Description

Wooden decorative board and industrialized manufacturing method
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of board manufacturing, and particularly relates to a wooden decorative board and an industrialized manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The wood has the characteristics of wide sources, light weight, high specific strength, beautiful texture, excellent touch feeling and the like, and is widely applied to the fields of building decoration and the like. For example, a more aesthetically pleasing decorative panel can be made by sawing wood into panels. However, we have found in practice that the existing wooden decorative boards have the following defects: firstly, non-uniform internal stress generally exists in natural wood, and during the use process, the internal stress of the wood is gradually released to cause the deformation and cracking of the wooden decorative plate; secondly, the wood fiber has strong hydrophilicity and is easy to absorb moisture, and the wood decorative plate is easy to deform and rot after moisture absorption; thirdly, the annual rings of the wood contain rich, beautiful and fine textures, but the annual rings cannot be fully displayed by the conventional wood decorative plates; fourth, conventional wood veneer surfaces have poor abrasion resistance, especially when sharp objects are drawn across the surface, where the tree fibers of the surface are cut, creating scratches that are difficult to repair and are unsightly.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a wooden decorative plate and an industrialized manufacturing method thereof.
The invention provides a wooden decorative plate which comprises a lining material and a panel, wherein the panel is adhered to at least one side of the lining material; the panel is formed by splicing a plurality of wood chips with equal thickness, and the surface of each wood chip parallel to the lining material is a cross section of wood.
The invention attaches the panel on the lining material to form the wooden decorative plate, wherein, the surface of the panel is a cross section (the cross section is the section which cuts the tree fiber and is basically vertical to the tree fiber), therefore, the length of the tree fiber in the panel is shorter, the extending direction of the tree fiber is vertical to the surface of the panel, and rich and fine textures in the cross section can be fully displayed. The stress in the wood is mainly caused by different stresses of different tree fibers, the tree fibers in the panel are shorter, the unbalanced degree of the stresses of the different tree fibers is greatly weakened, and therefore the panel is not easy to deform in the later use process. Since the tree fibres are substantially perpendicular to the panel surface, when a sharp instrument is stroked across the panel surface, only slight bending of the tree fibres is caused to occur over short distances of the surface, without the tree fibres being stroked apart, and the resulting scratch is also slight and somewhat reversible. On the other hand, the tree fibers are basically vertical to the surface of the panel, and when the surface is adhered on the lining material by using the adhesive, the depth of the adhesive penetrating into the panel is larger, and the adhesive force is also larger.
The wood decorative board provided by the invention can be used as various decorative functional boards such as floors, wallboards and the like for indoor and outdoor use. Taking the floor as an example, compared with the traditional wood floor, the wood decorative board has the advantages of single deformation direction, difficult bending, better skid resistance and wear resistance, and the surface pattern has obvious richness and editability compared with the traditional wood floor with single pattern, and can be spliced into various required patterns according to the aesthetic will of people by utilizing elements such as brightness, color, texture and the like of the wood annual rings and selectively matching with other materials.
Furthermore, each wood chip in the panel is rectangular, the wood chips are spliced into the panel in a staggered arrangement mode, staggered arrangement refers to the fact that the wood chips are continuously spliced into a strip shape in the X direction, then the obtained strip-shaped wood chips are continuously spliced into a plate shape in the Y direction (the X direction and the Y direction are vertical or basically vertical), and the splicing seams in the adjacent strip-shaped wood chips are staggered mutually.
In the invention, the panel is small in thickness, the tree fibers in the panel are short, and the bending resistance of the panel is weak, so that the panel needs to be attached to the lining material. The selection of the lining materials has diversity, such as copper plates, stainless steel plates, organic glass plates, rotary-cut single plates, bamboo thin plates, density plates, solid wood finger-jointed plates, kraft paper, glass fiber nets, non-woven fabrics, gauze and other materials.
Furthermore, the lining material is preferably a composite wood board, the lining material comprises at least one layer of wood splicing board, the wood splicing board is formed by transversely splicing and integrating a plurality of wood planing materials with equal thickness, and each wood planing material is prepared by performing chord cutting or radial cutting on wood. In the same wood-jointing board, the extending direction of the tree fiber in the wood-planing material is basically consistent with the jointing direction of the adjacent wood-planing material.
One or more layers of split wood boards are used for forming a relatively stable lining material with certain strength, and a panel can be arranged on one side or two sides of the lining material, wherein the specific forms include but are not limited to the following forms:
first, the lining material only comprises a layer of spliced wood board, and two surfaces of the spliced wood board are respectively adhered with a layer of panel by using adhesive.
And the lining material comprises a layer of spliced wood board and glass fiber nets adhered to two sides of the spliced wood board, the deformation resistance of the lining material is improved by utilizing the stronger tensile property of the glass fiber nets, and two surfaces of the lining material are respectively adhered with a layer of panel by using an adhesive.
Thirdly, the lining material comprises two layers of spliced wood boards and two layers of glass fiber nets; the two layers of spliced wood boards are bonded together in a vertically overlapping mode in the splicing seam direction; after the two layers of the spliced wood boards are bonded, a layer of glass fiber net is respectively bonded on the surfaces of the two sides; two surfaces of the lining material are respectively adhered with a layer of panel by using adhesive. The glass fiber net is adhered after the joints of the two layers of spliced wood boards are vertically adhered, and the prepared lining material has stronger bending strength in all directions and is integrally stable and firm.
Fourthly, the lining material comprises three layers of spliced wood boards and two layers of glass fiber nets; the three layers of spliced wood boards are bonded together in a vertically overlapping mode in the direction of splicing seams of adjacent layers; after the three layers of the wood splicing plates are bonded, a layer of glass fiber net is respectively bonded on the surfaces of the two sides; the thickness ratio of the three layers of spliced wood boards is 1:2:1 in sequence; one side of the lining material is adhered with a layer of panel. Compared with the lining material used in the third mode, the lining material has better bending resistance and overall stability under the same thickness.
Further, a waterproof paint layer is coated on all surfaces or exposed surfaces of the panel, so that the waterproof performance is improved, and moisture absorption deformation and putrefaction are prevented. Besides coating the waterproof paint layer, the surface treatment such as embossing, polishing, sand blasting, film coating and the like can be selectively carried out on the panel.
Furthermore, the panel can be formed by splicing and cutting battens with irregular sections, has extremely high degree of freedom, can be spliced into various attractive patterns according to needs, and is efficient in production and low in cost.
Further, metal strips, such as copper trim strips, may also be embedded in the panels. Because only the embedded copper sheet is cut into strips during manufacturing, the embedding efficiency is far higher than the operation mode of embedding single decorative strips one by one.
The wooden decorative board provided by the invention not only has rich and various surface patterns, but also can be manufactured in a large scale by an industrialized method, the production efficiency is high, and the quality of products in each batch is stable.
The industrial manufacturing method of the wooden decorative board comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: slicing and molding the square plate on four sides;
step two: bonding raw materials including square boards subjected to four-side slicing forming into a laminated material, wherein the extending directions of tree fibers in the square boards are kept consistent;
step three: transversely cutting the laminated wood into sheets according to the extending direction perpendicular to the tree fibers to obtain a panel;
step four: and (3) coating adhesive on the surfaces of the lining material and/or the panel, pressing the lining material and the panel tightly, and curing to obtain the wooden decorative plate.
If the lining material relates to a spliced wood board, the manufacturing method of the spliced wood board comprises the following steps: the wood is cut in a string or a diameter mode to obtain wood planing materials with equal thickness, then the wood planing materials are tiled, glued and spliced to form the spliced wood board, and the extending direction of the tree fibers in the spliced wood board is basically consistent with the splicing seam direction.
Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the wood decorative plate provided by the invention has an attractive surface and rich annual ring visual effect, and can be used as various decorative function plates for indoor and outdoor use, such as floors, wallboards and the like. The wooden decorative board can be made into an oversized board theoretically without the limitation of the size of wood, and can still keep the surface patterns of the panel harmonious and uniform and the structure of the lining material firm and stable. Besides, the plate also has the advantages of stable size, wear resistance, scratch resistance, firm structure, moisture resistance, corrosion resistance and the like.
