The working principle is as follows: the patient holds the grip 12 and grasps the fingers in the finger slots 26 while the top of the crutch is placed under the armpit for clamping and then secures the leg by the leg band 14. When a patient is ready to use the crutch to move forward, the holding block 25 is held in a virtual manner, the crutch is controlled to slide forward on the ground, then the holding block 25 is held, the roller 13 cannot rotate, and the body is jacked up through the crutch to assist the patient to move forward.
After the arm is put into the support frame 11, the support frame 11 is flexible and can be unfolded when in use due to the influence of the size of the arm, so that the telescopic rod 18 is extruded into the first spring groove 20, and after the arm is put, the first spring 19 in the first spring groove 20 has elasticity on the support frame 11, so that the support frame 11 can wrap the arm; meanwhile, when the crutch is used, the cushion block 16 on the support frame 11 is pressed to sink, so that the air in the second air cavity 22 is squeezed into the first air cavity 21, the anti-loosening block 15 connected in the first air cavity 21 in a sliding manner is pushed, the anti-loosening block 15 can further clamp the arm, and the arm is prevented from separating from the crutch to influence the action of a patient when the crutch is used.
When the patient holds the grip block 25, the grip block 25 moves toward the grip block groove 24 while pushing the first wedges 27 on both sides to move toward the first wedge groove 29 against the elastic force of the fourth spring 30, and since one end of the first pull cord 28 is fixedly connected to the first wedge 27, the first pulling rope 28 is pulled by the first wedge 27, and since the other end of the first pulling rope 28 is fixedly connected to the second wedge 40, the first pulling rope 28, overcoming the elastic force of the fifth spring 42, pulls the second wedge 40 upward, meanwhile, due to the sliding block 44 fixedly connected with the third sleeve 39, the sliding block 44 is influenced by the tension of the sixth spring 45 in the second sliding chute 46 to move towards the second sliding chute 46, as the second wedge 40 is pulled up, the third sleeve 39 is moved inward by the tension of the seventh spring 51, at the same time, the friction plate 38 fixedly connected to the third sleeve 39 is pressed against the roller 13, so that the roller 13 cannot rotate.
In the sliding process of the crutch, the roller 13 rotates to drive the fixedly connected rotating shaft 37 to rotate, and the unidirectional rotating ratchet wheel is arranged between the second sleeve 36 and the rotating shaft 37 to enable the rotating shaft 37 to have a tendency of being driven to rotate reversely, meanwhile, the ratchet wheel arranged between the second sleeve 36 and the first sleeve 35 are fixedly connected to the crutch 10, so that the second sleeve 36 and the rotating shaft 37 cannot rotate reversely, and the problem that when the crutch slides forwards, a patient accidentally slips backwards to cause injury to the patient is avoided.
Because the limiting groove 52 and the limiting protrusion 53 are arranged between the third sleeve 39 and the rotating shaft 37, the limiting protrusion 53 drives the third sleeve 39 to rotate when the rotating shaft 37 rotates, and a clamping groove and a clamping block are arranged between the third sleeve 39 and a rotating shaft slide block 47 which is connected with the rotating shaft 37 in a sliding way, so that the third sleeve 39 can drive the rotating shaft slide block 47 to rotate simultaneously when the rotating shaft 37 rotates, and since the rotating shaft slide block 47 is fixedly connected with the second pull rope 50, the second pulling rope 50 wound on the winding shaft 49 is pulled out until the pulling is finished, and if the roller 13 is braked without holding the grip 25, because the second pull rope 50 is completely pulled out, the rotating shaft slide block 47 cannot rotate at the moment, so that the third sleeve 39 cannot rotate at the same time, and the rotating shaft 37 is further stopped to rotate, thereby avoiding the situation that when a patient uses the crutch, the sliding distance is too long and the roller 13 cannot be controlled to stop in time. After the holding block 25 is held tightly, the third sleeve 39 is separated from the rotating shaft slide block 47, and the winding shaft 49 rotates because the winding spring is arranged on the winding shaft 49, so that the rotating shaft slide block 47 separated from the third sleeve 39 is restored to the initial state, and the next locking is facilitated.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes, which are made by using the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
