Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of solid waste treatment. The invention provides a method for disinfecting and deodorizing a refuse landfill by using calcium silicate powder, which is characterized in that a deodorant is covered on household garbage for disinfection and deodorization; sequentially covering a plurality of layers of domestic garbage and deodorant; the heights of each layer of domestic garbage and each layer of deodorant are 1.8-2.2 m and 0.15-0.2 m respectively; the deodorant is a mixture of silicon calcium powder and titanium dioxide in a mass ratio of 1: 0.05-0.1. The deodorant disclosed by the invention can effectively inhibit volatilization of ammonia gas, organic amine, hydrogen sulfide, mercaptan, thioether and other organic malodorous gases in landfill leachate, can quickly, safely and multiply deodorize, and has a disinfecting and sterilizing effect due to the high alkalinity of the deodorant. The method has the advantages of simple process, low cost, strong construction property and convenient industrial application, and brings certain social benefit for solving the environmental pollution of wastes.

Example 1
3kg of calcium oxide powder (with the particle size of 390 mu m) and 10kg of domestic sludge (with the water content of 70%) of an urban domestic sewage treatment plant are uniformly mixed and then dried, and then dried for 3h at 350 ℃, and burned for 2h at 650 ℃ and then cooled, so that the silico-calcium powder with the silicon mass fraction of 16% and the calcium mass fraction of 78% is obtained. 1kg of silicon calcium powder and 0.06kg of titanium dioxide are uniformly mixed to obtain the deodorant.
