And under the condition that the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the fourth preset alcohol concentration, controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a third instruction, controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a second instruction, and/or controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a fifth instruction, and/or controlling the automobile air conditioner to adjust the environment in the automobile.
In one embodiment, the current alcohol concentration of the driver is captured to be 90mg/100ml and is greater than the fourth preset alcohol concentration by 80mg/100ml, and the driver is drunk driving and is in danger, the automobile air conditioner is controlled to send a third instruction, so that the automobile is in an idling state, namely the automobile does not output power outwards, and the driver is prevented from driving the automobile; furthermore, the automobile air conditioner is controlled to send out a second instruction, the alarm function of the household air conditioner is linked to be started, family members are reminded that the driver is drunk and driving and the driver is dangerous, and the family members can take corresponding measures according to specific conditions to avoid the danger of the driver.
In a preferred embodiment, the vehicle air conditioner is controlled to send the third instruction and the second instruction, the vehicle air conditioner is controlled to send the fifth instruction, the vehicle air conditioner is controlled to send alarm information to the target device, the alarm information comprises the position of a driver and the current alcohol concentration of the driver, and after the target user receives the alarm information, corresponding measures can be taken according to the alarm information, so that the safety of the driver is ensured, the situation that the target user misses the alarm of the household air conditioner and delays the processing time to cause danger is avoided, and the traveling safety of the driver is improved.

Under the condition that the current alcohol concentration of a driver is greater than or equal to a second preset alcohol concentration and less than a third preset alcohol concentration, the driver contains alcohol and drives the vehicle in a non-drunk mode, the vehicle air conditioner allows the vehicle to drive the vehicle, but controls the vehicle air conditioner to send a first instruction to limit the driving speed of the vehicle, wherein the first instruction comprises a first-level instruction, a second-level instruction and a third-level instruction, the first-level instruction is used for controlling the vehicle to run at the first preset speed or less, the second-level instruction is used for controlling the vehicle to run at the second preset speed or less, and the third-level instruction is used for controlling the vehicle to run at the third preset speed or less.

According to the embodiment, the automobile air conditioner is controlled to send different instructions according to different driving conditions, the driving speed of the automobile is limited, the danger caused by the fact that the driving speed of a driver is too high is avoided, and the traveling safety of a user is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, when the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the second preset alcohol concentration and less than the third preset alcohol concentration, controlling the vehicle air conditioner to adjust the environment in the vehicle specifically includes: and controlling the automobile air conditioner to operate at a first preset temperature or lower.
Specifically, under the condition that the current alcohol concentration of the driver is greater than or equal to the second preset alcohol concentration and smaller than the third preset alcohol concentration, the driver belongs to non-drunk driving, the automobile air conditioner is controlled to operate at the first preset temperature which is less than or equal to 25 ℃, if the first preset temperature is 25 ℃, the automobile air conditioner is controlled to operate at the temperature which is less than or equal to 25 ℃, a comfortable environment is provided for a user, the over-high temperature can be avoided, and the driver is trapped and is in danger.
On the basis of the above embodiment, under the condition that the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the third preset alcohol concentration and less than the fourth preset alcohol concentration, controlling the vehicle air conditioner to issue the first instruction includes: and controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a four-level instruction, wherein the four-level instruction is used for controlling the automobile to run at a fourth preset speed which is less than or equal to the fourth preset speed, and the fourth preset speed is less than the first preset speed.
When the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to a third preset alcohol concentration and less than a fourth preset alcohol concentration, controlling an automobile air conditioner to send a first instruction for drunk driving, wherein the first instruction further comprises a four-stage instruction, and the four-stage instruction is used for controlling the automobile to run at a fourth preset speed or less, and if the fourth preset speed is 20 kilometers per hour, preventing the automobile from being moved in an emergency to avoid an emergency event; furthermore, the driver can drive the automobile to start the first preset time to process emergency at the speed of 20 km/h, so that danger is avoided.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the controlling the vehicle air conditioner to issue the second instruction in this embodiment specifically includes: the second instruction is used for controlling the voice function of the household air conditioner to be started and/or controlling the illumination function of the household air conditioner to be started.
In the embodiment, the automobile air conditioner is controlled to send out a second instruction, and the second instruction is used for controlling the starting of the alarm function of the household air conditioner, for example, controlling the starting of the voice function of the household air conditioner, reminding family members that a driver is driving after drinking, and taking corresponding measures in time to avoid danger to the driver; meanwhile, the illumination function of the household air conditioner is controlled to be started, the household air conditioner is controlled to emit strong light to attract the attention of family members, and corresponding measures are taken according to actual conditions.
In the embodiment, the voice function of the household air conditioner can be independently controlled to be started or the illumination function of the household air conditioner can be controlled to be started.
In addition, the start of the alarm function for controlling the household air conditioner in the embodiment is not limited to the start of the voice function and/or the start of the illumination function of the household air conditioner, and other alarm functions such as caption pop-up window can be used, so that the reminding function can be realized.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the control method for an automotive air conditioner provided in this embodiment further includes: within a continuous period of time, obtaining the current alcohol concentration of the driver at intervals of a second preset time; under the condition that one or more current alcohol concentrations are larger than or equal to a second preset alcohol concentration, controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a sixth instruction; and under the condition that the current alcohol concentrations are smaller than the second preset alcohol concentration, controlling the automobile air conditioner to close and prevent drunk driving.
In one embodiment, when the current alcohol concentration of the driver is greater than or equal to the second preset alcohol concentration and less than the third preset alcohol concentration, the driver belongs to non-drunk driving, the current alcohol concentration of the driver is obtained again at four-minute intervals within twelve continuous minutes, and when the current alcohol concentrations are less than the second preset alcohol concentration, the automobile air conditioner is controlled to be turned off to prevent drunk driving, and the driver can drive the automobile to drive according to requirements.
In another embodiment, when the current alcohol concentration of the driver is greater than or equal to the third preset alcohol concentration and less than the fourth preset alcohol concentration, the driver belongs to drunk driving, the current alcohol concentration of the driver is obtained again at intervals of two minutes within six continuous minutes, and when a plurality of current alcohol concentrations are less than the second preset alcohol concentration, the automobile air conditioner is controlled to be turned off to prevent drunk driving, and the driver can drive the automobile to drive according to requirements; when one or more current alcohol concentrations are larger than the second preset alcohol concentration in the current alcohol concentrations, the automobile air conditioner is controlled to send a sixth instruction, the automobile air conditioner is controlled to send alarm information to traffic police equipment, the alarm information comprises the position of a driver and the current alcohol concentration, and traffic police personnel are reminded to arrive at the site for processing as soon as possible, so that danger is avoided.
In another embodiment, when the current alcohol concentration of the driver is greater than or equal to a fourth preset alcohol concentration, the driver belongs to drunk driving, the current alcohol concentration of the driver is obtained again at intervals of one minute within five continuous minutes, and the automobile air conditioner is controlled to be turned off to prevent drunk driving when a plurality of current alcohol concentrations are less than a second preset alcohol concentration; under the condition that one or more current alcohol concentrations of a plurality of current drivers are larger than or equal to the second preset alcohol concentration, the automobile air conditioner is controlled to send alarm information to the traffic police equipment to remind the traffic police to go to the site for treatment as soon as possible, danger is avoided, and the safety of traveling of the user is improved.
In this embodiment, the duration of the continuous segment and the second preset duration are not specifically limited, and may be set according to actual conditions, and the duration of the continuous segment and the second preset duration in different conditions may be the same or different.
It is understood that in the case of a car being parked or idling and the car air conditioner being started, there is a certain risk that the user stays in the car for a long time, especially after drinking, carbon monoxide poisoning may be caused seriously.
Based on this, the control method for the air conditioner of the vehicle provided by the embodiment further includes: acquiring the current temperature in the automobile when the automobile is stopped or idled and the automobile air conditioner is started; and controlling the start of the anti-retention mode of the automobile air conditioner according to the stay time of the user in the automobile and the current temperature in the automobile.
Further, according to the stay time of the user in the vehicle and the current temperature in the vehicle, controlling the start of the anti-detention mode of the vehicle air conditioner specifically comprises: under the condition that the current temperature in the automobile is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature and less than or equal to a third preset temperature, controlling an automobile air conditioner to send a seventh instruction, wherein the seventh instruction is used for controlling the opening of an automobile window; and under the conditions that the current temperature in the vehicle is greater than or equal to a third preset temperature and the retention time is greater than or equal to a third preset time length, controlling the vehicle air conditioner to send a seventh instruction and controlling the vehicle air conditioner to send an eighth instruction, wherein the eighth instruction is used for linking the starting of the alarm function of the household air conditioner and/or controlling the vehicle air conditioner to send a ninth instruction, and the ninth instruction is used for sending alarm information to the target equipment and/or controlling the vehicle air conditioner to adjust the indoor environment.
In one embodiment, when the automobile is stopped or idled and the automobile air conditioner is started, the temperature in the automobile is obtained, wherein the temperature in the automobile is 38 ℃, is higher than the second preset temperature (35 ℃) and lower than the third preset temperature (40 ℃), and the automobile air conditioner is controlled to send a seventh instruction to control the window to open, the window to open 1/5 can be controlled, the window to open 1/2 can be controlled, and the setting is not specifically limited and is set according to actual requirements.
In another embodiment, the temperature in the vehicle is 42 ℃, the temperature is more than or equal to a third preset temperature (40 ℃), and the vehicle air conditioner is controlled to send a seventh instruction to control the vehicle window to be opened under the condition that the user stays in the vehicle for 40 minutes for more than or equal to a third preset time (30 minutes); and meanwhile, the automobile air conditioner is controlled to send an eighth instruction, the alarm function of the linked household air conditioner is started to remind the family member user of the specific position, the current temperature in the automobile and the stay time in the automobile, the family member is reminded of timely processing, and the user is prevented from being detained in the automobile for too long time to cause danger or carbon monoxide poisoning after drinking.
The embodiment also controls the automobile air conditioner to send a ninth instruction, controls the automobile air conditioner to send the current position of the user, the current temperature in the automobile and the stay time of the user in the automobile to the target equipment, and can process the user according to the actual situation after the target user receives the prompt, so that danger is avoided. The embodiment can also control the automobile air conditioner to send a ninth instruction, so that the condition that the reminding of starting the alarm function of the household air conditioner is missed can be avoided, and the danger is avoided.
Further, this embodiment can also control vehicle air conditioner adjustment car internal environment, if open vehicle air conditioner's refrigeration mode for reduce the temperature in the car, improve user's comfort level.
In this embodiment, under the condition that the temperature in the vehicle is greater than or equal to the third preset temperature and the staying time of the user in the vehicle is greater than or equal to the third preset duration, the vehicle air conditioner is controlled to send a seventh instruction, and the vehicle air conditioner is controlled to send at least one of an eighth instruction or a ninth instruction, so that a reminding function can be realized to avoid danger; whether to control the automobile air conditioner to adjust the environment in the automobile is not particularly limited, and can be limited according to actual conditions.
The following describes the vehicle air conditioner control device provided by the present invention, and the vehicle air conditioner control device described below and the vehicle air conditioner control method described above may be referred to in correspondence with each other.
This embodiment still provides a vehicle air conditioner controlling means, and this operation vehicle air conditioner controlling means includes: an acquisition module: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the alcohol concentration within a preset range of main driving; the method is also used for acquiring the current alcohol concentration of the driver under the condition that the alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the first preset alcohol concentration; a control module: the automobile air conditioner is used for controlling the automobile air conditioner to execute the drunk driving prevention action under the condition that the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the second preset alcohol concentration; wherein the second preset alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the first preset alcohol concentration.
The embodiment also provides an automobile air conditioning system, which comprises the automobile air conditioning control device in the embodiment, and further comprises an alcohol concentration detection device, a motion capture recognition device and a temperature detection device, wherein the alcohol concentration detection device is used for detecting the alcohol concentration near a driver in the automobile; the motion capture recognition device is used for matching with the alcohol concentration detection device to detect the current alcohol concentration of the driver; the temperature detection equipment is used for detecting the current temperature in the vehicle.
Fig. 3 illustrates a physical structure diagram of an electronic device, which may include, as shown in fig. 3: a processor (processor)310, a communication Interface (communication Interface)320, a memory (memory)330 and a communication bus 340, wherein the processor 310, the communication Interface 320 and the memory 330 communicate with each other via the communication bus 340. The processor 310 may call logic instructions in the memory 330 to perform a vehicle air conditioner control method, the method comprising: acquiring the alcohol concentration within a preset range of main driving; acquiring the current alcohol concentration of the driver under the condition that the alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to a first preset alcohol concentration; controlling the automobile air conditioner to execute a drunk driving prevention action under the condition that the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to a second preset alcohol concentration; wherein the second preset alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the first preset alcohol concentration.
In addition, the logic instructions in the memory 330 may be implemented in the form of software functional units and stored in a computer readable storage medium when the software functional units are sold or used as independent products. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. In still another aspect, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor, is implemented to perform the vehicle air conditioner control method provided above, the method including: acquiring the alcohol concentration within a preset range of main driving; acquiring the current alcohol concentration of the driver under the condition that the alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to a first preset alcohol concentration; controlling the automobile air conditioner to execute a drunk driving prevention action under the condition that the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to a second preset alcohol concentration; wherein the second preset alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the first preset alcohol concentration.

acquiring the current alcohol concentration of the driver under the condition that the alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to a first preset alcohol concentration;
controlling an automobile air conditioner to execute a drunk driving prevention action under the condition that the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to a second preset alcohol concentration; wherein the second preset alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the first preset alcohol concentration.
2. The automotive air conditioning control method according to claim 1, wherein the drunk driving prevention action includes: controlling an automobile air conditioner to adjust the environment in the automobile; controlling an automobile air conditioner to send out a first instruction, wherein the first instruction is used for controlling the running speed of an automobile; controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a second instruction, wherein the second instruction is used for linking the starting of the alarm function of the household air conditioner; controlling an automobile air conditioner to send a third instruction, wherein the third instruction is used for controlling the idling of the automobile; controlling an automobile air conditioner to send a fourth instruction, wherein the fourth instruction is used for controlling the automobile to be closed after being started for a first preset time; controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a fifth instruction, wherein the fifth instruction is used for sending alarm information to target equipment; and controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a sixth instruction, wherein the sixth instruction is used for sending alarm information to the traffic alarm equipment.

The control method of the automobile air conditioner as claimed in claim 2, wherein the controlling of the automobile air conditioner to perform the drunk driving prevention action in case that the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to a second preset alcohol concentration comprises:
when the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the second preset alcohol concentration and less than a third preset alcohol concentration, controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a first instruction, and/or controlling the automobile air conditioner to adjust the environment in the automobile;
when the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the third preset alcohol concentration and less than the fourth preset alcohol concentration, controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a first instruction, controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a fourth instruction, and/or controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a second instruction, and/or controlling the automobile air conditioner to adjust the environment in the automobile;
and under the condition that the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the fourth preset alcohol concentration, controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a third instruction, controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a second instruction, and/or controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a fifth instruction, and/or controlling the automobile air conditioner to adjust the environment in the automobile.

The vehicle air conditioner control method according to claim 3, wherein in the case where the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the second preset alcohol concentration and less than a third preset alcohol concentration, controlling the vehicle air conditioner to issue a first command includes:
the method comprises the steps that when an automobile runs under a first condition, an automobile air conditioner is controlled to send a first-level instruction, wherein the first-level instruction is used for controlling the automobile to run at a first preset speed or lower;
the method comprises the steps that when an automobile runs under a second condition, an automobile air conditioner is controlled to send a secondary instruction, and the secondary instruction is used for controlling the automobile to run at a second preset speed or lower;
controlling an automobile air conditioner to send a three-level instruction when the automobile runs under a third condition, wherein the three-level instruction is used for controlling the automobile to run at a third preset speed or lower;
the first preset speed is smaller than the second preset speed, and the second preset speed is smaller than the third preset speed.
5. The control method of the automobile air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein when the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the second preset alcohol concentration and less than a third preset alcohol concentration, controlling the automobile air conditioner to adjust the environment in the automobile specifically comprises: and controlling the automobile air conditioner to operate at a first preset temperature or lower.

The vehicle air conditioner control method according to claim 4, wherein in the case where the current alcohol concentration is greater than or equal to the third preset alcohol concentration and less than a fourth preset alcohol concentration, controlling the vehicle air conditioner to issue the first command includes: and controlling the automobile air conditioner to send a four-stage instruction, wherein the four-stage instruction is used for controlling the automobile to run at a fourth preset speed which is less than or equal to the fourth preset speed, and the fourth preset speed is less than the first preset speed.

The control method of the automobile air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the controlling the automobile air conditioner to issue the second instruction specifically comprises: the second instruction is used for controlling the voice function of the household air conditioner to be started and/or controlling the illumination function of the household air conditioner to be started.
8. The vehicle air-conditioning control method according to claim 3, characterized by further comprising:
within a continuous period of time, obtaining the current alcohol concentration of the driver at intervals of a second preset time;
under the condition that one or more current alcohol concentrations are larger than or equal to the second preset alcohol concentration, controlling an automobile air conditioner to send a sixth instruction;
and under the condition that the current alcohol concentrations are all smaller than the second preset alcohol concentration, controlling an automobile air conditioner to close the drunk driving prevention action.
9. The vehicle air-conditioning control method according to claim 1, characterized by further comprising:
acquiring the current temperature in the automobile when the automobile is stopped or idled and the automobile air conditioner is started;
and controlling the start of the anti-retention mode of the automobile air conditioner according to the stay time of the user in the automobile and the current temperature in the automobile.
10. The control method of the automobile air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein controlling the start of the anti-stagnation mode of the automobile air conditioner according to the stay time of the user in the automobile and the current temperature in the automobile specifically comprises:
under the condition that the current temperature in the automobile is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature and less than or equal to a third preset temperature, controlling an automobile air conditioner to send a seventh instruction, wherein the seventh instruction is used for controlling the opening of an automobile window;
