the kettle body is provided with a stirring motor, and an output shaft of the stirring motor is fixedly connected with a stirring rod; one side of the stirring rod is rotatably connected with a baffle plate, and the lower end of the stirring rod is fixedly connected with a driving wheel; the reaction cavity is internally provided with a blocking ring, the blocking ring is rotatably connected with the kettle body, the blocking ring is fixedly connected with the cleaning plate, the blocking ring is provided with a ratchet part, a notch is arranged in the driving wheel, a driving rod is rotatably connected in the notch, when the driving wheel rotates forwards, a first inclined plane on the ratchet part pushes the driving rod to enter the notch, the driving wheel cannot drive the blocking ring to rotate, when the driving wheel rotates backwards, a third inclined plane on the driving rod is abutted against a second inclined plane on the ratchet part, and the driving rod drives the blocking ring to rotate.

the stirring motor 2 is arranged on the kettle body 1, and an output shaft of the stirring motor 2 is fixedly connected with a stirring rod 21; one side of the stirring rod 21 is rotatably connected with a baffle 22, and the lower end of the stirring rod 21 is fixedly connected with a driving wheel 3; a blocking ring 23 is arranged in the reaction chamber 11, the blocking ring 23 is rotatably connected with the kettle body 1, the blocking ring 23 is fixedly connected with the cleaning plate 143, a ratchet portion 231 is arranged on the blocking ring 23, a notch 31 is arranged in the driving wheel 3, a driving rod 32 is rotatably connected in the notch 31, when the driving wheel 3 rotates forwards, a first inclined surface 232 on the ratchet portion 231 pushes the driving rod 32 to enter the notch 31, the driving wheel 3 cannot drive the blocking ring 23 to rotate, when the driving wheel 3 rotates backwards, a third inclined surface 321 on the driving rod 32 abuts against a second inclined surface 233 on the ratchet portion 231, and the driving rod 32 drives the blocking ring 23 to rotate.
When the stirring operation is carried out, the stirring motor 2 drives the driving wheel 3 to rotate forwards, and at the moment, when the driving rod 32 passes through one ratchet, the driving rod 32 is pushed into the notch 31 by the first inclined surface 232 on the corresponding ratchet, so that the driving wheel 3 cannot drive the blocking ring 23 to rotate in the process, and the cleaning plate 143 does not work; when the inner wall is cleaned after the reaction is finished, cleaning liquid is firstly introduced into the liquid storage tank 14, then the stirring motor 2 drives the driving wheel 3 to rotate reversely, the third inclined surface 321 on the driving rod 32 abuts against the corresponding second inclined surface 233 on the ratchet part 231, meanwhile, the driving rod 32 abuts against the notch 31, in the process, the driving rod 32 drives the blocking ring 23 to rotate, the cleaning plate 143 rotates to clean the inner wall, and the stirring and cleaning work can be respectively completed through the forward rotation and the reverse rotation of the stirring motor 2 by utilizing the matching of the driving wheel 3 and the blocking ring 23, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the space utilization rate is improved; meanwhile, in the cleaning process, the cleaning liquid in the liquid storage tank 14 is only sprayed to the periphery of each cleaning plate 143 through the through holes 145, the flow channels 144 and the cleaning holes 146, so that the cleaning efficiency is improved, and the waste of the cleaning liquid is avoided; it should be noted that the forward rotation and the reverse rotation are only described for convenience of expression, and only correspond to the viewing angle shown in fig. 3, the forward rotation is the clockwise rotation of the driving wheel 3, and the determination should be made according to the structural position of each part during the specific production.
