Description

Method and device for on-line operation of asset foundation method, electronic equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of asset assessment, and particularly relates to a method for asset-based method online operation, a device for asset-based method online operation, electronic equipment and a storage medium.
Background
Currently, in the field of asset assessment, the manner of generating an assessment report generally includes existing practice technical schemes and software technical schemes.
The implementation of the existing implementation technical scheme is generally as follows: the assessment company places all the asset basic method measurement and calculation manuscript tables (including statement tables, survey tables, price inquiry tables, operation analysis tables, typical case tables and the like) in a set of EXCEL files, wherein a check relation is arranged in the tables, and when an evaluator performs the assessment operation, the evaluator needs to select from all the tables according to project requirements and use the selected tables to complete the measurement and calculation. In the mode, manual operation is mainly adopted, the working efficiency is low, and the error rate is high.
The implementation of the prior software technical scheme is generally as follows: the existing software technical scheme mostly adopts the design of a planarization table system in the practical technical scheme, wherein part of software adopts simplified version draft tables in the system, meanwhile, evaluation work is carried out by combining the software and the traditional EXCEL, and the other part directly develops the software into an EXCEL software plug-in to supplement the missing part in the traditional technical scheme.
In both of the above-mentioned categories, the following problems generally exist: all the tables for measurement and calculation lack clear sequence, hierarchy and check relation, and use experience is influenced. Only part of tables in a single project need to be used, and the rest tables which do not need to be selected can interfere with project operation. Although some checking relationships are created among the tables, in the face of variable project types (different tables need to be selected, the number of tables needs to be expanded, and the like), a great deal of modification needs to be performed on the checking relationships by evaluators, and the working efficiency is affected. The table has a large number of formulas and audit relations, and when an error occurs, the error cannot be identified quickly, so that the final evaluation quality is influenced. The mode of combining software and EXCEL partially adapts to the traditional evaluation operation habit of users, but also causes the problems of lack of consistency, completeness and the like of data.
In the declaration form generation process in the prior art, a plurality of manuscript files or a single manuscript file is generally adopted. When multiple manuscripts are used, the operator needs to browse different manuscripts when generating the statement form. The inconvenience of the writing process is caused, and the working efficiency is reduced. Meanwhile, a large number of checking relationships need to exist among the tables. The audit relationship is not intuitive and it is difficult to discover errors that may exist therein. Uncertainty is introduced to the writing of the report.
When a single manuscript file is used, the manuscript file often requires a large number of fields (columns in a table). Only a few of these fields are relevant to a single statement. These fields are difficult to display completely on the same screen, forcing the operator to scroll through different fields of the same form. Certain difficulties are brought to the operating personnel. The work efficiency is reduced, and the uncertainty of the writing process is improved.

By using the method and the device, the original declaration form can be generated by extracting data from the related data of the target evaluation report, and the selected declaration form can be generated by using the original declaration form. Because the original reporting table is a single table and only contains the data related to the selected reporting table. The statement form is relatively short and refined, and can visually display the data required by the selected statement form. The method simplifies the original statement, facilitates the operators to arrange the data of the original statement and find errors possibly existing in the data. Therefore, the work efficiency of the report writing process can be improved, and the error rate in the writing process can be reduced.
Furthermore, the statement table can be disassembled into at least one analysis and calculation table. And extracting the analysis measurement table manuscript from the original reporting table by adopting a similar method. Thereby further simplifying the manuscript. Therefore, the operation difficulty of operators can be reduced, the operation efficiency is improved, and the error rate is reduced.
Furthermore, the analysis and calculation table can be divided into a primary analysis and calculation table, a secondary analysis and calculation table and … … in a multi-stage mode. The method can further simplify the manuscript table, reduce the operation difficulty, improve the operation efficiency and reduce the error rate.
