The communication method comprises a conference creating unit, a subscription management unit and a conference communication unit. The communication system includes a conference communication module and a user interaction module. The user interaction module 2 is configured to receive a first communication instruction, a second communication instruction, and a communication quitting instruction input by a first user, send the first communication instruction, request invitation information, and the communication quitting instruction to the management device, and send conference initiation failure information to the first user. In one embodiment, the user interaction module 2 includes an inputtable/non-inputtable display screen, an input keyboard, a virtual keyboard, an indicator light, a buzzer, and combinations of one or more of the foregoing, such that when the conference initiation failure information is sent to the first user, a prompt is provided through combinations of one or more of the foregoing.
The invention provides a communication system of a local network conference, which is characterized in that a first device is received to subscribe and acquire a conference member list and channel mixing sound of each conference member according to first meeting subscription information sent by a first meeting invitation; furthermore, the communication system of the local network conference provided by the invention also judges whether all current conference members quit when the management equipment quits, and hands over the management authority to the background when judging that all conference members do not quit so as to enable the background to maintain the first conference communication process, thereby further improving the manageability of the local conference based on the VOIP.

Claims (10)

1. A method for local web conferencing communication, comprising:
receiving a first communication instruction input by a first user to create a first conference communication process and receive and store a corresponding first conference communication data group; the first communication instruction comprises a first device desiring to communicate; the first conference communication data set comprises a conference member list and channel sound mixing of all conference members;
sending a first meeting invitation to the first equipment according to the first communication instruction, storing the name of the first equipment into the conference member list after the first equipment receives the first meeting invitation, and receiving first meeting subscription information sent by the first equipment according to the first meeting invitation;
and sending a conference member list and channel mixing sound of each conference member to the first equipment according to the first meeting subscription information.
2. The communication method for the local web conference according to claim 1, wherein the communication method further comprises:
when a communication quitting instruction input by the first user is received, acquiring all conference members in a current conference member list;
if all the conference members only comprise the management equipment corresponding to the first user, closing and terminating the first conference communication process, and modifying the conference state in the first conference communication data group into termination;
and if all the conference members comprise equipment except the management equipment corresponding to the first user, deleting the management equipment from the current conference member list, stopping collecting channel sound mixing of the management equipment, and transferring the management authority to a background so as to enable the background to maintain running of the first conference communication process.
3. The communication method for the local network conference according to claim 2, wherein after receiving the first communication instruction input by the first user, the communication method further comprises:
and acquiring the conference state in each conference communication data group, and sending conference initiation failure information to the first user when the conference state is that the number of the ongoing conference communication data groups exceeds a preset management threshold value.
4. The communication method for the local network conference according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the communication method further comprises:
receiving request invitation information sent by the first equipment; the request invitation information is generated and sent by the first equipment when receiving a second communication instruction input by a second user, and the request invitation information comprises second equipment requested to be invited by the first equipment;
sending a second conference invitation to the second equipment according to the invitation request information, storing the name of the second equipment into the conference member list after the second equipment receives the second conference invitation, and receiving second conference subscription information sent by the second equipment according to the second conference invitation;
and sending a conference member list and channel mixed sound of each conference member to the second equipment according to the second conference subscription information.
5. A communication apparatus for a local network conference, comprising a conference creation unit, a subscription management unit, and a conference communication unit, wherein,
the conference creating unit is used for receiving a first communication instruction input by a first user so as to create a first conference communication process and receive and store a corresponding first conference communication data set; the first communication instruction comprises a first device desiring to communicate; the first conference communication data set comprises a conference member list and channel sound mixing of all conference members;
the subscription management unit is used for sending a first meeting invitation to the first equipment according to the communication instruction, storing the name of the first equipment into the meeting member list after the first equipment receives the first meeting invitation, and receiving first meeting subscription information sent by the first equipment according to the first meeting invitation;
the conference communication unit is used for sending a conference member list and channel mixed sound of each conference member to the first equipment according to the first conference subscription information.
6. The local netmeeting communication device of claim 5, wherein the subscription management unit is further configured to:
receiving request invitation information sent by the first equipment; the request invitation information is generated and sent by the first equipment when receiving a second communication instruction input by a second user, and the request invitation information comprises second equipment requested to be invited by the first equipment;
sending a second conference invitation to the second equipment according to the invitation request information, storing the name of the second equipment into the conference member list after the second equipment receives the second conference invitation, and receiving second conference subscription information sent by the second equipment according to the second conference invitation;
and sending a conference member list and channel mixed sound of each conference member to the second equipment according to the second conference subscription information.

The communication device of the local network conference as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a failure prompt unit, wherein the failure prompt unit is configured to obtain a conference state in each conference communication data group after receiving the first communication instruction input by the first user, and send conference initiation failure information to the first user when the conference state is that the number of the ongoing conference communication data groups exceeds a preset management threshold.
8. The communication apparatus of a local web conference according to any of claims 5-7, further comprising an exit management unit configured to:
when a communication quitting instruction input by the first user is received, acquiring all conference members in a current conference member list;
if all the conference members only comprise the management equipment corresponding to the first user, closing and terminating the first conference communication process, and modifying the conference state in the first conference communication data group into termination;
and if all the conference members comprise equipment except the management equipment corresponding to the first user, deleting the management equipment from the current conference member list, stopping collecting channel sound mixing of the management equipment, and transferring the management authority to a background so as to enable the background to maintain running of the first conference communication process.

The communication system of the local network conference is characterized by comprising a conference communication module and a user interaction module, wherein the conference communication module is in communication connection with the user interaction module; the conference communication module comprises a management device, a first device, a second device and a background, wherein the management device is used for executing the communication method of the local network conference according to any one of claims 1-4; the user interaction module is used for receiving a first communication instruction, a second communication instruction and a communication quitting instruction input by a first user, sending the first communication instruction, invitation request information and the communication quitting instruction to the management equipment, and sending conference initiation failure information to the first user.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein the user interaction module comprises an inputtable/non-inputtable display screen, an input keypad, a virtual keypad, an indicator light, a buzzer, and combinations of one or more of the foregoing.
