As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the long lath 20 at the leftmost side of the front bedplate 21 and the long lath 20 at the leftmost side of the middle bedplate 22 are both connected to the bed body through a first power device, and the long lath 20 at the rightmost side of the front bedplate 21 and the long lath 20 at the rightmost side of the middle bedplate 22 are both connected to the bed body through a second power device. The first power device and the second power device are both electrically connected with the controller. The first power device can lift the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 from the left side edges of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 to the upper right, and the second power device can lift the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 from the right side edges of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 to the upper left.
Specifically, the first power device includes two first hydraulic cylinders 31 vertically arranged and electrically connected to the controller, the two first hydraulic cylinders 31 are fixedly connected through a fixing rod 35, and the two first hydraulic cylinders 31 are respectively arranged below the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22. The upper end of the first hydraulic cylinder 31 is hinged with the bottom of the strip plate 20 connected with the first power device, and the lower end is hinged with the left support rod 13. The second power device comprises two second hydraulic cylinders 32 which are vertically arranged and electrically connected with the controller, the two second hydraulic cylinders 32 are fixedly connected through a fixing rod 35, and the two second hydraulic cylinders 32 are respectively arranged below the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22. The upper end of the second hydraulic cylinder 32 is hinged with the bottom of the strip plate 20 connected with the second power device, and the lower end is hinged with the right support rod 14. In this embodiment, the first hydraulic cylinder 31 and the second hydraulic cylinder 32 below the front bed plate 21 are arranged in bilateral symmetry, and the first hydraulic cylinder 31 and the second hydraulic cylinder 32 below the middle bed plate 22 are arranged in bilateral symmetry; the fixing rods 35 connecting the two first hydraulic cylinders 31 and the fixing rods 35 connecting the two second hydraulic cylinders 32 are symmetrically arranged at the left and right sides of the bed plate assembly 2. Of course, the first hydraulic cylinder 31 and the second hydraulic cylinder 32 may be provided with one or more than two cylinders. However, in order to ensure that the left and right sides of the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 can be stably lifted up to the right and left, respectively, and to simplify the structure of the present invention, it is preferable to provide two first hydraulic cylinders 31 and two second hydraulic cylinders 32, respectively.
In order to stabilize the structure of the invention, as shown in fig. 1, a front supporting plate 25 which is horizontally arranged and clings to the front bed plate 21 is arranged below the front bed plate 21, so that the front bed plate 21 can be prevented from moving downwards from the horizontal position; a middle bearing plate 26 which is horizontally arranged and is tightly attached to the middle bed plate 22 is arranged below the middle bed plate 22, so that the middle bed plate 22 can be prevented from moving downwards from the horizontal position. The rear end of the front supporting plate 25 is hinged with the front end of the middle supporting plate 26. In addition, the front support plate 25 and the middle support plate 26 are provided with first notches at left sides thereof for preventing the first hydraulic cylinder 31 from being hindered from moving in an extension/contraction manner, and the front support plate 25 and the middle support plate 26 are provided with first notches at right sides thereof for preventing the second hydraulic cylinder 32 from being hindered from moving in an extension/contraction manner. The arrangement of the first gap ensures that the structure of the invention is reasonable, and the first hydraulic cylinder 31 and the second hydraulic cylinder 32 can stably lift the left side and the right side of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 upwards without obstruction.
When a patient wants to turn over to the right side, namely, the patient changes from lying down to lying on the right side, the controller controls the first power device to lift the left sides of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 to the upper right side, and the patient can complete the turning over to the right along with the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 lifted to the upper right side. Specifically, the controller controls the first hydraulic cylinder 31 to extend, and the left sides of the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 hinged to the first hydraulic cylinder 31 are lifted to the upper right under the action of the first hydraulic cylinder 31. In the process, because the two adjacent left and right long laths 20 are hinged, the long laths 20 positioned at the left parts of the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 are lifted from left to right in sequence, thereby helping the patient turn over to the right. Therefore, when the lying position of the patient is inclined to the right, the patient can be helped to turn over only by properly increasing the amplitude of lifting the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 to the upper right; when the lying position of the patient is deviated to the left, the patient can be prevented from turning over excessively by only properly reducing the amplitude of lifting the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 to the right upper side. After the turning over is finished, the controller controls the first hydraulic cylinder 31 to retract, so as to drive the left sides of the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 to return to the horizontal position again.
Similarly, when the patient wants to turn over to the left, i.e. the patient lies down to lie on the left side, the controller controls the second power device to lift the right side of the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 to the upper left side, and the patient can turn over to the left along with the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 lifted to the upper left side. Specifically, the controller controls the second hydraulic cylinder 32 to extend, and the right sides of the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 hinged to the second hydraulic cylinder 32 are lifted to the upper left side by the second hydraulic cylinder 32. In the process, because the two adjacent left and right long laths 20 are hinged, the long laths 20 positioned at the right parts of the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 are sequentially lifted from right to left, thereby helping the patient turn over to the left. Similarly, when the lying position of the patient is deviated to the left, the patient can be helped to turn over only by properly increasing the amplitude of lifting the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 to the left upper part; when the lying position of the patient leans to the right, the patient can be prevented from turning over excessively by only properly reducing the amplitude of lifting the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 to the left upper side. After the turning over is finished, the controller controls the second hydraulic cylinder 32 to retract, so as to drive the front bed board 21 and the right side of the middle bed board 22 to return to the horizontal position again.
When the nursing bed related to the invention is used for helping the patient turn over, due to the self-gravity of the lifted long lath 20 and the weight of the patient, the parts of the left and right sides of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 which are respectively lifted to the upper right and the upper left are not too straight, but form certain downward-bending radian, thereby greatly increasing the comfort level of the patient when turning over.
When the patient wants to lie on the right side instead of the flat side, the controller controls the first hydraulic cylinder 31 to extend out, so that the left sides of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 are lifted to the right upper side to a proper position, and the back of the patient leans against the front bed board 21. Then, the controller controls the second hydraulic cylinder 32 to extend, so as to raise the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 upward and leftward, and at the same time, controls the first hydraulic cylinder 31 to retract at the same speed, so as to lower the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 downward and leftward. The patient can lie down from the right side to the flat side by lifting the right sides of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 to the left upper side. After the turning over is finished, the controller controls the second hydraulic cylinder 32 to retract, so as to drive the front bed board 21 and the right side of the middle bed board 22 to return to the horizontal position again. As the left sides of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 are lifted upwards and rightwards at the beginning of changing the patient from lying on the right side to lying on the flat bed, the back of the patient leans against the front bed board 21, and then the left sides of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 fall down to the horizontal direction at the same speed as the left sides of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 are lifted upwards and leftwards, the back of the patient leans against the front bed board 21 all the time in the whole process of changing the patient from lying on the right side to lying on the flat bed, and therefore the patient can stably change from lying on the right side to lying on the flat bed.
Similarly, when the patient wants to lie on the back instead of the left side, the controller controls the second hydraulic cylinder 32 to extend out, so as to lift the right sides of the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 to the right upper left side to a proper position, and the back of the patient leans against the front bed plate 21. The controller then controls the first hydraulic cylinder 31 to extend, so as to raise the left sides of the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 to the upper right, and at the same time controls the second hydraulic cylinder 32 to retract at the same speed, so as to drop the right sides of the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 to the horizontal position. The patient can be changed from lying on the left side to lying on the back by lifting the left sides of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 to the right upper side. After the turning over is finished, the controller controls the first hydraulic cylinder 31 to retract, so as to drive the left sides of the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 to return to the horizontal position again. Because the patient changes from lying on the left side to lying at the beginning, the right sides of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 are lifted upwards leftwards so that the back of the patient leans against the front bed board 21, and then the right sides of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 fall horizontally at the same speed as the left sides of the front bed board 21 and the middle bed board 22 are lifted upwards rightwards, the back of the patient always leans against the front bed board 21 in the whole process of changing from lying on the left side to lying on the flat side, and therefore the patient can change from lying on the left side to lying on the flat side stably.
In order to further improve the structure of the nursing bed according to the present invention, a plurality of fixing clips 24 are provided on both left and right sides of the front bed plate 21 and the middle bed plate 22 for clipping a nursing pad, a sheet, etc. laid on the bed plate assembly 2. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the fixing clips 24 are provided on the leftmost and rightmost long slats 20 of the front deck 21 and the middle deck 22. As shown in fig. 4, the strip plate 20 includes a fixed portion 201 on the left side and a movable portion 202 on the right side (the fixed portion 201 is located on the left side, and the movable portion 202 is located on the right side for convenience of description, and is not limited to the structure of the strip plate 20, it is needless to say that the fixed portion 201 is located on the right side, and the movable portion 202 is located on the left side), the front ends and the rear ends of two adjacent strip plates 20 on the left and right sides are respectively connected through two connecting plates 203, one end of each connecting plate 203 is fixedly connected to the fixed portion 201 of one strip plate 20, and the other end is hinged to the movable portion 202 of the other strip plate 20. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the cross section of the slat 20 is rectangular, in the cross section, the upper side of the cross section and the upper part of the side near the movable portion 202 are in arc transition to form a movable section 204, the lower part of the side near the movable portion 202 is a vertical limiting section 205, the upper end of the limiting section 205 is connected with the lower end of the movable section 204, and the hinge point of the movable portion 202 and the connecting plate 203 is located at the center of the movable section 204. The movable section 204 effectively ensures that the movable portion 202 of the slat 20 can rotate upward about its hinge point with the connecting plate 203. On the two adjacent left and right slats 20, the movable portion 202 of the left slat 20 rotates from top to bottom and falls back to the same plane as the upper surface of the right slat 20, and the movable portion 202 of the left slat 20 cannot rotate downward due to the limiting effect of the limiting section 205, so that the left and right sides of the front slat 21 and the middle slat 22 can smoothly fall from the lifted state to the horizontal position. And the bulge phenomenon caused by the upward projection of the strip plate 20 caused by the extrusion of the strip plate 20 from the strip plates 20 positioned at the left and right sides of the strip plate 20 can not occur. As shown in fig. 2, a plurality of elongated plates 20 passing through the rectangular through-hole 221 form cut-off ends 206 at front and rear ends of the rectangular through-hole 221. The cut-off end 206 located at the front and the cut-off end 206 located at the rear of two adjacent strip plates 20 in the plurality of strip plates 20 passing through the rectangular through hole 221 are connected by two connecting plates 203 respectively, and the connecting mode of the connecting plates 203 and the strip plates 20 at the cut-off end 206 is the same as the connecting mode at the front and the rear ends of the strip plates 20, and the details are not repeated herein. The arrangement of the connecting plate 203 at the cut-off end 206 ensures the stability when the left and right sides of the middle bed board 22 are respectively lifted up to the upper right and the upper left.
As shown in fig. 1, a first connecting rod mechanism 4 is disposed at the bottom of the front bed plate 21, and the first connecting rod mechanism 4 includes a first connecting rod 41, a first threaded rod 42, and a first threaded sleeve 43 sleeved on the first threaded rod 42. One end of a first connecting rod 41 is hinged below the front supporting plate 25, the other end of the first connecting rod is hinged with a first threaded sleeve 43, a first threaded rod 42 is horizontally arranged in the front-back direction, the front end and the rear end of the first threaded rod are respectively and rotatably connected to the front supporting rod 15 and the rear supporting rod, and the rear end of the first threaded rod 42 penetrates through the rear supporting rod to be connected with a first rocker 44. A limiting plate 16 fixedly connected to the bed body is arranged below the front end of the front bearing plate 25 and used for preventing the front bearing plate 25 from moving downwards from the horizontal position; the intermediate support plate 26 is fixedly connected to the bed body by means of a fixed upright 27 located therebelow. By rocking the first rocking bar 44, the first linkage 4 can lift the front support plate 25 and the front part of the front bed plate 21 upwards, so that the patient can sit up conveniently.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 6, the upper ends of the first hydraulic cylinder 31 and the second hydraulic cylinder 32 are connected to a U-shaped support plate 33 which is horizontally disposed in front and back and is opened upward, the lower portions of the leftmost strip 20 and the rightmost strip 20 of the front bed plate 21 are fixedly connected to a rotating shaft 34 which is horizontally disposed in front and back, and the lower portions of the leftmost strip 20 and the rightmost strip 20 of the middle bed plate 22 are also fixedly connected to a rotating shaft 34 which is horizontally disposed in front and back. The rotating shaft 34 on the left side is placed in the U-shaped supporting plate 33 on the left side and is matched with the U-shaped supporting plate 33, and the rotating shaft 34 on the right side is placed in the U-shaped supporting plate 33 on the right side and is matched with the U-shaped supporting plate 33. Namely, the first hydraulic cylinder 31 and the second hydraulic cylinder 32 are hinged with the strip plate 20 through the matched U-shaped supporting plate 33 and the rotating shaft 34. Further, since the rotating shaft 34 is placed on the U-shaped support plate 33 opened upward, when the front portions of the front support plate 25 and the front bed plate 21 are raised upward by the first link mechanism 4, the rotating shaft 34 connected to the front bed plate 21 is separated from the U-shaped support plate 33 and raised upward along with the front bed plate 21, and after the front support plate 25 and the front bed plate 21 are lowered, the rotating shaft 34 connected to the front bed plate 21 is dropped again into the U-shaped support plate 33 therebelow. The left side and the right side of the front bed board 21 are respectively lifted to the upper right side and the upper left side, and the front part of the front bed board 21 is lifted upwards without mutual interference, and the structure is reasonable in design and simple.
As shown in fig. 1, the two first hydraulic cylinders 31 and the two second hydraulic cylinders 32 are fixedly connected by the fixing rod 35, so that when the front support plate 25 and the front portion of the front bed plate 21 are lifted upwards, the first hydraulic cylinders 31 and the second hydraulic cylinders 32 on the left and right sides of the middle bed plate 22 are always in a stable vertical state, and at this time, due to the connection and fixing action of the fixing rod 35, the first hydraulic cylinders 31 and the second hydraulic cylinders 32 on the left and right sides of the front bed plate 21 can also be kept in a stable vertical state, and the use stability of the present invention is ensured.
In addition, two U-shaped supporting plates 33 are arranged and are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of the bed plate component 2. And the U-shaped supporting plate 33 can also play a role in connection and fixation, so that when the front part of the front bed plate 21 rises, the first hydraulic cylinder 31 and the second hydraulic cylinder 32 on the left side and the right side of the front bed plate 21 can be ensured to be in a stable vertical state, and the use stability of the invention is further improved.
As shown in fig. 1, a second link mechanism 5 is disposed at the bottom of the rear bed plate 23, and the second link mechanism 5 includes a second connecting rod 51, a second threaded rod 52, and a second threaded sleeve 53 sleeved on the second threaded rod 52. The rear part of the rear bed plate 23 falls and is matched with the front part of the front bed plate 21 to rise upwards, namely, the lower leg of the patient can be naturally bent downwards when the patient sits, so that the patient is more comfortable when the patient sits.
It is worth to say that the nursing bed provided by the invention not only can be used for patients lying in bed and being difficult to turn over, but also can be suitable for old people lying in bed and being difficult to turn over.
