Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a multifunctional pastry slicing device of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the pastry slicing device includes a frame 1 and the following components mounted on the frame 1: the cutting mechanism is used for performing reciprocating slicing action towards the cakes; the driving mechanism is connected with the cutting mechanism and drives the cutting mechanism to do reciprocating motion; an intermittent conveying mechanism which is arranged in the cutting direction of the cutting mechanism and is used for conveying the cakes, wherein the conveying of the cakes is stopped when the cutting mechanism is in a first posture, and the conveying of the cakes is started when the cutting mechanism is in a second posture; wherein the cutting mechanism finishes cutting the pastry in the process of switching the first posture to the second posture. The machine frame 1 can support all the components, the cutting mechanism can realize reciprocating cutting action and cake cutting, the driving mechanism can drive the cutting mechanism to reciprocate, then the intermittent conveying mechanism can realize intermittent conveying, cakes are not driven to move when the cakes are cut, and the cakes are driven to move when the cakes are not cut.
Preferably, the cutting mechanism may include: the cutting knife comprises a crankshaft 6 connected to the driving mechanism, a connecting rod with one end hinged to the crankshaft 6 and a cutting knife 5 arranged at the other end of the connecting rod; wherein, the crankshaft 6 can drive the connecting rod to rotate, so that the cutting knife 5 can do reciprocating cutting motion in the vertical direction. Wherein the crankshaft 6 comprises a rotating shaft and a folding shaft arranged on the rotating shaft, and the folding shaft can drive the cutting knife 5 to move up and down during the rotation of the shaft. One end of the connecting rod is sleeved on a shaft of a folding part of the crankshaft 6, and when the crankshaft 6 rotates, one end of the connecting rod can rotate on the crankshaft 6 and can move up and down to finish the reciprocating cutting motion of the cutter 5 in the vertical direction.
Preferably, one end of the connecting rod is provided with a shaft sleeve sleeved on the crankshaft 6, so that the connecting rod can reciprocate up and down along with the crankshaft 6. The shaft sleeve can be connected to the connecting rod and then can move up and down in a reciprocating manner along with the crankshaft 6 under the driving of the connecting rod.
Preferably, in order to limit the direction of one end of the cutting knife 5 and allow the cutting knife 5 to move only up and down, a limiting groove for limiting the moving direction of the cutting knife 5 is arranged on the frame 1.
Preferably, in order to realize the driving of the woolen device, the driving mechanism may include: a pulley structure 8 and a reduction gear connected to the pulley structure 8 and to the crankshaft 6; the belt pulley structure 8 can be linked with the crankshaft 6 through the reduction gear to rotate, so that the cutter 5 can perform reciprocating cutting motion in the vertical direction. The intermittent motion of the cakes is matched with the up-and-down reciprocating motion of the cutter 5 so as to complete the slicing work of the cakes.
