Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an incoming call control method of a wearable device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method can comprise the following steps:
step 101: after the incoming call information is detected, a silent reminding module in the wearable device is used for carrying out incoming call reminding; wherein, noiseless warning module is the incoming telegram suggestion module outside the speaker in the wearing equipment.
It can be understood that the incoming call information in this step may be telephone information that is obtained by a processor (such as the main control chip in fig. 2) in the wearable device and is dialed by the dialing terminal to the wearable device; as shown in fig. 2, the wearable device in this embodiment may be provided with a cellular communication component and a corresponding antenna, so that the processor of the wearable device may detect and obtain the incoming call information through the cellular communication component.
Specifically, the silent alert module in this step may be an incoming call alert module other than a speaker in the wearable device, that is, an equipment component capable of alerting an incoming call (that is, silent incoming call alert) in the wearable device except for the speaker playing an incoming call ringtone. The specific device type and number of the silent reminding module in the step can be set by a designer according to a practical scene and user requirements, for example, the silent reminding module can comprise a display reminding module (such as a display screen or a display touch screen) so as to display incoming call information by using the display reminding module; the silent reminding module can also comprise a vibration motor (such as a linear motor in fig. 2) to prompt the incoming call information by using the vibration of the vibration motor; the silent reminding module can also comprise other silent reminding modules such as an indicator light, for example, the light color and the flashing of the indicator light are used for reminding incoming call information. As long as the processor can utilize the silent alert module in the wearable device to prompt the incoming call, this embodiment does not have any limitation.
It should be noted that, after the processor in the wearable device detects the incoming call information in this step, the specific manner of using the silent reminding module in the wearable device to prompt the incoming call can be set by the designer according to the practical scene and the user's requirement, for example, when the processor detects the incoming call information, all the silent reminding modules are directly used to prompt the incoming call, for example, when the silent reminding module includes a vibrating motor and a display reminding module, the processor can start the vibrating motor to vibrate after detecting the incoming call information, and start the display reminding module to display the incoming call information; the processor can also correspondingly control the silent reminding module to carry out incoming call prompt according to the wearing condition of the wearable device so as to reduce the power consumption; for example, when the silent reminding module comprises the vibration motor and the display prompting module, the processor can detect whether the wearable device is in a wearing state in the step; if the mobile phone is in a wearing state, starting a vibration motor to vibrate, and starting a display prompting module to display incoming call information; if the mobile phone is in a non-wearing state, starting a display prompting module to display the incoming call information; that is, as shown in fig. 3, when the wearing condition of the wearable device is the wearing state, the processor may turn on the vibration motor and turn on the display prompting module (e.g., the screen display and touch component in fig. 2, i.e., the display touch screen) to display the incoming call display screen, so as to perform the silent incoming call prompt; and when wearing the condition of wearing equipment is the non-wearing state, the treater can open and show that the suggestion module shows the caller ID display picture and carry out silence caller ID and remind, avoids the opening of vibrating motor to reduce the electric quantity loss.
Step 102: detecting whether an incoming call control instruction is acquired within preset mute time by using a control detection module in the wearable device; if not, go to step 103.
The control detection module in this step may be an equipment component for detecting the control of the user on the incoming call, and the specific equipment type and number of the control detection module in this step may be set by the designer according to the practical scene and the user requirement, for example, the control detection module may include a key device, such as an entity key and/or a touch screen (such as a display touch screen), for detecting the manual control of the user on the incoming call; the control detection module can also comprise a microphone for detecting voice control of a user to an incoming call and/or a camera for controlling gestures or postures (such as head postures) of the incoming call, and the convenience of the user for operating the wearable device during the incoming call is improved by using the microphone and/or the camera. For example, in the case that the control detection module includes a camera, a microphone and a key device, the processor in this step may detect whether a voice recognition control instruction, an image recognition control instruction or a key control instruction (such as a virtual key control instruction and/or an entity key control instruction) corresponding to the incoming call control instruction is acquired within a preset mute time; if the voice recognition control command, the image recognition control command or the key control command is not obtained, step 103 is entered.
Specifically, the preset mute time in this step may be a preset time for performing call alert (i.e., mute call alert) by using the silent alert module. The specific time value and setting mode of the preset mute time in the embodiment can be set by a designer according to a practical scene and user requirements, for example, the preset mute time can be a fixed default time; the preset mute time may also be a time that can be adjusted by the user, that is, in this embodiment, the processor may adjust the preset mute time to a time value in the mute time configuration instruction according to the obtained mute time configuration instruction.
Correspondingly, the incoming call control instruction in this step may be an instruction for controlling an incoming call, such as an answering instruction for answering an incoming call and a rejecting instruction for rejecting the incoming call. The specific number and type of the incoming call control instructions in this embodiment can be set by a designer, for example, the incoming call control instructions can include an answering instruction and a rejecting instruction; the call control instruction may further include an answer waiting instruction, which is used to send a preset answer waiting voice message to the dialing terminal through the call link while the call is connected, such as "hello, inconvenient call now, please hang up, etc. that are pre-stored by the user or are built in a default system, and the user changes his position, thank you! "preset answering waiting voice message; correspondingly, the processor can switch on the incoming call and turn off the microphone according to the detected call answering waiting instruction.
It can be understood that, in this step, the processor detects whether the incoming call control instruction is acquired within the preset mute time by using the control detection module, determines whether the user is aware of the incoming call information within the preset mute time and controls the incoming call, thereby determining that the user is aware of the incoming call information and correspondingly controls the incoming call when the incoming call control instruction is acquired, so that the processor can enter a corresponding working state according to the incoming call control instruction (i.e. the incoming call control of the user) to complete the incoming call processing; when the incoming call control instruction is not obtained, it is determined that the user does not notice the incoming call information, and in step 103, the incoming call ring is played by using the speaker to further remind the user of noticing the incoming call information.
Furthermore, the processor in this step may determine, by the mute control module, whether the user is aware of the incoming call information within a preset mute time, so that when the preset mute time obtains a mute instruction corresponding to the mute control module, it is determined that the user has noticed the incoming call information, and thus the incoming call control instruction is detected by directly using the control detection module, thereby avoiding playing an incoming call ringtone, and satisfying the user's requirement in a scene (such as a meeting or a library) that needs to be quiet while reducing power consumption. That is to say, in this step, the processor may detect whether to acquire the incoming call control instruction or the mute instruction within the preset mute time by using the control detection module and the mute control module in the wearable device; if the incoming call control instruction or the mute instruction is not obtained, step 103 is entered; if the mute instruction is obtained, the incoming call control instruction is detected by using the control detection module.
Specifically, the present embodiment does not limit the specific number and type of the devices of the mute control module, for example, the mute control module may include an inertial sensor and/or an acceleration sensor; as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the mute control module may include an a + G sensor, that is, an acceleration sensor and an inertial sensor, and in this step, the processor may detect whether to acquire the incoming call control instruction or the action identification instruction corresponding to the mute instruction by using the control detection module and the mute control module; the motion recognition instruction comprises a wrist lifting motion instruction in a wearing state, a position moving instruction and a fuselage overturning instruction in a non-wearing state; if the incoming call control instruction or the action identification instruction is not acquired, judging whether preset mute time is reached or not; if the preset mute time is not reached, returning to the step of detecting whether to acquire the incoming call control instruction or the action identification instruction corresponding to the mute instruction by using the control detection module and the mute control module; if the preset mute time is reached, go to step 103.
Further, the processor can shut down the vibration of the vibration motor to reduce the power consumption under the condition of obtaining the mute instruction; if the processor can shut down the vibration of the vibration motor which is electrically started when the wearable device is in the wearing state under the condition of acquiring the mute instruction.
Specifically, the mute control module may include an a + G sensor, and the control detection module includes a camera (such as a front camera component), a microphone, and a key device, as shown in fig. 3, in this step, the processor may detect whether there is a wrist-lifting action instruction and a position movement instruction corresponding to the a + G sensor when detecting that the wearable device is in a wearing state; if the wrist-lifting action instruction and the position moving instruction are not detected, detecting whether a key instruction (namely a key control instruction) corresponding to the key equipment, a head posture instruction (namely an image recognition control instruction) corresponding to the camera or a voice instruction (namely a voice recognition control instruction) corresponding to the microphone exists; if a key instruction, a head posture instruction or a voice instruction is detected, increasing the vibration quantity of the vibration motor, and judging whether the set mute time (namely the preset mute time) is reached; if the mute time is set, step 103 may be entered; if the mute time is not up, the step of detecting whether a key instruction, a head posture instruction or a voice instruction exists can be returned; if the wrist-lifting action instruction and the position moving instruction are detected, the vibration of the vibration motor is closed, whether a key instruction, a head posture instruction or a voice instruction exists is directly detected, so that the corresponding working state is achieved under the condition that the key instruction, the head posture instruction or the voice instruction is detected, and no response is determined under the condition that the call waiting time is exceeded.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 3, in this step, the processor may detect whether there is a key instruction, a head posture instruction, or a voice instruction when detecting that the wearable device is in a non-worn state; if a key instruction, a head posture instruction or a voice instruction is detected, entering a corresponding working state; if the key instruction, the head posture instruction or the voice instruction is not detected, detecting whether an airframe turning instruction corresponding to the A + G sensor exists; if the fuselage overturn instruction is not detected, judging whether the set mute time (namely the preset mute time) is reached; if the mute time is set, step 103 may be entered; if the mute time is not up, the step of detecting whether a key instruction, a head posture instruction or a voice instruction exists can be returned; if the fuselage overturning instruction is detected, whether a key instruction, a head posture instruction or a voice instruction exists is directly detected, so that the corresponding working state is entered under the condition that the key instruction, the head posture instruction or the voice instruction is detected, and no response is determined under the condition that the incoming call waiting time is exceeded.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when the processor of the wearable device receives the incoming call information, it may first determine whether the wearable device is in a wearing state.
If the wearable device is detected to be in a wearing state, lightening a screen to display a caller identification picture, opening a microphone, monitoring sound information of an external environment, simultaneously opening a camera and an A + G sensor, and starting a vibration motor and simultaneously continuing to monitor data of an inertial sensor when judging that the user does not lift the wrist or does not horizontally move the wrist according to the data of the inertial sensor (G sensor) within a preset mute time; when judging that the user still does not lift the wrist or horizontally move the wrist according to the data of the inertial sensor within the preset mute time, opening the loudspeaker, and automatically setting the volume of the loudspeaker according to the intensity of the environmental sound; if the user is judged to have wrist lifting or wrist horizontal movement action, the vibration motor is closed, the front camera is started to enter image recognition and/or voice recognition by using the microphone, whether a head posture control instruction (such as head postures of 'clicking one lower head, clicking two lower heads, slightly shaking one lower head or continuously shaking twice' and the like) or a voice control instruction (such as voice of 'connection, rejection or connection waiting' and the like) exists is judged, and if so, the system enters a corresponding working state according to the corresponding instruction; if not, the incoming call waits until the incoming call information stops.
If the wearable device is not worn, lightening a screen to display a caller identification picture, opening a microphone, monitoring sound information of an external environment, simultaneously opening a camera and an A + G sensor, monitoring whether image information exists in the visual field of the camera, and monitoring whether the position of the wearable device is changed; if no voice control instruction, no position change and no head posture control instruction are detected within the preset mute time, starting a vibration motor, increasing the vibration amplitude along with the time lapse, starting a calling ringtone after the preset mute time, automatically setting the volume of a loudspeaker according to the intensity of the environmental sound, and gradually increasing the volume along with the time lapse until the volume is maximum; when the position change is detected in the process, whether a voice control command and a head posture control command exist or not is detected, and if the voice or the head posture control command is recognized, the corresponding state is entered according to the command.
It should be noted that, in the step, for the case that the processor detects that the incoming call control instruction is obtained within the preset mute time, the processor may enter a corresponding working state according to the obtained incoming call control instruction; for example, when the processor detects an answering waiting instruction by using the control detection module, the processor can put through an incoming call and send preset answering waiting voice information to the dialing terminal through a call link; correspondingly, the processor can also connect the incoming call and close the microphone, and send the preset answering waiting voice information to the dialing terminal through the call link.
Step 103: the control loudspeaker plays the incoming call ring and detects the incoming call control instruction by using the control detection module.
Specifically, in this step, the processor may control the speaker to play the incoming call ringtone to remind the user of paying attention to the incoming call information when it is determined that the user does not pay attention to the incoming call information; and the incoming call control instruction is detected by utilizing the control detection module, and the control of the user on the incoming call is continuously waited for detection.
Correspondingly, in the step, after the control detection module is used for detecting the incoming call control instruction, whether the incoming call waiting time is reached can be judged; if the incoming call waiting time is not reached, returning to step 103, continuing to play the incoming call ring and detecting the incoming call control instruction; if the waiting time of the incoming call is reached, the fact that no one answers can be determined, and the incoming call is ended; the preset mute time may be less than the incoming call waiting time, that is, the preset mute time may be a period of time beginning within the incoming call waiting time.
Furthermore, the specific mode of the processor controlling the loudspeaker to play the incoming call ringtone in the step can be set by a designer, for example, the processor can directly control the loudspeaker to play the incoming call ringtone according to the loudspeaker volume of the wearable device; the processor can also adjust the volume of the loudspeaker according to the intensity of the environmental sound collected by the microphone in the wearable device; and controlling the loudspeaker to play the incoming call ringtone according to the adjusted loudspeaker volume. The present embodiment does not set any limit to this.
Specifically, the specific manner in which the processor detects the incoming call control instruction by using the control detection module in this step can be set by a designer, for example, the processor can directly detect the incoming call control instruction by using all the control detection modules; when the control detection module comprises a microphone and other control detection modules (such as a touch screen and a camera), the processor can also detect the incoming call control instruction by using the other control detection modules except the microphone so as to avoid the influence of the playing of the incoming call ringtone of the loudspeaker on the speech recognition.
It can be understood that, the present embodiment may further include a step of the processor entering a corresponding working state according to the detected incoming call control instruction, so as to complete processing of the incoming call. The specific manner in which the processor enters the corresponding operating state according to the detected incoming call control instruction may be set by the designer, for example, the specific manner is implemented in the same or similar manner as the existing incoming call connection and rejection method, and this embodiment does not limit this.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment can implement incoming call control in several life scenarios: 1. when a user is in a meeting, an intelligent watch (namely wearing equipment) receives an incoming call, the worn watch vibrates, a screen displays incoming call information, the user lifts a wrist to see the watch, the vibration stops automatically, the user sees that the incoming call is a garbage incoming call, the front camera of the watch is aimed at shaking the head, and the watch automatically rejects the incoming call after identification; 2. when a user runs, the user carries the watch and the TWS earphone, at the moment, the watch calls, the watch vibrates, the screen displays the call information, the watch is read by lifting the wrist, the vibration stops automatically, the user wants to put through the call after checking, the user says 'put through the call', the watch is put through automatically, and the user uses the earphone to carry out communication in a matching way; 3. the method comprises the following steps that a user reads a book in a library, reads a watch by lifting a wrist, has an important incoming call, does not want to miss and is inconvenient to talk in a quiet scene to influence other people, nods for twice, the watch automatically identifies and then connects the call, temporarily closes a microphone, cuts preset answering waiting voice information into a call link to be sent to a caller (namely a dialing terminal), prompts the user to connect the microphone for a short time, the user walks to a proper place outdoors, and accesses the microphone into the call link twice through a voice instruction or by aiming at a forward shot point; 4. the user takes off the watch for charging, a distance is reserved between the watch and the watch, the watch calls at the moment, only the screen is lightened to prompt incoming call information, no data change of the A + G sensor is detected within preset mute time, the loudspeaker is turned on, and the ringing volume is adjusted to be maximum according to the environmental sound intensity information and the call time; 5. the user has things in both hands, and the user has the incoming call at the moment, lifts the wrist to check the incoming call of the watch, and can switch on or hang up the phone through voice commands or head gesture recognition.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the incoming call information is detected, the silent reminding module in the wearable device is used for reminding the incoming call, so that the silent reminding of the incoming call can be firstly carried out after the incoming call of the wearable device, and the sudden occurrence of the incoming call ringtone in a scene needing silence is avoided; whether the incoming call control instruction is acquired in the preset mute time is detected by the control detection module in the wearable device, the incoming call control can be carried out by using image recognition and/or voice recognition technology, the convenience of operating the wearable device by a user during incoming call and the incoming call control of the wearable device are improved, and the user experience is improved.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides an incoming call control device of a wearable device, and the incoming call control device of the wearable device described below and the incoming call control method of the wearable device described above may be referred to correspondingly.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram of an incoming call control device of a wearable device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The apparatus may include:
