Background
A printer is one of the output devices of a computer for printing the results of a computer process on an associated medium. Each carrying surface is composed of two inclined surfaces and a plane. The two inclined surfaces are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the plane. The supporting action of the carrying surface can prevent the cleaning roller from crushing the display screen due to overlarge elasticity.
The stroke amplification assembly comprises a large rack connected with the side extension frame on the right side, the large rack is meshed with a large gear, the large gear is connected with a transmission shaft, a small gear is mounted on the lower portion of the transmission shaft, and the small gear is meshed with a small rack fixedly connected with a control column. The stroke amplification component plays a transmission role and mainly aims at changing the strokes of the small rack and the large rack.
A connecting sleeve for installing the first control column in a front-back sliding manner is welded on the machine body; the outer side of the middle part of the first control column is wrapped with a second spring which is correspondingly abutted with the connecting sleeve and the front part of the small rack respectively; the transmission shaft is rotatably arranged in the machine body through a bearing seat. The second spring is used for helping the first control column to automatically reset.
The rear end of the first control column is provided with a positive inclined plane, and the rear part of the first control column is provided with a clamping groove; the self-locking assembly comprises a rear rod connected with the second control column in a welded mode, a T-shaped groove for horizontally and slidably mounting the second control column and the rear rod is formed in the right portion of the machine body, a third spring connected with the rear rod is mounted on the right side of the inner side of the T-shaped groove, and a reverse inclined plane matched with the forward inclined plane is arranged at the left end of the rear rod. The left end of the rear rod is inserted into the clamping groove, and then the second control column can be locked.

The cleaning roller 24 can move horizontally together with the U-shaped frame 12.
The front side and the rear side of the rectangular frame 13 are both provided with extending parts 13a, and the middle part of the carrying frame 8 is provided with two carrying surfaces for supporting the extending parts 13 a.
Each of the mounting surfaces is formed by two inclined surfaces 13a1 and a flat surface 13a 2. The two inclined surfaces 13a1 are located on the left and right sides of the flat surface 13a 2. The support of the mounting surface prevents the cleaning roller 24 from crushing the display screen due to excessive elasticity.
The stroke amplification assembly comprises a large rack 15 connected with the side extension frame 3a on the right side, the large rack 15 is meshed and matched with a large gear 16, the large gear 16 is connected with a transmission shaft 17, a small gear 18 is installed on the lower portion of the transmission shaft 17, and the small gear 18 is meshed with a small rack 19 fixedly connected with the first control column 4. The stroke amplification assembly functions as a transmission, mainly for changing the stroke of the small rack 19 and the large rack 15.
A connecting sleeve 20 for installing the first control column 4 in a front-back sliding manner is welded on the machine body 1; the outer side of the middle part of the first control column 4 is wrapped with a second spring 21, and the second spring 21 is correspondingly abutted with the connecting sleeve 20 and the front part of the small rack 19 respectively; the transmission shaft 17 is rotatably installed in the machine body 1 through a bearing seat. The second spring 21 is used for helping the first control column 4 to automatically reset.
The rear end of the first control column 4 is provided with a positive inclined plane 4a, and the rear part of the first control column 4 is provided with a clamping groove 4 b; the self-locking assembly comprises a rear rod 22 connected with a second control column 5 in a welding mode, a T-shaped groove 1a formed in the right portion of the machine body 1 and used for horizontally and slidably mounting the second control column 5 and the rear rod 22, a third spring 23 connected with the rear rod 22 is mounted on the right side in the T-shaped groove 1a, and a reverse inclined surface 22a matched with the positive inclined surface 4a is arranged at the left end of the rear rod 22. The left end of the rear rod 22 is inserted into the clamping groove 4b, and then the second control column 5 can be locked.
Under the normal state, the control bedplate 3 is positioned inside the machine body 1 and plays a role in isolating and protecting the control bedplate 3.
The first embodiment is as follows:
when the display screen of the control bedplate 3 is dirty, the carrying frame 8 can be pushed downwards to a certain position through the hydraulic cylinder 6, the cleaning round roller 24 is tightly attached to the surface of the display screen under the action of the elastic force of the first spring 14, and the motor 9 drives the screw rod 11 to rotate, so that the cleaning round roller 24 can be driven to horizontally move to clean the display screen.
Example two:
when the control bedplate 3 is needed to be used, the first control column 4 is manually pressed backwards, on one hand, the whole control bedplate 3 is enabled to slide forwards to leave the inside of the machine body 1 through differential transmission of the gear and the rack, and manual use is facilitated. When the control bedplate 3 completely leaves the interior of the machine body 1, namely the first control column 4 slides backwards to a certain position, the left end of the rear rod 22 is inserted into the clamping groove 4b under the elastic force of the third spring 23, so that the control bedplate 3 is locked.
