a5: and (4) the metal composite plate to be stretched with normal thickness measurement enters the next procedure.

s2: if the Y1 value is larger than 60% of the image pixel points, the recorded gray values of all adjacent points are averaged to obtain a standard gray value; forming a standard gray level image of the metal composite plate which is superposed with the image of the metal composite plate according to the standard gray level value; performing AND operation on the standard gray image of the metal composite plate and the actual gray image of the metal composite plate to obtain pixel points which are different from the standard gray image of the metal composite plate in the image of the metal composite plate; when the absolute value of the difference value after operation is larger than 10; judging the change point as a distinguishing pixel point; step S4 is carried out after the distinguished pixel point is obtained;
s3: if the Y1 value can not reach 60% of the image pixel points; judging the pixel of the arbitrary point as a distinguishing pixel point; meanwhile, judging that the recorded pixel points are all distinguishing pixel points; proceeding to step S4;
s4: judging the abnormal position and the abnormal type of the metal composite plate by distinguishing the position and the shape of the pixel points: if the pixel points are distinguished to form a sheet structure; judging that the part is convex or concave; if the pixel points are distinguished, a linear structure is formed; the part is judged to be a crack.

a3: collecting the data measured at each measuring position in the step A2 and calculating the average thickness data to obtain an average thickness control line;
a4: conveying the metal composite plate to be stretched to a measuring platform, and measuring actual measuring point thickness data corresponding to each measuring position by an ultrasonic distance measuring device; forming an actual thickness curve by using the thickness data of each group of actual measurement points; and comparing with the average thickness control line; judging whether the fluctuation of the actual thickness curve relative to the average thickness comparison line is within a set threshold value or not; if the threshold value is not set any more, judging that the thickness of the metal composite plate to be stretched is abnormal; recovering the waste water;
a5: and (4) the metal composite plate to be stretched with normal thickness measurement enters the next procedure.
