技术领域
本发明涉及隐身材料技术领域,特别涉及一种兼具雷达隐身和红外隐身的双隐身方舱涂层。
背景技术
多功能隐身材料在军事领域的应用前景广阔。其中,材料在重要军事目标防护和单兵作战等方面意义重大。然而,雷达隐身是基于吸收原理,即通过对雷达波的吸收来降低目标物表面对雷达波的反射从而实现雷达隐身,而红外隐身则主要通过增大物体表面的反射率,利用反射红外线的原理实现红外隐身。雷达隐身和红外隐身在实现原理上的矛盾使得制备雷达和红外双隐身材料极具挑战。
发明内容
鉴于此,有必要提供一种兼具雷达隐身和红外隐身的双隐身方舱涂层。
一种兼具雷达隐身和红外隐身的双隐身方舱涂层,包括依次层叠设置的红外隐身涂层、透波外蒙皮、雷达隐身层、复合蒙皮层、防弹层、吸波泡沫层及内蒙皮层,
所述红外隐身涂层包括表层及红外反射层,所述表层可用于降低所述红外隐身涂层的红外吸收,所述红外反射层用于增加所述红外隐身涂层对红外电磁波的反射。
在其中一些实施例中,所述表层包括红外透明的粘合剂及着色颜料,所述红外透明的粘合剂包括三元乙丙橡胶或苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,所述着色颜料包括硫化物或苝黑。
在其中一些实施例中,所述红外反射层包括高近红外反射颜料或高热红外反射金属颜料中的至少一种,所述高近红外反射颜料为铬系颜料,所述高热红外反射金属颜料为片状金属颜料。
在其中一些实施例中,所述透波外蒙皮层由玻璃钢组成,所述的玻璃钢由基体和增强材料组成,所述增强材料包括E-玻璃纤维、D-玻璃纤维、聚乙烯纤维、Kevlar纤维、石英玻璃纤维中的至少一种。
在其中一些实施例中,所述雷达隐身层包括以聚氨酯泡沫板或酚醛泡沫板或蜂窝板为材料的基材,所述基材中添加雷达波吸收填料,所述雷达波吸收填料包括碳纤维、石墨、金属、金属氧化物磁性粉末、碳化硅复合纤维、多晶铁纤维吸收剂中的至少一种。

请参阅图2,所述红外隐身涂层110包括表层111及红外反射层112,所述表层111可用于降低所述红外隐身涂层的红外吸收,所述红外反射层112用于增加所述红外隐身涂层对红外电磁波的反射。
在其中一些实施例中,所述表层111包括红外透明的粘合剂及着色颜料,所述红外透明的粘合剂包括三元乙丙橡胶或苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,所述着色颜料包括硫化物或苝黑。
在其中一些实施例中,所述红外反射层112包括高近红外反射颜料或高热红外反射金属颜料中的至少一种,所述高近红外反射颜料为铬系颜料,所述高热红外反射金属颜料为片状金属颜料。
由于在实际中,片状金属颜料在实现高红外反射的同时,也形成了可见光近红外的高亮度,由此带来涂层光学伪装性能减弱的问题,对此,采用共沉淀法制备了包覆片状金属颜料,包覆介质则采用光学伪装效果较好的铬系颜料,通过在片状铝粉表面包覆薄层的铬系颜料,达到降低铝粉表面亮度,同时保持粉体高热红外反射特性的目的。
可以理解,由于表涂层111主要由红外透明的粘合剂和着色颜料构成,因而能降低涂层的红外吸收;红外反射层主要由高近红外反射颜料或高热红外反射金属颜料,能增加涂层对红外电磁波的反射,通过两层涂层的协同作用,降低整个涂层体系的红外辐射。
在其中一些实施例中,所述红外隐身涂层110还包括底涂层113,所述底涂层113包括含炔基树脂及聚硼硅氮烷树脂,以使得形成的涂层具有更好的柔韧性。
在其中一些实施例中,所述透波外蒙皮层120由玻璃钢组成,所述的玻璃钢由基体和增强材料组成,所述增强材料包括E-玻璃纤维、D-玻璃纤维、聚乙烯纤维、Kevlar纤维、石英玻璃纤维中的至少一种。

步骤S110:将红外隐身涂层、透波外蒙皮、雷达隐身层、复合蒙皮层、防弹层、吸波泡沫层及内蒙皮层依次层叠设置;
步骤S120:经上述步骤得到的板材进行加压定型,得到所述兼具雷达隐身和红外隐身的双隐身方舱涂层。

3.如权利要求1所述的兼具雷达隐身和红外隐身的双隐身方舱涂层,其特征在于,所述红外反射层包括高近红外反射颜料或高热红外反射金属颜料中的至少一种,所述高近红外反射颜料为铬系颜料,所述高热红外反射金属颜料为片状金属颜料。
4.如权利要求1所述的兼具雷达隐身和红外隐身的双隐身方舱涂层,其特征在于,所述透波外蒙皮层由玻璃钢组成,所述的玻璃钢由基体和增强材料组成,所述增强材料包括E-玻璃纤维、D-玻璃纤维、聚乙烯纤维、Kevlar纤维、石英玻璃纤维中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求1所述的兼具雷达隐身和红外隐身的双隐身方舱涂层,其特征在于,所述雷达隐身层包括以聚氨酯泡沫板或酚醛泡沫板或蜂窝板为材料的基材,所述基材中添加雷达波吸收填料,所述雷达波吸收填料包括碳纤维、石墨、金属、金属氧化物磁性粉末、碳化硅复合纤维、多晶铁纤维吸收剂中的至少一种。
6.如权利要求1所述的兼具雷达隐身和红外隐身的双隐身方舱涂层,其特征在于,所述复合蒙皮层包括基体是不饱和树脂或环氧树脂及在所述基体中添加有碳纤维布。
7.如权利要求1所述的兼具雷达隐身和红外隐身的双隐身方舱涂层,其特征在于,所述防弹层为UHMWPE防弹板或陶瓷复合防弹板或芳纶防弹板或防弹钢板。
8.如权利要求1所述的兼具雷达隐身和红外隐身的双隐身方舱涂层,其特征在于,所述吸波泡沫层为聚氨酯泡沫板。
9.如权利要求1所述的兼具雷达隐身和红外隐身的双隐身方舱涂层,其特征在于,所述内蒙皮层包括铝板或钢板或塑料板。
10.如权利要求1所述的兼具雷达隐身和红外隐身的双隐身方舱涂层,其特征在于,所述红外隐身涂层、透波外蒙皮、雷达隐身层、复合蒙皮层、防弹层、吸波泡沫层及内蒙皮层的厚度为10μm-1mm、10μm-1mm、10mm-30mm、0.1mm-1mm、14mm-25mm、0.5mm-2mm及10μm-1mm。
