Now, with the advancement and development of science and technology, joint replacement surgery has become a focus of attention of many patients, wherein the knee joint is one of the largest and most complex joints of the human body and is the most important joint in the motion process of the human body. The development of knee joint prosthesis systems has been in the past for decades, and when a natural knee joint of a human body has lost partial or all functions due to pathological changes or injuries and the like, the knee joint prosthesis system needs to be adopted for replacement so as to rebuild the normal functions of the knee joint, reduce the pain and inconvenience of a patient, achieve the best treatment effect by implementing knee joint prosthesis replacement, and can recover the mobility of the patient to the maximum extent.
The replacement of the femoral condyle prosthesis is a part of knee joint prosthesis replacement surgery, because the size of the femur of each patient is different, a series of femoral condyle prostheses with the size specification are generally available, in the surgery process, the size of the femoral condyle needs to be measured through corresponding femoral measurement tools and femoral condyle test molds with different specifications so as to determine the final implanted prosthesis specification, then the prosthesis is clamped through a special holder, the prosthesis is installed on a corresponding part for preliminary fixation, then a matched impactor is replaced, the rear end of the impactor is knocked through tools such as a hammer and the like, and the femoral condyle prostheses are completely implanted.
The existing holder for the femoral condyle prosthesis and the test mold generally comprises three parts, namely a chuck, a locking part and a knocking part, wherein the chuck clamps femoral condyle test molds or prostheses with different specifications, the femoral condyle test molds or prostheses are initially fixed at the far end of the femur after being locked, and then a matched impactor is replaced, so that the test molds or the prostheses can be completely implanted and the fitting degree of a condyle cavity and a bone is adjusted. Due to the structure limitation, the existing condyle holding device has certain defects:
firstly, the clamping head clamps the edge side of the femoral condyle prosthesis or the trial model, the locking process is complicated, the space occupied by the instrument is enlarged, the position is adjusted, the instrument is easy to interfere with the cortex, and the cortex is damaged, so that the operation difficulty of a doctor is high;
secondly, the condyle holding device cannot be directly knocked to implant the femoral condyle prosthesis or a trial model, and a matched impactor needs to be replaced, so that the operation process is complicated, the operation time is increased, and the risk is increased.
Based on the defects, the invention discloses a medial condyle holding device which is used for solving the existing problems.
