one of the spoiler end parts. Preferably, each of the adapter bodies is directly connected in the operating state to one of the spoiler end parts. In the operating state, the adapter bodies are preferably connected to a spoiler end part at a distance from one another. The term "adapter base body" is intended to mean, in particular, a component of a wiper blade adapter which is directly connected, in particular substantially immovably, to at least one component of the wind deflector unit and/or which connects two components of the wind deflector unit to one another, in particular along a longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit, and/or which is arranged, in particular, at least largely in a space which is preferably defined by all connecting lines between the two components of the wind deflector unit and/or which adjoins, in particular in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit, at least one component of the wind deflector unit, to which the component is connected, substantially identically shaped along the periphery of the at least one component of the wind deflector unit, in particular one of the spoiler end parts. Preferably, the at least one adapter body is directly connected to at least one spring rail of the wiper blade, in particular of the wiper blade arrangement.
Preferably, the at least two adapter bases are arranged at least in the operating state offset from one another along the longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit. Preferably, the at least two adapter bodies are connected at least in the operating state to the wind deflector unit, in particular to the spoiler end part, offset from one another along the longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit. Preferably, the at least two adapter bases are arranged at least in the operating state without overlap along the longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit. Alternatively, the at least two adapter bases can be arranged at least partially overlapping along the longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit at least in the operating state, in particular in a space between two components of the wind deflector unit, in particular in connection with the wind deflector unit. Preferably, the wiper blade adapter has two adapter bases. The adapter bodies can each have at least one electrical and/or at least one fluidic interface. Preferably, at least one of the adapter bases has and/or is coupled to a wiper arm connection interface.
By the design of the wiper blade arrangement according to the invention, an advantageously durable engagement possibility, in particular a connection possibility, of the wiper blade adapter, for example, with the wiper arm, can be achieved. In particular, the individual engagement assemblies can advantageously be distributed along the longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit, in particular spaced apart from one another, in particular advantageously separated from one another by components of the wind deflector unit. The accessibility of the individual components of the wiper blade adapter can be achieved. Particularly advantageously, the risk of complex engagement forms between the wiper arm and the wiper blade adapter can be reduced. In particular, the adapter base body of the wiper blade adapter can advantageously assume the flexibility of the wind deflector unit by means of an at least two-component design.
It is also proposed that the wind deflector unit comprises at least one spoiler intermediate part which is provided for connection to the adapter base body. Preferably, the at least one spoiler intermediate part is provided for direct connection with at least two adapter bases. Preferably, the at least one spoiler intermediate member connects the at least two adapter bases to each other in the operating state. Preferably, the at least one spoiler intermediate part is designed without a concave outer surface, which in particular can form a unique spoiler shape for pressing the wiper blade against the window pane by means of wind power. Preferably, the at least one spoiler intermediate member is composed of the same material as the at least two spoiler end members. The at least one spoiler intermediate part is arranged in particular coaxially with the spoiler end part. Preferably, the spoiler intermediate member has at least two fluid channels for connection with the at least two adapter bases. Preferably, the spoiler intermediate part has in each case at least two plug recesses for connection to in each case one of the at least two adapter bases. Preferably, the plug recess of the spoiler intermediate part for connecting with the at least two adapter bodies is formed by a fluid channel of the spoiler intermediate part. Preferably, the at least two adapter bodies each have at least one, preferably at least two, fluid channels. Preferably, the at least two adapter bases each have at least four connecting projections. Preferably, the at least two adapter bodies each have at least two connecting projections for connecting to the spoiler intermediate part. Preferably, the at least two adapter bases each have at least two connecting projections for connecting with a spoiler end part. Preferably, the connection projection of the adapter base is formed by a fluid channel of the adapter base. Preferably, the spoiler end part and the adapter base body are connected to one another in a fluid-conducting manner. Preferably, the spoiler end parts each have at least two fluid channels. Preferably, the fluid channel of the spoiler end part forms two plug recesses in each case for connecting the spoiler end part to two connecting projections of each of the adapter bodies in each case. Preferably, in particular at least in the operating state, the extension of the at least one spoiler intermediate part along the longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit is shorter than the extension of the spoiler end part, in particular along the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade. Preferably, the extension of the at least one spoiler intermediate part along the longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit, in particular at least in the operating state, is at most 20%, preferably at most 10%, of the extension of the spoiler end parts, in particular of one of the spoiler end parts, in particular along the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade. Preferably, the spoiler end parts are designed with the same length along the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade, in particular at least in the operating state. Alternatively, the wiper blade adaptor can have at least one further adaptor base body or a component, in particular not belonging to the wind deflector unit or the wiper blade adaptor, which is/are provided for connecting, in particular directly, two further adaptor base bodies. A connection of the adapter base body to the wind deflector unit which is advantageously uncomplicated can be achieved. In particular, an advantageous distribution, in particular a functional distribution, of the wiper blade adapter along the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade can be achieved.
It is further proposed that one of the adapter bodies comprises at least one electrical interface. Preferably, exactly one of the at least two adapter bodies has an electrical junction. The electrical interface can have, for example, one, two, three or four engagement schemes, such as, in particular, a plug receptacle. Preferably, the electrical junction is arranged at one end of the adapter base body along a longitudinal axis of the adapter base body, in particular along a longitudinal axis of the wiper blade, at least in the operating state. Preferably, at least in the operating state, the electrical junction is arranged along the longitudinal axis of the adapter base body, in particular along the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade, at the end of the adapter base body facing the other adapter base body. Preferably, the engagement side of the at least one electrical junction, in particular the plug side for the plug when connected to the electrical junction, is oriented away from the at least one other adapter body, in particular at least as viewed along the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade. Preferably, at least one engagement side of the at least one electrical interface, in particular at least as viewed along the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade, is oriented toward the spoiler end part, in particular an adapter base body having the electrical interface is directly connected to the spoiler end part. Preferably, the electrical interface of at least one of the adapter bodies is designed as at least one plug receptacle. Alternatively, the at least two adapter bodies can be designed without an electrical interface. Advantageous functions of the adapter base body, in particular of the at least one adapter base body, can be achieved.
It is further proposed that the at least one electrical junction has an engagement direction, which is oriented at an angle of at least 5 ° relative to a longitudinal axis, which is in particular already mentioned, of the wind deflector unit, in particular of the corresponding adapter base body. Preferably, the at least one electrical junction has an engagement direction which is oriented at an angle of at least 7.5 °, preferably at least 10 °, relative to a longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit, in particular of the respective adapter base body. Preferably, the at least one electrical junction has an engagement direction which is oriented at an angle of at most 50 °, preferably at most 40 °, particularly preferably at most 20 °, more particularly preferably at most 15 °, to a longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit, in particular of the corresponding adapter base body. An advantageously achievable engagement direction, in particular a plug direction, of the electrical interface can be achieved, which is in particular designed as at least one plug receptacle.
It is furthermore proposed that the adapter base body, which comprises at least one electrical junction, has no fluid junction and/or no wiper arm connection junction, in particular the one already mentioned. Preferably, the wiper arm connection interface is an interface of at least one machine, by means of which the wiper arm can be connected to the wiper blade, preferably without being lost, in particular can be pivoted by at least 10 °. The wiper arm can be connected directly or indirectly to the wiper arm connection interface. The wiper arm connection interface can be a mechanical interface provided for connection to at least one component of the wiper blade adapter, wherein the wiper arm can be connected to the adapter base body in a particularly loss-free and/or pivotable manner by means of the at least one component. Preferably, the wiper arm connection interface is designed as two pivot projections, in particular shaft projections, which are oriented away from one another, in particular aligned. Preferably, the wiper blade adapter comprises at least two components for connecting the wiper arm to the adapter base body, which have a wiper arm connection interface, which are different from the adapter base body. Preferably, one of the two components different from the adapter base body is a connecting body which is provided, in particular, for a direct, pivotable connection to the respective adapter base body at the connecting interface of the wiper arm. Preferably, one of the two components different from the adapter base body is a cover body which is provided in particular for a direct, displaceable connection with the connecting body. Preferably, the adapter base body comprising the at least one electrical junction is free of any further junctions in connection with the particularly direct connection of the following components: the component is a joint associated with the wiper arm or the wiper arm itself. The adapter base body, which comprises at least one electrical junction, can comprise a purely mechanical junction, which is different from the wiper arm connection junction, for example, for the purpose of latching a movable component of the wiper blade adapter, such as a cover body, to the respective adapter base body, but via which the wiper arm can be connected, in particular, without being lost, to the wiper blade. Preferably, the adapter base body is free of at least one electrical junction, including a wiper arm connection junction. An electrical junction advantageously emerging on the wiper blade can be realized, in particular when the wiper blade is mechanically connected to the wiper arm.
It is further proposed that one of the adapter bodies comprises at least one fluidic interface. Preferably, exactly one of the at least two adapter bodies has a fluid interface. The fluid interface can have, for example, one, two, three or four engagement schemes, such as in particular a plug receptacle, in particular an engagement opening. Preferably, the fluid connection is arranged at one end of the adapter base body along the longitudinal axis of the adapter base body, in particular along the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade, at least in the operating state. Preferably, at least in the operating state, the fluid connection is arranged along the longitudinal axis of the adapter base body, in particular along the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade, at an end of the adapter base body facing the other adapter base body. Preferably, the joining direction of the at least one fluid junction is oriented toward the at least one other adapter body, in particular at least as viewed along the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade. Preferably, at least one engagement direction of at least one fluid junction, in particular at least as viewed along the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade, is oriented away from the spoiler end part, in particular an adapter base body having a fluid junction is directly connected to the spoiler end part. Preferably, the fluid interface of at least one of the adapter bodies is designed as at least one plug receptacle. Alternatively, the at least two adapter bodies can be designed without a fluid interface. Preferably, the fluid interface projects convexly from the respective adapter body. Preferably, the fluid connection extends in the operating state along a longitudinal axis of the wiper blade, in particular of the wind deflector unit, at least over a substantial part of the spoiler intermediate part. Preferably, the connection of the fluids covers a part of the spoiler intermediate part perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade, viewed in the operating state along the longitudinal axis of the wiper blade, in particular of the wind deflector unit. Advantageously separate functions of the adapter base body, in particular of at least one adapter base body, can be achieved.
Furthermore, it is proposed that the connection of the fluids has a joining direction which is oriented at an angle of at least 5 ° relative to the longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit, in particular of the corresponding adapter base body, which is already mentioned. Preferably, the at least one fluid junction has an engagement direction which is oriented at an angle of at least 7.5 °, preferably at least 10 °, relative to the longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit, in particular of the respective adapter base body. Preferably, the at least one fluid junction has a joining direction which is oriented at an angle of at most 50 °, preferably at most 40 °, particularly preferably at most 20 °, and more particularly preferably at most 15 °, to the longitudinal axis of the wind deflector unit, in particular of the corresponding adapter base body. An advantageously achievable engagement direction, in particular plug direction, of the fluid interface can be achieved, which is designed in particular as at least one plug receptacle.
It is also proposed that the adapter base body, which comprises at least one fluidic interface, has no electrical interface. Preferably, the adapter base including at least one fluid interface includes a wiper arm connection interface. The adapter base body, which comprises at least one fluidic interface, can comprise a purely mechanical interface, which is different from the wiper arm connection interface, for example, for the purpose of latching a movable component of the wiper blade adapter, such as a cover body, to the corresponding adapter base body, but via which the wiper arm can be connected, in particular, without being lost, to the wiper blade. Preferably, there is no adapter base at the interface of the at least one fluid, and no wiper arm is connected to the interface. It is possible to achieve a fluid connection which can advantageously be achieved on the wiper blade when the wiper blade is mounted on the wiper arm.
It is furthermore proposed that the wiper blade adapter has at least one connecting body, in particular the connecting body already mentioned, which is provided for pivotable connection to one of the adapter bodies, in particular at the connecting junction of the wiper arm. Preferably, the connecting body is connected, at least in the operating state, directly pivotably at the wiper arm connection interface to an adapter base body, which in particular has the wiper arm connection interface and/or the fluid interface. Preferably, the connecting body has two opposing, in particular circular, recesses which are provided, in particular, to enable a pivotable connection of the connecting body to the adapter base body at the connection interface of the wiper arm. It is possible to advantageously pivot the wiper blade relative to the wiper arm, in particular during installation, as a result of which, in particular, a fluidic and/or electrical connection can be advantageously reached for engaging a corresponding connection.
It is further proposed that the joining direction, in particular the joining direction, of the above-mentioned fluid junction on one of the adapter bodies is oriented at least substantially parallel to the joining direction, in particular the above-mentioned electrical junction on the other adapter body. "substantially parallel" is intended to mean in particular an orientation of a direction relative to a reference direction, in particular in a plane, wherein the direction has a deviation relative to the reference direction of in particular less than 8 °, advantageously less than 5 °, particularly advantageously less than 2 °.
