Referring to fig. 1, the present application provides a floor washing machine, which includes a machine body, a clean water tank 100 and a roll brush, wherein the clean water tank 100 and the roll brush are both connected to the machine body, and the clean water tank 100 is used for supplying water to the roll brush during the operation of the floor washing machine, so that the roll brush can perform cleaning operation on a surface to be cleaned.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, specifically, the water purifying tank 100 includes a tank body 10, a cover body 20 and an elastic member 30, the tank body 10 is opened with a water inlet 11, the cover body 20 is detachably mounted to the tank body 10 along a first direction (a direction shown by an arrow a in fig. 5), and the elastic member 30 is coupled to the cover body 20 and configured to move relative to the cover body 20 to open and close the water inlet 11. Wherein, when the elastic member 30 closes the water inlet 11, the elastic member 30 is simultaneously sealed and sealed in the water inlet 11.
More specifically, the interior of the box 10 is hollow to form a clean water cavity for containing clean water, and has a first connection end engaged with the cover 20 and a second connection end abutted against the bearing surface on the machine body. The water inlet 11 is arranged at the first connecting end of the box body 10 and is communicated with the water purifying cavity. The cover 20 is assembled to the first connection end of the tank 10 and abuts against a stopper surface of the machine body when the water purification tank 100 is assembled to the machine body, to fix the water purification tank 100. The elastic member 30 is coupled to the cover body 20 and serves to open and close the water inlet 11. When the water in the water purifying chamber is insufficient, the elastic member 30 is separated from the wall edge of the water inlet 11 to open the water inlet 11, so that the user can conveniently fill water into the water purifying chamber from the water inlet 11. When the water in the water purifying cavity is sufficient, the elastic element 30 seals and blocks the water inlet 11.
Therefore, the elastic part 30 can replace a valve and a sealing part in the prior art to be used, namely, the parts of the floor cleaning machine can be effectively reduced by arranging the elastic part 30 on the cover body 20, so that the assembly cost of the floor cleaning machine can be reduced, and meanwhile, the assembly procedure of the floor cleaning machine is simpler.
Referring to fig. 3, in particular, the elastic member 30 includes a mounting body 31 and an elastic sealing body 32, one end of the mounting body 31 is detachably connected to the cover 20, and the elastic sealing body 32 is coupled to the other end of the mounting body 31 and configured to be capable of sealing and blocking the water inlet 11. After the elastic member 30 is assembled and molded with the cover 20 and the case 10, the cover 20 and the case 10 can limit the elastic member 30 from two opposite ends of the elastic member 30, so that the elastic member 30 has better installation reliability.
Preferably, the elastic sealing body 32 and the mounting body 31 are integrally formed elastic members, so that the manufacturing cost of the elastic member 30 can be effectively reduced. Of course, in other embodiments, only the elastomeric seal body 32 may be provided as an elastomeric member.
Further, the cover body 20 is formed with a detachable portion 21, the attachment body 31 is formed with an engaging portion 311, the engaging portion 311 is detachably engaged with the detachable portion 21, the detachable portion 21 is either a concave portion or a convex portion, and the engaging portion 311 is the other of the concave portion and the convex portion. In this way, the ease of attachment/detachment between the detachable portion 21 and the engagement portion 311 can be effectively improved, and the ease of assembly of the fresh water tank 100 can be further improved.
It is understood that the recess can be a groove, a blind hole, etc., and the protrusion can be a convex post, a convex block, etc., only the detachable portion 21 and the mating portion 311 can be mated and mounted on the cover 20 and the mounting body 31.
Furthermore, the mounting body 31 has a first mounting portion 312 accommodated in the cover 20, the first mounting portion 312 includes a first section, a second section opposite to the first section, and a middle section connected between the first section and the second section, the middle section extends lengthwise along the first direction, and the first section and the second section are respectively formed by extending opposite ends of the middle section. When the cover 20 is assembled on the box 10, the end section and the middle section are respectively clamped and limited in a gap formed between the cover 20 and the box 10 along a first direction and a second direction (as shown by an arrow b in fig. 5) intersecting the first direction.
Specifically, the angle between the first direction and the second direction may be 30 °, 60 °, 90 °, and so on, and preferably, the angle between the first direction and the second direction is 90 °. That is, the trailing section preferably makes an angle of 90 ° with the intermediate section. Furthermore, the angle between the first segment and the middle segment may also be 30 °, 60 °, 90 °, etc., preferably, the angle between the first segment and the middle segment may also be 90 °. Therefore, the elastic member 30 is more closely fitted to the cover 20 and the case 10, so that the stability of the installation of the elastic member 30 can be further improved. In addition, the compactness of the layout of the fresh water tank 100 is further improved.
Further, the fitting portion 311 is configured as a convex portion detachably fitted with the detachable portion 21, and the tail section and the intermediate section are configured together to form the fitting portion 311. That is, the engaging portion 311 is sandwiched between the detachable portion 21 of the cover 20 and the first connection end of the case 10. In this way, the engagement portion 311 is fitted into the detachable portion 21 formed in the recess, and is clamped by the surface of the first connection end and the inner wall of the detachable portion 21, so that the engagement portion 311 is prevented from coming off the detachable portion 21, and the mounting reliability of the elastic member 30 can be effectively improved.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5 again, the cover 20 is provided with an avoiding opening 23 communicating with the inner space thereof, the mounting body 31 has a second mounting portion 313 exposed out of the avoiding opening 23, and the elastic sealing body 32 is disposed on a surface of the second mounting portion 313 facing the water inlet 11. The second mounting portion 313 is connected to one end of the first section, which is far away from the middle section. Through setting up dodging mouth 23, lid 20 does not constitute to shelter from the motion of elastic sealing body 32, then under the prerequisite of not dismantling lid 20, elastic sealing body 32 can rotate through relative first section, perhaps the first section realizes opening and closing of water inlet 11 along the gliding mode of second direction relatively.
In addition, it is worth mentioning that, since the elastic sealing body 32 is provided on the surface of the second mounting portion 313 facing the water inlet 11, the elastic sealing body 32 can be hidden by the second mounting portion 313, so that the beauty of the fresh water tank 100 can be further improved.
Referring again to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the cover 20 is detachably mounted on the box 10 along a first direction; the fresh water tank 100 further includes a restoring member 40, and the restoring member 40 is deformably coupled between the first coupling end of the tank body 10 and the cover body 20 in the first direction. Specifically, be provided with along the spacing face of first direction and loading face interval on the organism, the concrete process of assembly water purification case 100 is: an acting force is applied to the cover body 20, the acting force drives the cover body 20 to move downwards along the first direction, meanwhile, the resetting piece 40 contracts, the length of the whole water purifying tank 100 is shortened, therefore, the water purifying tank 100 can stretch into a space formed by enclosing the bearing surface and the limiting surface, and the end surface of the second connecting end of the tank body 10 is attached to the bearing surface. Afterwards, release the effort for lid 20 can be along first direction upward movement and with spacing face butt under the effect of piece 40 that resets, and then, the length growth of water purification case 100 can block between bearing surface and spacing face, thereby can realize the fixed of water purification case 100. It can be seen that the provision of the restoring member 40 allows the cover body 20 to be automatically restored, thereby improving the reliability of the installation of the fresh water tank 100.
Furthermore, a position-avoiding hole 317 is formed in the first section, and the reset member 40 penetrates through the position-avoiding hole 317. Therefore, the wall of the reset element 40 and the wall of the clearance hole 317 can be mutually limited, so that the installation stability of the cover body 20, the box body 10, the elastic element 30 and the reset element 40 can be further improved, and the structure of the water purifying tank 100 is more compact. Specifically, the connecting section 315 is provided with a clearance hole 317.
Referring to fig. 4, further, the first connecting end of the box 10 is further provided with a stop surface 13 located below the cover 20, the inner side wall of the cover 20 facing the box 10 is provided with one of a male buckle 24 and a female buckle 12, and the side wall of the first connecting end of the box 10 is provided with the other one of the male buckle 24 and the female buckle 12. Taking the case that the inner sidewall of the cover 20 is provided with the male buckle 24 and the sidewall of the first connection end of the tank 10 is provided with the female buckle 12, when the cover 20 slides downwards relative to the tank 10 along the first direction until the cover 20 abuts against the stop surface 13, in this process, the male buckle 24 is separated from the female buckle 12 and the length of the water purifying tank 100 is shortened. When the cover 20 is slid upward relative to the tank 10 in the first direction until the male snap 24 abuts against the female snap 12, the male snap 24 gradually approaches and abuts against the female snap 12, and the water purifying tank 100 is gradually extended in length. The stop surface 13, the male buckle 24 and the female buckle 12 are arranged to limit the sliding of the cover 20 relative to the case 10, thereby preventing the cover 20 from being deformed due to collision between the cover 20 and the case 10 or the cover 20 from being separated from the case 10 due to an excessively large sliding distance of the cover 20 relative to the case 10. Thus, the cover 20 and the box 10 have better matching reliability.
The clean water tank 100 further includes a button 50, and the button 50 is integrally formed with the cover 20. Therefore, by pressing the button 50 or moving either one of the regions of the cover 20 in the first direction, the restoring member 40 is contracted, so that the fresh water tank 100 can be attached and detached.
It should be noted that, in the prior art, the button 50 on the water purifying tank 100 and the cover 20 are formed separately, the cover 20 is provided with a guide hole communicated with the accommodating cavity 22, the button 50 is inserted into the guide hole, and the reset piece 40 abuts between the button 50 and the tank 10. The button 50 is slid in the guide hole in the first direction with respect to the housing 10, so that the length of the fresh water tank 100 can be adjusted to facilitate the loading and unloading of the fresh water tank 100. However, since there is a gap between the key 50 and the wall of the guide hole, dirt is easily hidden at the gap, resulting in poor user experience. Further, in assembling the fresh water tank 100, since there are many parts, the assembling efficiency of the fresh water tank 100 is easily lowered, and the assembling cost of the fresh water tank 100 is high.
In the present application, since the button 50 and the cover 20 are integrally formed, and the restoring member 40 is abutted between the cover 20 and the first connecting end of the tank 10, the water purifying tank 100 can be assembled and disassembled by operating the cover 20 to drive the button 50 to move along the first direction. Because the guide hole does not exist, the possibility of storing dirt and containing dirt does not exist, and the user experience degree can be effectively improved. Since the button 50 is integrally formed with the cover 20, the number of parts of the fresh water tank 100 can be reduced, thereby improving the assembling efficiency of the fresh water tank 100 and reducing the assembling cost of the fresh water tank 100.
Referring again to fig. 4, it will be appreciated that because restoring member 40 is compressed, restoring member 40 is compressible by a length equal to the stroke length h of cover 20 relative to housing 10 in the first direction.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5 again, further, the cover 20 is provided with an installation groove 25, the box 10 includes a box main body 14 and a guide protrusion 15, the guide protrusion 15 protrudes from an assembly surface 142 of the box main body 14 facing the cover 20 along a first direction; one end of the reset piece 40 extends into the mounting groove 25, and the other end of the reset piece 40 is sleeved on the guide projection 15 and abuts against the assembling surface 142. Through setting up mounting groove 25 and guide bulge 15, mounting groove 25 and guide bulge 15 all can lead to piece 40 that resets to make piece 40 that resets have the flexible stability of preferred.
Further, the box body 10 further includes a limiting portion 16, the limiting portion 16 is coupled to the assembling surface 142 and is spaced from the guiding protrusion 15 by the limiting portion 16, and the limiting portion 16, the guiding protrusion 15 and the assembling surface 142 define a limiting space 17 forming the limiting and restoring member 40. Therefore, restoring member 40 can be confined in limiting space 17, so that the mounting stability of restoring member 40 can be further improved.
Specifically, the number of the limiting portions 16 may be one, or the number of the limiting portions 16 may also be multiple, all the limiting portions 16 are arranged at intervals or continuously along the circumferential direction of the guide protrusion 15, and all the limiting portions 16, the guide protrusion 15 and the assembling surface 142 define the limiting space 17 forming the limiting and restoring member 40 together.
Specifically, the surface of the cover 20 facing the box 10 protrudes downward along the first direction to form a positioning protrusion 26, the positioning protrusion 26 is inserted into the avoiding hole 317 and is clamped with the avoiding hole 317, and the positioning protrusion 26 is recessed towards the surface of the box 10 to form a mounting groove 25. By providing the positioning protrusion 26, the reliability of the assembly of the cover body 20 and the restoring member 40 can be further improved.
In the floor washing machine and the clean water tank 100 thereof, the elastic member 30 is coupled to the cover body 20 and configured to move relative to the cover body 20 to open and close the water inlet 11. Wherein, when the elastic member 30 closes the water inlet 11, the elastic member 30 is simultaneously sealed and plugged in the water inlet 11. That is, the resilient member 30 can work in place of both the existing valve and seal. Compared with the prior art, the floor washing machine and the water purification tank 100 thereof provided in the application have fewer parts, lower assembly cost and simple assembly.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
