Background
An emergency pathway is a life pathway established for a patient in an emergency, and for a patient in an emergency, an emergency pathway is a life pathway. Through the first-aid passage, the hospital provides the whole medical service behaviors of receiving, triage, examination, diagnosis and rescue for the emergency and critical patients, so that the patients can be timely, normatively and efficiently served. In order to adapt to the development of modern emergency medicine and improve the rescue success rate of patients in emergency rooms, the setting of an emergency green channel is the most effective mechanism for treating critically ill patients, which has become a common recognition in the emergency departments of hospitals across the country. The emergency treatment procedure in the prior art is as follows: when the ambulance arrives at a hospital, a triage nurse and a medical guide/nurse immediately push the patient flat car to the side of the ambulance, cooperatively lift the patient on the flat car, know simple medical history and symptoms, determine whether the patient enters a rescue room for rescue according to the state of illness, and immediately push the patient into the rescue room through an emergency passage under the condition that the patient needs rescue. The emergency treatment process basically meets timely, efficient and normative conditions in theory, however, various interference factors often exist in actual operation conditions, for example, people or objects in an emergency channel may block the flatcar movement of a patient, an ambulance parking spot does not have a condition for transferring the patient, the indication of the emergency channel is not clear or an operator is not familiar with a hospital environment to cause unsmooth patient transferring process, and the like, and particularly under the condition of relevant regulation constraints, due to the lack of necessary means of technical supervision, guidance, indication and the like, the condition of interfering the normal use of the emergency channel is rare, the condition is delayed, and even serious consequences are caused. In addition, the monitoring method for the hospital emergency channel in the prior art is single, humanization is lacked, the use experience of the hospital emergency channel is poor, and the application efficiency is low.

9 in the morning: 30, hospital personnel are increased, and the emergency channel system works normally. When an event that the social vehicle is parked at the starting point of the emergency channel or is in a position of blocking other vehicles from entering the starting point of the emergency channel occurs, a sensor at the starting point of the emergency channel monitors the illegal vehicle, an instruction for finding the illegal event is sent to a remote instruction system, the remote instruction system sends a remote instruction to the first light-emitting device, so that the first light-emitting device emits red light, and the social vehicle is warned to leave the area through voice; if the social vehicle does not drive away from the area after the first preset time, sending a prompt for monitoring the illegal parking event to security personnel of the hospital; similarly, when an event that related personnel place the garbage removal device in an emergency passageway corridor occurs, a sensor at the corridor of the emergency passageway monitors the illegal object placement event, an instruction for finding the illegal object is sent to a remote instruction system, the remote instruction system sends a remote instruction to a second light-emitting device, so that the first light-emitting device emits red light, and the related personnel are warned by voice to remove the obstacle object; and if the barrier object is not removed after the first preset time, sending an event prompt for monitoring that the object is placed illegally to a hospital security worker. Likewise, when an obstacle is present at the end of the emergency access, the remote command system and the third lighting device perform similar steps to accomplish obstacle removal.
9 in the morning: 40, the hospital receives the emergency help request, dispatches the emergency vehicle to drive to the destination, and simultaneously forwards the request signal to the remote instruction system, and the remote instruction system sends a remote control instruction to the first light-emitting device so as to enable the first light-emitting device to be in a green light flashing state, which indicates that the first light-emitting device is in an upcoming state; the emergency vehicle terminal system sends a real-time position to the remote instruction system based on the GPS positioning device, the remote instruction system obtains the remaining distance between the emergency vehicle and the hospital based on the real-time position, and comprehensively evaluates the remaining time required for passing the remaining distance based on the traffic condition, the vehicle condition and the patient condition, and the green light flashing frequency of the first light-emitting device is inversely proportional to the remaining time. The remote instruction system sends a remote control instruction to the light-emitting equipment corresponding to the unused diagnosis and treatment room in the third light-emitting equipment while receiving the request signal, so that the light-emitting equipment is in a green light flashing state, and the current state is the state to be used; the remote instruction system receives the request signal and simultaneously informs the medical staff of the help seeking message, and the responsible staff organizes emergency rescue.
10 in the morning: 00, an emergency vehicle arrives at a hospital and is parked at the starting position of an emergency passageway, and a remote instruction system sends a remote control instruction to a first light-emitting device and a second light-emitting device in the corridor of the emergency passageway, so that the first light-emitting device and the second light-emitting device are in a connected state; the first light-emitting device and the second light-emitting device display contents to indicate the conveying direction of a patient, the indication mode is that the patient flickers to a target diagnosis and treatment room in a running water mode, and the indication mode specifically comprises the following steps: the first light-emitting devices A3, A2 and A1 are connected with the second light-emitting devices B4, B3, B2 and B1, firstly, the A3 presents a lighting state, and other displays are extinguished; then A2 appears in a lighting state, and other displays are turned off; then A1 appears in a lighting state, and other displays are turned off; then B4 appears in a lighting state, and other displays are turned off; and the rest can be done until the third light-emitting device of the target diagnosis and treatment room is lighted up, and the next flashing period is continued. When the emergency vehicle arrives at the hospital, the remote instruction system sends an instruction to the starting point of the emergency passageway and the corridor of the emergency passageway, and meanwhile voice warning is carried out to evacuate irrelevant personnel so as to keep the emergency passageway smooth. The sensor arranged in the first-aid passage comprises RFID equipment and camera equipment, the camera equipment is used for monitoring whether an unauthorized target intrudes into the first-aid passage corridor in a used or to-be-used state, and if the unauthorized target intrudes into the first-aid passage corridor, the light effect alarm function of the second light-emitting equipment is triggered; the RFID device is used for monitoring whether a target intruding into an emergency passageway corridor in a used or to-be-used state is an authorized target, the authorized target is related medical personnel of the emergency action, and the related medical personnel wear an identification card for the RFID device. The second light emitting device is connected to the third light emitting device, and since the third light emitting device is divided into the first treatment room light emitting device, the second treatment room light emitting device, and the third treatment room light emitting device, when the emergency vehicle arrives at the hospital, only the target treatment room light emitting device is kept on, and the other treatment room light emitting devices are in a disconnected state (extinguished or in use) from the second light emitting device.
