The invention integrally solves the problems of no expansion of the workpiece after oiling or short service time and precision check of the clamp after oiling; the method for verifying the gear honing clamp by using the simple tool saves the verification process of a special verification table.

Secondly, as shown in fig. 2, the checking device and the honing fixture are installed on the machine tool, the screw is tightened until the distance of the expanding sleeve tensioning workpiece screwed down by the fixture is measured by a vernier caliper, and whether the distance is consistent with the theoretical distance is determined, in the embodiment, the theoretical distance is 5mm, the actual distance is 5.05mm, the requirement is met, and the distance is 0.005mm when the plane and the excircle of the workpiece are in jumping under the tensioning state.
Through specific practical experiments, under the specific environment setting of normal temperature, refueling is carried out by taking the push rod distance calculated theoretically as the basis, and the refueling effect is ensured. Compared with the prior art, the method ensures that the service life of the gear honing clamp reaches 20 ten thousand times after oiling.
