Description

Mixing machine with caking removal function and mixing machine control method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bulk material mixing, in particular to a mixer capable of removing agglomerates. The invention also relates to a method for controlling said mixer to remove lumps.
Background
In the industries of metallurgy, mining and the like, the uniform mixing of bulk materials is an important process in the field of raw material preparation. The vertical intensive mixer is main equipment for uniformly mixing multi-component bulk materials, and realizes efficient uniform mixing of the materials by means of rotation of the stirring paddle and the barrel body.
In the process of mixing the sintering and pelletizing raw materials, due to the existence of centrifugal force, the mixture with certain viscosity can be gradually adhered to the inner wall of the barrel body, and an adhesion layer is gradually thickened along with the lapse of time to form a hard and heavy caking layer. The existence on knot layer, cause the mixer inner space to reduce on the one hand, influence the mixing effect, thereby bring harmful effects for follow-up technology, influence the quality in finished product ore deposit when serious, on the other hand has also increased the roll weight of mixing the machine staving, motor load and power consumption have been increaseed, cause the energy extravagant, more importantly the knot layer can aggravate the wearing and tearing to the stirring rake, if not clear away for a long time, the thickness and the hardness on knot layer will continue to develop, and then influence the normal work of stirring rake.
The traditional method for controlling and removing the caking layer is to install a fixed scraper on the inner side of the barrel wall, and the scraper is fixed on a support frame and has a certain gap with the barrel wall, so that the scraper cannot completely remove the caking layer on the barrel wall, and only can ensure that the caking layer on the barrel wall cannot touch a stirring paddle; in addition, the scraper is seriously worn after being used for a long time, and the machine needs to be stopped to manually remove a caking layer between the barrel wall and the scraper, so that the operation rate of equipment and the stability of the process are seriously influenced.
Although the knot layer can be broken through the rotary scraper, the breaking efficiency of the knot layer is improved, the knot layer on the barrel wall cannot be thoroughly cleared, and manual clearing is needed.
In addition, because the knot layer is in the mixing barrel, the thickness and the hardness of the knot layer can not be observed and measured, and the knot layer can only be removed at regular time but not as required, so that the waste of manpower and material resources is easily caused.

For example, the fixed blade 4 is replaced with a rotary blade, or a gear and a rack are used to replace the pin wheel 12 and the pin teeth 13 for transmission, the rotary motion of the driving motor 11 is converted into up-and-down linear motion, or a slide rail is used to replace a guide roller for guiding the movable blade 5, and so on. This is not illustrated here, since many implementations are possible.

s01, the movable blade 5 returns to the initial position.
S02, start the mixer to run.
And S03, acquiring the strain value B of the deformation detection position of the fixed scraper in real time by the bow-shaped strain gauge 20, and transmitting the strain value B to the controller.
S04, the controller compares the variance value B with a threshold value A.
The threshold value a is an elastic strain value of a deformation detection position of the fixed scraper 4, and according to the elastic mechanics knowledge, the deformation of the fixed scraper 4 is controlled within an elastic deformation range by the elastic strain value, so that the fixed scraper 4 can recover to an initial state after the caked layer is removed.
Specifically, the maximum elastic strain value at the fixed blade bow strain gauge 20 may be mentioned, for example, if the fixed blade 1 is made of Q345, a may be 0.001267.
If B is less than A, continuously acquiring a strain value B at the detection position of the fixed scraper 4; if B is larger than A, the mixer stops feeding, and after the materials in the mixing barrel 3 are discharged, the movable scraper 5 extends into the mixing barrel 3 to remove the caking layer.
And S05, acquiring a strain value B of the detection position of the fixed scraper by the arched strain gauge 20 in real time, continuing to operate for 3-5 min after the strain value B is recovered to 0, returning the movable scraper 5 to the initial position at the moment, starting feeding by the mixer, and recovering normal production.
S06: if the mixer is shut down accidentally during the operation, the step S01 is executed after the materials in the mixing barrel are manually removed.
S06: if the movable blade 5 is unexpectedly stopped while removing the lump layer, the step S05 is continuously performed after the power-on.
The mixer and the control method can effectively remove the sticky material caking formed in the operation process of the mixer, overcome various defects existing in the technical means of simply removing the caking by the fixed scraper or the rotary scraper and the like, not only can obviously improve the operation rate of equipment and reduce the operation cost, but also have simple structure, stable operation and high reliability.
The mixer having the lump removing function and the mixer control method according to the present invention are described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the core concepts of the present invention. It should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, it is possible to make various improvements and modifications to the present invention without departing from the principle of the present invention, and those improvements and modifications also fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
