determining the playing progress of the target video in the process of playing the target video;
when the target video is identified to be played to a target key frame, obtaining special effect control information corresponding to the target key frame, wherein the target key frame is any one of video frames in the target video with the corresponding special effect control information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein when it is recognized that the target video is played to a target key frame, acquiring special effect control information corresponding to the target key frame includes:
when the target video is identified to be played to a target key frame, acquiring special effect control information corresponding to the target key frame from the additional information of the target video; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and acquiring the special effect control information corresponding to the target key frame from the corresponding relation between the locally stored video frame and the special effect control information.
