Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of flaw detection auxiliary equipment, in particular to a base of a metal wire eddy current flaw detection paint spray gun.
Background
Eddy current testing is one of many NDT (non-destructive testing) methods that use the basic theory of "electromagnetism" as the basis for conductor testing. The generation of eddy currents results from a phenomenon known as electromagnetic induction. When an alternating current is applied to a conductor, such as a copper wire, the magnetic field will generate a magnetic field within the conductor and in the space surrounding the conductor. Eddy currents are induced currents that flow in a loop. This is called "vortex" because it is the same form in which a liquid or gas flows in a loop around an obstacle. If a conductor is placed in the changing magnetic field, eddy currents will be generated in that conductor, and eddy currents will also generate their own magnetic field, which expands as the alternating current rises and blanks as the alternating current decreases. Therefore, when the surface or the near surface of the conductor has defects or some properties of the measured metal material are changed, the intensity and the distribution of the eddy current are influenced, so that the change condition of the eddy current can be detected through the eddy current, and the existence of the defects in the conductor and the change of the metal performance can be indirectly known. Therefore, the eddy current principle can be used for solving the problems of flaw detection (crack and defect detection), thickness measurement (material or coating thickness measurement), sorting and the like of the metal materials.
After eddy current inspection is finished on metal wires, when unqualified products are found, the metal wires are distinguished by adopting a mode of marking quick-drying paint, the current spray gun is directly exposed and installed at the outlet of an inspection machine, the angle of the spray gun is required to be adjusted when the spray gun is installed every time, the installation time is wasted, after long-time use, the sprayed paint can cause the whole surface of the spray gun to be full of paint, the service life of the spray gun is shortened, the spray gun is required to be cleaned after short-time use, the spray gun is required to be installed again after being cleaned, and the angle of the spray gun is required to be adjusted.
An effective solution to the problems in the related art has not been proposed yet.

Technical problem to be solved
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the base of the metal wire eddy current inspection paint spray gun, which has reasonable structural design, can avoid the pollution of the spray gun, and can also be convenient to install and disassemble the spray gun.

Further, in order to facilitate the installation of the housing 3 and the mounting plate 2, the horizontal positions and the number of the plurality of threaded holes 31 correspond to the horizontal positions and the number of the plurality of countersunk connecting holes 211.
Further, in order to facilitate the installation and the disassembly of the spray gun 4, the fixing seat 5 is provided with a spray gun clamping opening 51, the outer side of the spray gun clamping opening 51 is provided with a locking handle 52, a spray hole 53 is arranged at a position corresponding to the lower part of the inner side of the spray gun clamping opening 51, and the position of the spray hole 53 corresponds to the position of the first spray hole 321.
Further, in order to avoid the excessive paint flowing out from the connection when the mounting plate is installed on the equipment, a leather pad 6 is arranged on the side, opposite to the housing 3, of the mounting plate 2.
Furthermore, in order to avoid quick drying of the quick-drying paint inside the housing 3, a plurality of heating pipes 7 are uniformly arranged around the inner side of the housing 3.
Further, in order to enable the excess paint inside the housing 3 to flow out, a waste nozzle 8 is arranged at the bottom of one side of the housing 3 close to the mounting plate 2, and the waste nozzle 8 is communicated with the inside of the housing 3.
Further, in order to avoid abrasion of one end of the housing 3 caused by the elbow of the metal wire after flaw detection is finished, a wear-resistant ceramic ring 9 is arranged inside the opening at one end of the housing 3, which is far away from the mounting plate 2.
Furthermore, the mounting plate 2, the housing 3 and the fixing seat 5 are coaxially connected in position.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a metal wire eddy current inspection paint spray gun base, which has the following beneficial effects: the spray gun is reasonable in structural design, the spray gun is prevented from being polluted, and meanwhile, the spray gun can be conveniently installed and detached.

According to an embodiment of the invention, a metal wire eddy current inspection paint spray gun base is provided.
Referring to the drawings and the detailed description, as shown in fig. 1-7, a metal wire eddy current inspection paint spray gun base according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a metal wire 1, an installation plate 2, a housing 3, a spray gun 4, and a fixing base 5, wherein a through hole 21 is disposed at a middle position of the installation plate 2, a plurality of countersunk connection holes 211 are uniformly disposed at an outer side of the through hole 21, a plurality of installation holes 22 are uniformly disposed at an outer periphery of the installation plate 2, the housing 3 is installed at one side of the installation plate 2, the housing 3 is a tapered hollow structure, a plurality of threaded holes 31 are disposed at an end surface of the housing 3 close to one side of the installation plate 2, three installation grooves 32 are uniformly disposed on an outer side slope of the housing 3, a first paint spray hole 321 is disposed inside each of the three installation grooves 32, and the three fixing bases 5 are respectively installed outside the housing 3 through the three installation grooves 32, and three spray guns 4 are respectively arranged on the fixed seat 5, and the metal wire 1 penetrates through the mounting plate 2 and the housing 3.
By means of the scheme, the paint spraying device is simple in structure and convenient to install and use, paint is prevented from being sprayed out in a large area, pollution to a spray gun is avoided, the service life of the spray gun is shortened, and meanwhile, the paint is prevented from leaking to cause environmental pollution.
In one embodiment, the horizontal positions and the number of the plurality of screw holes 31 correspond to those of the plurality of countersunk connection holes 211, so that the housing 3 is conveniently mounted at one side of the mounting plate 2, and the locking nut is coupled to the screw holes 31 through the countersunk connection holes 211.
In one embodiment, the fixing base 5 is provided with a spray gun clamping opening 51, the outer side of the spray gun clamping opening 51 is provided with a locking handle 52, a spray painting hole 53 is correspondingly arranged below the inner side of the spray gun clamping opening 51, and the position of the spray painting hole 53 corresponds to the position of the first spray painting hole 321, so that the installation of the spray gun 4 is facilitated, and the locking is performed through the locking handle 52, so that the installation and the disassembly and the cleaning of the spray gun 4 are facilitated.
In one embodiment, the mounting plate 2 is provided with a leather pad 6 on the side opposite to the housing 3, so that excess paint is prevented from flowing out of the connection of the mounting plate 2 and the inspection equipment when painting.
In one embodiment, a plurality of heating pipes 7 are uniformly arranged around the inner side of the housing 3, so that the phenomenon that redundant quick-drying paint adheres to the inner part of the housing 3 and is difficult to clean when the spray gun is used for a long time is avoided.
In one embodiment, the bottom of one side of the housing 3 close to the mounting plate 2 is provided with a waste nozzle 8, and the waste nozzle 8 is communicated with the inside of the housing 3, so that redundant waste quick-drying paint can be flowed out through the waste nozzle 8, and long-time accumulation in the inside of the housing 3 is avoided.
In one embodiment, an open end of the housing 3, which is far away from the mounting plate 2, is internally provided with a wear-resistant ceramic ring 9, so that the bent end of the metal wire can be prevented from wearing after flaw detection.
In one embodiment, the connection relationship between the mounting plate 2, the housing 3 and the fixing base 5 is coaxially connected.
The working principle is as follows: connecting screws penetrate through a plurality of countersunk head connecting holes 211 on the mounting plate 2 to be connected and fastened with a plurality of threaded holes 31 on the housing 3, then the mounting plate 2 is mounted at an outlet of the flaw detection equipment and is fixed through a plurality of mounting holes 22, three fixing seats 5 are respectively mounted inside three mounting grooves 32, three spray guns 4 are respectively mounted inside spray gun clamping openings 51 on the three fixing seats 5 and are fastened through locking handles 52, the housing 3 can prevent paint from drifting out in a large area during paint spraying, the pollution to the environment and the spray guns is avoided, meanwhile, a leather pad 6 between the mounting plate 2 and the flaw detection equipment can prevent residual paint from flowing out from a connecting gap, a waste nozzle 8 at the bottom of the housing 3 discharges the residual paint, the paint is prevented from being accumulated inside the housing 3, and an abrasion-resistant ceramic ring 9 is mounted at the outlet end of the housing 3, and the abrasion of the elbow of the metal wire after flaw detection is avoided.
In conclusion, by means of the technical scheme, the spray gun is reasonable in structural design, the spray gun is prevented from being polluted, and meanwhile the spray gun can be conveniently installed and detached.
