Detailed Description
In the related art, the display module may have an opening, which may be a light hole. The trompil can be used for cooperating the use with camera, fingerprint identification ware or distance sensor etc. under the screen. In order to prevent the display module at the opening from being damaged or polluted in the processes of processing, transportation and the like, a protective film can be adhered to the opening. The protective film and the opening can be adhered through acrylic glue.
However, since the acrylic adhesive has a high adhesiveness, the acrylic adhesive is easily left in the opening when the protective film is removed, resulting in the opening being soiled.
To avoid glue residues, a glue with a lower viscosity may be used, for example a Polyurethane (PU) glue. However, the protective film is likely to fall off, and the protection effect on the opening cannot be achieved.
Based on the above problems, embodiments of the present invention provide a protection assembly for a display module, where the protection assembly is used to protect an opening. The protection component comprises a first protection plate and a second protection plate which are oppositely arranged and are connected in a rotating mode, the first protection plate and the second protection plate are respectively located on two opposite sides of the display module, and the opening holes are covered by orthographic projections of the first protection plate and the second protection plate on the display module. First protection shield and second protection shield can avoid external force direct action in trompil department, all play the guard action to the both ends of trompil. In addition, the first protection plate and the second protection plate can prevent pollutants in the environment from entering the open hole and polluting the open hole. Two relative faces of first protection shield and second protection shield are used for pressing from both sides respectively and establish on two relative surfaces of display module assembly, and first protection shield and second protection shield pass through the clamp force to be fixed on display module assembly, can avoid first protection shield and second protection shield to drop from display module assembly at in-process such as transportation to need not to use and paste gluey (like ya keli glues), can avoid pasting gluey remaining problem.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the invention provides a protective assembly 20 of a display module 10, wherein the protective assembly 20 can be used for protecting the display module 10 having an opening 11.
The Display module 10 may include a Display screen, and the Display screen may be an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) Display screen, or the Display screen may also be a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD).
The display module 10 has an opening 11, and the opening 11 may be a light hole.
As shown in fig. 3, the protection assembly 20 includes a first protection plate 21 and a second protection plate 22 which are oppositely disposed and rotatably connected, and the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the display module 10. Thus, the first protective plate 21 and the second protective plate 22 can prevent external force from directly acting on the opening 11 of the display module 10, thereby protecting the opening 11. In addition, the entry of contaminants from the external environment into the opening 11 and the contamination of the opening 11 can be prevented.
Specifically, when the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 move away from each other, the distance between the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 becomes larger, so that the protection assembly 20 and the display module 10 can be separated from each other, and the protection assembly 20 can be detached from the display module 10. When the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 move towards each other, the distance between the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 becomes smaller, and the display module 10 can be clamped between the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 to protect a part of the display module 10 and the opening hole 11.
As shown in fig. 3, the two opposite plate surfaces of the first protective plate 21 and the second protective plate 22 are respectively used for being clamped on two opposite surfaces of the display module 10. The first protective plate 21 is provided with a plate surface on the side close to the display module 10, and the second protective plate 22 is provided with two plate surfaces on the side close to the display module 10. The two surfaces are respectively corresponding to two opposite surfaces of the display module 10, and generate a clamping force on the display module 10, so as to fix the protection component 20 on the display module 10, and prevent the protection component 20 from falling off in the transportation process and the like. Since the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 are fixed on the display module 10 by the clamping force, it is not necessary to use the paste glue to fix the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22, and the problem of paste glue residue can be avoided.
The orthographic projection of the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 on the display module 10 covers the opening hole 11, so that the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 can prevent the opening hole 11 from being exposed, and the opening hole 11 is well protected.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the protection component 20 may be provided with an avoiding groove 231, and the display module 10 at the opening 11 is easily damaged when being pressed, so that the avoiding groove 231 may be provided to reduce the pressure applied to the display module 10 at the opening 11.
The orthographic projection of the avoiding groove 231 on the display module 10 covers the opening 11. Thus, the evacuation groove 231 can generate an evacuation effect so that the pressure applied to the display module 10 in the opening 11 is small.
In some examples, at least one of the first protective plate 21 and the second protective plate 22 is provided with an escape groove 231, and a notch of the escape groove 231 faces the display module 10. For example, the avoiding groove 231 may be only located in the first protection plate 21, and the notch of the avoiding groove 231 is located on the surface of the first protection plate 21 on the side close to the display module 10. The avoiding groove 231 may be only located in the second protection plate 22, and the notch of the avoiding groove 231 is located on the surface of the second protection plate 22 close to the display module 10 side. Alternatively, the avoiding groove 231 may be located in both the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22, and the avoiding groove 231 may be located on the surface of the two protection plates (i.e., the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22) on the side close to the display module 10. Thus, the notch of the escape groove 231 faces the opening 11, and the opening 11 is evacuated. The bottom wall of the avoiding groove 231 shields the opening 11, so that pollutants and the like in the external environment are prevented from entering the opening 11.
As shown with continued reference to fig. 4, the notch of the escape slot 231 is provided with a radius or chamfer (portion B in fig. 4). Taking the example in which the escape groove 231 is provided in the first protection plate 21, a portion B circled by a dotted line in fig. 4 shows a rounding. The groove sidewall of the avoiding groove 231 and the surface of the first protection plate 21 close to the display module 10 are rounded. Therefore, when the first protection plate 21 at the included angle contacts the display module 10, the stress generated on the display module 10 is small, and the possibility that the first protection plate 21 at the included angle wears the display module 10 can be reduced. Of course, the included angle may be other than a rounded angle. So long as the stress of the first protection plate 21 at the included angle to the display module 10 can be reduced.
It is understood that when the bypass groove 231 is provided in the second protective plate 22, the notch of the bypass groove 231 in the second protective plate 22 may also be provided with a round or chamfer. The principle is similar to that of the first protective plate 21, and the description thereof is omitted.
When the orthographic projection of the avoiding groove 231 on the display module 10 covers the opening 11, the distance between the edge of the orthographic projection of the avoiding groove 231 and the edge of the opening 11 ranges from 0.1mm to 0.5 mm. For example, the distance may range from 0.2mm to 0.3 mm. The specific distance may be 0.1mm, 0.2mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm, or 0.5mm, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. When the distance is less than 0.1mm, the orthographic projection of the avoidance groove 231 on the display module 10 is not easy to cover the opening hole 11, and better avoidance is not easy to form. When the distance is greater than 0.5mm, the strength of the member having the avoidance groove 231 is greatly affected by the avoidance groove 231.
As shown in fig. 4, the first protection plate 21 is provided with a chamfer or a radius (portion C in fig. 4) near the plate edge of the display module 10. The included angle between the surface of the first protective plate 21 near the display module 10 and the surface of the first protective plate 21 extending in the thickness direction is a rounded angle.
In other examples, the second protective plate 22 is provided with a chamfer or radius near the plate edge of the display module 10. The principle is similar to that of the first protection plate 21 and will not be described in detail. In other examples, the first protective plate 21 is provided near the plate edge of the display module 10, and the second protective plate 22 is provided near the plate edge of the display module 10 with a chamfer or radius. Thus, the display module 10 can be better protected.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, a buffer pad 24 is disposed on a surface of the first protection plate 21 facing the display module 10, and the buffer pad 24 plays a role of buffering, so as to avoid rigid contact between the first protection plate 21 and the display module 10. Cushion 24 may be formed of an elastic material to provide a good cushioning effect. Wherein, the orthographic projection of the cushion pad 24 on the display module 10 covers the opening 11. Thus, the buffer pad 24 can cover the opening 11, and can prevent external force from directly acting on the opening 11, thereby protecting the display module 10 at the opening 11. In addition, when an external force is applied to the protection component 20, the cushion pad 24 can be greatly deformed to absorb a part of the external force, so as to reduce the damage of the external force to the opening 11. For example, the cushion pad 24 may be made of silicone, foam, rubber, or the like.
In other examples, a buffer pad 24 may be further disposed on a surface of the second protective plate 22 facing the display module 10. The principle is similar to that of the first protection plate 21 and will not be described in detail. In other examples, the buffer pad 24 may be disposed on the surface of the first protective plate 21 facing the display module 10 and the surface of the second protective plate 22 facing the display module 10. Thus, the two buffering pads 24 have better buffering effect and can better protect the display module 10.
In embodiments where cushion 24 is provided, an avoidance slot 231 may also be provided in cushion 24. The avoiding groove 231 is located in the cushion pad 24, and the notch of the avoiding groove 231 is located on the surface of the cushion pad 24 close to the side of the display module 10. Thus, the avoiding groove 231 avoids the display module 10 at the opening 11, so that the pressure applied to the display module 10 at the opening 11 is small.
Wherein, the escape groove 231 may be provided in the cushion pad 24 at one side of the first protection plate 21; avoidance groove 231 may also be provided in cushion pad 24 on the side of second protective plate 22; alternatively, escape groove 231 may be provided in both cushion pad 24 on the first protective plate 21 side and cushion pad 24 on the second protective plate 22 side. The principle is similar to that of the escape groove 231 provided in the first protection plate 21, and the description thereof is omitted.
In other examples, the notch of the avoiding groove 231 is located on the surface of the buffer pad 24 close to the display module 10, and the bottom wall of the avoiding groove 231 is the same side of the protection plate (the first protection plate 21 or the second protection plate 22). Equivalently, a through hole is formed in the buffer pad 24, one of the orifices of the through hole is located on the surface of the buffer pad 24 close to the side of the display module 10, the other orifice of the through hole is located on the surface of the buffer pad 24 away from the side of the display module 10, and the bottom wall of the avoiding groove 231 is formed by the plate surface of the protection plate on the same side. The groove bottom wall of the avoiding groove 231 can shield the open hole 11, and the pollutant of the external environment is prevented from polluting the open hole 11.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the protection assembly 20 may further include a rotating shaft 25, and the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 may rotate around the rotating shaft 25 to realize the movement of the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 toward or away from each other.
Specifically, the first protection plate 21 is connected with a first operation portion 271, and the second protection plate 22 is connected with a second operation portion 272; the first operating portion 271 and the second operating portion 272 are both rotatable about the rotating shaft 25 to control the first protective plate 21 and the second protective plate 22 to move toward or away from each other by the first operating portion 271 and the second operating portion 272.
As shown in fig. 6, the rotating shaft 25 extends along the thickness direction of the display module 10, and the rotating shaft 25 includes a first rotating end 251 and a second rotating end 252. The first rotating end 251 of the rotating shaft 25 is connected to the joint of the first protection plate 21 and the first operating portion 271, and the first protection plate 21 and the first operating portion 271 can rotate around the first rotating end 251. The second rotating end 252 of the rotating shaft 25 is connected to the joint of the second protection plate 22 and the second operating part 272, and the second protection plate 22 and the second operating part 272 can rotate around the second rotating end 252.
As shown in fig. 5, the protection assembly 20 may further include an elastic member 26, and the elastic member 26 is used to provide a clamping force, i.e., a clamping force of the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 acting on the display module 10.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 6, both ends of the elastic member 26 are respectively connected to the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22, and the elastic member 26 is a tensile elastic member. The elastic member 26 is stretched in an initial state (i.e., a state when no external force is applied), and forms a clamping force between the first protective sheet 21 and the second protective sheet 22. When the elastic piece 26 is used, the first operating portion 271 and the second operating portion 272 are forced to enable the first operating portion 271 and the second operating portion 272 to be close to each other, the first operating portion 271 drives the first protection plate 21 to be far away from the second protection plate 22, the second operating portion 272 drives the second protection plate 22 to be far away from the first protection plate 21, and therefore the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 are separated from each other, and at the moment, the elastic piece 26 is further stretched. Then, the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 are respectively disposed at both sides of the display module 10, and the first operation portion 271 and the second operation portion 272 are not biased, and the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 are moved toward each other by the elastic member 26 to clamp the display module 10.
In other examples, as shown in fig. 7, both ends of the elastic member 26 are respectively connected to the first operating portion 271 and the second operating portion 272, and the elastic member 26 is a compression elastic member. The elastic member 26 is compressed in the initial state, and forms a pushing force to the first operating portion 271 and the second operating portion 272 to form a clamping force between the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 through the first operating portion 271 and the second operating portion 272. When the protective plate is used, the first operating part 271 and the second operating part 272 are forced to enable the first operating part 271 and the second operating part 272 to be close to each other, the first operating part 271 and the second operating part 272 drive the first protective plate 21 and the second protective plate 22 to move back and forth, and therefore the first protective plate 21 and the second protective plate 22 are separated from each other. At this time, the elastic member 26 is further compressed. Then, the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 are respectively disposed on two sides of the display module 10, and the first operation portion 271 and the second operation portion 272 are not forced, the first operation portion 271 and the second operation portion 272 move away from each other under the action of the elastic member 26, and the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 are driven to move towards each other, so as to clamp the display module 10.
In other examples, as shown in fig. 8, the elastic member 26 includes a connection portion 263, a first elastic portion 261, and a second elastic portion 262, the first elastic portion 261 and the second elastic portion 262 are both connected to the connection portion 263, and the connection portion 263 supports and connects the first elastic portion 261 and the second elastic portion 262. The first elastic portion 261 and the second elastic portion 262 abut against the first operating portion 271 and the second operating portion 272, respectively, to provide urging force to the first operating portion 271 and the second operating portion 272, respectively, and to form a clamping force between the first protective plate 21 and the second protective plate 22 by the first operating portion 271 and the second operating portion 272. At this time, the first elastic part 261 and the second elastic part 262 are both moved toward the connection part 263, and a pushing force is formed between the first elastic part 261 and the connection part 263, and between the second elastic part 262 and the connection part 263. Then, the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 are respectively disposed on two sides of the display module 10, and the first operation portion 271 and the second operation portion 272 are not forced, the first elastic portion 261 and the second elastic portion 262 are both away from the connection portion 263 under the action of the pushing force, and the first operation portion 271 and the second operation portion 272 are driven to move back and forth, so that the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 move towards each other, and the display module 10 is clamped.
In some embodiments, the protective assembly 20 includes a light-transmitting portion through which the display module 10 sandwiched in the protective assembly 20 can be viewed. The orthographic projection of the light-transmitting part on the display module 10 covers the open hole 11, the open hole 11 can be observed through the light-transmitting part, so that the position between the open hole 11 and the protection assembly 20 is adjusted, the protection assembly 20 better covers the open hole 11, and the open hole 11 is better protected.
The light-transmitting portion may include a first light-transmitting portion, and the first protective plate 21 may have the first light-transmitting portion so that the opening hole 11 is observed through the first light-transmitting portion of the first protective plate 21. The second protective plate 22 may also have a first light-transmitting portion so that the opening hole 11 can be observed through the first light-transmitting portion of the second protective plate 22. Alternatively, the first protective plate 21 and the second protective plate 22 each have a first light-transmitting portion, so that the opening hole 11 can be viewed through both the protective plates, which is more convenient.
In the embodiment with the buffer pad 24, the light-transmitting portion may further include a second light-transmitting portion, and the buffer pad 24 is provided with the second light-transmitting portion, and the first light-transmitting portion and the second light-transmitting portion are located on the same side of the display module 10. The opening 11 needs to be observed through two light-transmitting portions on the same side of the display module 10. The arrangement mode of the second light transmission part is similar to that of the first light transmission part, and is not described again.
When the light-transmitting portion covers the opening hole 11, the light-transmitting portion is larger than the opening hole 11 so that the opening hole 11 is entirely observed through the light-transmitting portion. The distance between the edge of the orthographic projection of the light-transmitting part on the display module 10 and the edge of the opening may be greater than or equal to 0.1 mm. For example, the distance may be 0.2mm or more. Specifically, the distance may be 0.1mm, 0.2mm, or 0.3mm, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. When the distance is less than 0.1mm, the area of the light-transmitting portion is small, and it is inconvenient to observe the opening 11 through the light-transmitting portion.
In other examples, the first protective plate 21, the second protective plate 22 and the buffer pad 24 are all light-transmitting members, so that the light-transmitting range is larger, and the observation of the opening 11 is more convenient.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the protection assembly 20 may further include a controller, a driver 281, and a pressure sensor 282. The controller is electrically connected to the driver 281 and the pressure sensor 282, respectively. The pressure sensor 282 is used for detecting the pressure of the display module 10 to the protection component 20.
Specifically, the pressure sensor 282 may be disposed between the first protective plate 21 and the display module 10, and the pressure sensor 282 may be disposed between the second protective plate 22 and the display module 10, or the pressure sensor 282 may be disposed between the first protective plate 21 and the display module 10, and between the second protective plate 22 and the display module 10.
The embodiment of the present invention will be described by taking an example in which the pressure sensor 282 is disposed between the first protective plate 21 and the display module 10.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 5, the pressure sensor 282 may be located between the first protective plate 21 and the cushion 24. Thus, the pressure sensor 282 is covered by the first protective sheet 21 and the cushion 24, and the pressure sensor 282 is protected. In other examples, the pressure sensor 282 may be located between the cushion pad 24 and the display module 10, and the pressure sensor 282 is in direct contact with the display module 10, so that the pressure value can be detected more accurately.
The controller is used for receiving the pressure signal detected by the pressure sensor 282 and transmitting the driving signal to the driver 281, so that the driver 281 drives the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 to move away from each other.
Specifically, the driver 281 is located between the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22, and one end of the driver 281 is fixedly connected to one of the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 to fix the driver 281. The other end of the driver 281 is not fixed to the other of the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 to prevent the driver 281 from affecting the movement between the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22. When the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 282 is larger, the driver 281 drives the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 to move away from each other, so as to increase the distance between the two protection plates, so that the clamping force of the two protection plates on the display module 10 is reduced, the pressure applied to the display module 10 is reduced, and the display module 10 is protected.
It should be noted that, the driver 281 drives the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 to move back and forth, and only the pressure applied to the display module 10 needs to be reduced, but it is still ensured that the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22 are clamped on both sides of the display module 10, so as to prevent the protection assembly 20 from falling.
The driver 281 may include a telescopic device electrically connected to a controller, and the controller is configured to control the telescopic device to operate. One end of the telescopic is connected to one of the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22, and the other end of the telescopic is a telescopic end extending toward the other of the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22. And the telescopic end is not connected to the other one of the first protection plate 21 and the second protection plate 22. When the pressure applied to the display module 10 needs to be reduced, the telescopic end is extended, the distance between the first protective plate 21 and the second protective plate 22 is increased, and when the pressure does not need to be reduced, the telescopic end is retracted. Thus, the structure of the driver 281 is simple.
In some embodiments, the protection component 20 may further include an alarm, which is electrically connected to the controller, and when the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 282 is large (for example, the pressure value may damage the display module 10), the controller will control the alarm to generate an alarm signal, so as to prompt an operator when the display module 10 is under a large pressure, thereby taking a protective measure for the display module 10. Of course, when the pressure value detected by the pressure sensor 282 is small (for example, the protection component 20 may fall off under the pressure value), an alarm signal may also be generated.
It should be noted that the numerical values and numerical ranges related to the embodiments of the present application are approximate values, and there may be a certain range of errors depending on the manufacturing process, and the error may be considered as negligible by those skilled in the art.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
