The specific method for extracting text elements from the target document may refer to related technologies, and the present application does not limit this specific method. Similarly, text elements may be extracted from the target text based on a semantic analysis algorithm; the extraction may also be based on a pre-configured extraction rule, which may be determined based on keywords or locations. If a keyword of a certain text in the target text is identified as a date and the text is located at a preset position of the target text, a text element related to the date can be determined. In another example, if a certain text in the target text contains the keyword "copying mechanism", the text may be determined as a text element related to the copying mechanism.
After the target text element is extracted, a target official document template matched with the target text can be determined based on the target text element. For example, the target text element may be matched with the template element types included in the respective official document templates, and the matched target official document template may be determined based on the matching degree. Or the target official document template may be determined in other ways. The details will be described in the following examples.
In this embodiment, after the target official document template is determined, for each target text element extracted from the target text, a template text element of the target official document template, which is the same as the target text element in type, may be determined, and a standard format of the template text element may be determined. And then converting the target text element into the standard format, and generating a corresponding official document from the target text according to the standard format. For another example, the element type of the target text element may be determined, and then the target official document to which the target text belongs may be determined according to the element type. One official document can correspond to only one official document template or a plurality of official document templates. When the target official document type only corresponds to one official document template, the corresponding official document template can be directly used as the target official document template. When the target official document type corresponds to a plurality of official document templates, the plurality of official document templates can be further screened to determine the target official document template.
For example, the multiple official document templates may be sorted according to the frequency of usage in the actual application scenario, and then the most frequently used official document template may be selected as the target official document template.
For another example, for each official document template corresponding to the target official document, a matching degree between a template text element included in the official document template and a target text element extracted from the target text may be determined, and the target official document template matched with the target text may be determined based on the matching degree.
The matching degree may be calculated by various methods:

A first proportion of the text elements of the same type to the template text elements included in the official document template may be determined, and the matching degree may be determined based on the first proportion. That is, the first ratio is 2/3, and the first ratio can be directly used as the matching degree.
It is also possible to determine a second proportion of the same type of text elements to the target text elements, and determine the matching degree based on the second proportion. That is, the second ratio is 2/4 ═ 1/2, and the second ratio can be directly used as the matching degree.
In another example, the degree of match may also be determined based on the first and second ratios.
Still taking the above example as an example, the first ratio is 2/3, the second ratio is 1/2, and further, weights may be assigned to the first ratio and the second ratio, and a weighted sum of the first ratio and the second ratio may be calculated as the matching degree. If the weights are all 1, the matching degree is 2/3+1/2 ═ 7/6.
Still taking the above example as an example, if the official document template 1 includes 3 template text elements, i.e. the first number is 3, and the target text includes 4 text elements, i.e. the second number is 4, then the matching degree may be 3/4.
In this example, when the target official document type corresponds to a plurality of official document templates, the official document template with the highest matching degree may be used as the target official document template.
Of course, the matching degree may be determined by other methods besides the above examples. And the candidate official document templates can be displayed in an arrangement from high to low according to the priority, and if the user considers that the official document generated based on the target official document template does not meet the requirement of the official document, the required template can be selected from the candidate official document templates displayed in the arrangement to generate the official document.
There are various methods for determining the priority of the candidate official document template, for example, the priority may be determined according to the matching degree between the target text element and the template text element determined in the foregoing step 208, and the higher the matching degree is, the higher the priority is.
For another example, the priority may also be determined according to how frequently the candidate official document template is used in the actual scene, and the more frequently the candidate official document template is used, the higher the priority is.
Of course, other methods may be used to determine the priority, which is not exemplified herein.
In addition, in addition to displaying a plurality of candidate official document templates in the case where one official document type corresponds to a plurality of official document templates, the candidate official document templates may be displayed in other cases. For example, each preset official document template can be displayed according to the priority order for the user to select.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a page according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. Fig. 3 exemplarily shows a page showing a generated official document to a user, in which "announcement (long signature)" marked by a dotted line box is a target official document template, and a preview area of the page may be shown with a preview of the official document generated based on the template, and the user may view the generated official document in the area. In addition, fig. 3 may also show some non-target official document templates sorted by priority, such as "reply (signature)", "notice", and "bulletin".
Step 214, receiving a document generation request initiated for any candidate document template.
In this embodiment, the user may initiate a document generation request for any candidate document template displayed by the user, and after receiving the request, the client may execute the foregoing step 210 and step 212 to generate a document for the target text based on the candidate document template specified by the user. The specific generation method refers to the foregoing steps, and is not described herein again.
Still taking the example shown in fig. 3 as an example, the user may click on the template "reply (signature)" to initiate a document generation request, and after receiving the request, the client may use the template as a target document template, and then generate a document for the target document based on the template, and present the generated document to the user.
In this embodiment, after the document is generated, if the user is not satisfied with the format of some text elements in the document, the user may also perform custom setting on the document. For example, the user may click a "custom setup" button issued on the page of fig. 3, and then the user may specify the type of text element to be set up, and may also set up the format of the type of text element. For example, the title in the target official document template has a font size of four, and the user can modify the font size to four smaller through the custom setting. So as to assist the user to obtain the official document more meeting the requirement of the user.
In this embodiment, after the user determines that the document meeting the user's requirement is obtained, the user may click the relevant button to obtain the generated document, for example, click the "open document" button in the lower right corner of fig. 3.
As can be seen from the above description, in an embodiment of the present application, an official document can be created to create a corresponding official document template, the document to which the target text belongs can be identified, and the corresponding official document template is found based on the text to generate an official document, so as to obtain a more accurate official document template and finally generate a more accurate official document.
In addition, a plurality of non-target official document templates can be displayed for the user, so that the user can switch among the non-target official document templates, official documents which meet the requirements of the user are obtained finally, and the user experience is improved.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the method for generating the official document, the application also provides an embodiment of a device for generating the official document.
The embodiment of the generation device of the application document can be applied to the electronic equipment. The device embodiments may be implemented by software, or by hardware, or by a combination of hardware and software. Taking a software implementation as an example, as a logical device, the device is formed by reading, by a processor of the electronic device where the device is located, a corresponding computer program instruction in the nonvolatile memory into the memory for operation. From a hardware aspect, as shown in fig. 4, the electronic device in which the generating apparatus of the disclosure is located is a hardware structure diagram of the electronic device, except for the processor, the memory, the network interface, and the nonvolatile memory shown in fig. 4, the electronic device in which the apparatus is located in the embodiment may also include other hardware according to the actual function of the electronic device, which is not described again.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram of an apparatus for generating a document according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The apparatus for generating the document may include: a receiving unit 510, an extracting unit 520, a matching unit 530, a determining unit 540, a generating unit 550 and a presenting unit 560.
The receiving unit 510 is configured to receive a document generation request initiated for a target text;
an extracting unit 520, configured to extract a target text element included in the target text;
a matching unit 530, configured to determine, based on the target text element, a target official document template matched with the target text;
a determining unit 540, configured to determine, for each target text element, a standard format corresponding to a template text element in the target official document template, where the template text element is of the same type as the target text element;
the generating unit 550 is configured to convert the target text element into the standard format, and generate a corresponding official document from the target text based on the target text element converted into the standard format.
Optionally, the matching unit 530 is specifically configured to:
determining a target official document to which the target text belongs based on the target text element;
and determining the official document template corresponding to the target official document type as the target official document template based on a preset mapping relation.
Optionally, when determining the target official document to which the target text belongs based on the target text element, the matching unit 530 is specifically configured to:
determining a title of the target text from the target text elements;
and determining the target official document to which the target text belongs based on the title.
Optionally, when determining the target official document to which the target text belongs based on the target text element, the matching unit 530 is specifically configured to:
and determining the target official document type of the target text based on the element type of the target text element.
Optionally, when the target official document type corresponds to a plurality of official document templates, the matching unit 530 is further configured to:
aiming at each official document template corresponding to the target official document type, determining the matching degree between template text elements included in the official document template and target text elements extracted from the target text;
and determining a target official document template matched with the target text based on the matching degree.
Optionally, when determining the target official document template matched with the target text based on the matching degree, the matching unit 530 is specifically configured to:
determining template text elements included in the official document template and text elements belonging to the same type in the target text elements;
and determining the matching degree based on the text elements of the same type.
Optionally, when determining the target official document template matched with the target text based on the matching degree, the matching unit 530 is specifically configured to:
determining the priority of each official document template based on the matching degree;
displaying the candidate official document templates corresponding to the target official document according to the priority from high to low;
receiving a document generation request initiated aiming at any candidate document template;
and determining the candidate official document template aimed at by the official document generation request as a target official document template.
Optionally, the display device further includes a display unit 560, where the display unit 560 is specifically configured to:
and when the matching degree of the target text element and the template text element is lower than a matching degree threshold value, determining that the template text element corresponding to the target text element is missing from the official document template.
Optionally, the display unit 560 is further configured to:
determining target position information of the target text element in the official document based on the position information of the template text element in the target official document template;
the generating unit 550 is specifically configured to: typesetting the target text elements converted into the standard format according to the target position information;
and taking the typesetting result as the official document corresponding to the target text.
Optionally, the determining unit 540 is further configured to:
when the target official document template does not comprise a template text element with the same type as a first text element in the target text element, converting the first text element into a universal format;
and generating a corresponding official document from the target text based on the target text element converted into the standard format and the first text element converted into the universal format.
The implementation process of the functions and actions of each unit in the above device is specifically described in the implementation process of the corresponding step in the above method, and is not described herein again.
For the device embodiments, since they substantially correspond to the method embodiments, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiments for relevant points. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the scheme of the application. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions. A typical implementation device is a computer, which may take the form of a personal computer, laptop computer, cellular telephone, camera phone, smart phone, personal digital assistant, media player, navigation device, email messaging device, game console, tablet computer, wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the document generation method, the present specification also provides a document generation device, including: a processor and a memory for storing machine executable instructions. Wherein the processor and the memory are typically interconnected by means of an internal bus. In other possible implementations, the device may also include an external interface to enable communication with other devices or components.
In this embodiment, the processor is caused to:
receiving a document generation request initiated aiming at a target text;
extracting target text elements included in the target text;
determining a target official document template matched with the target text based on the target text elements;
determining a standard format corresponding to a template text element with the same type as the target text element in a target official document template aiming at each target text element;
and converting the target text element into the standard format, and generating a corresponding official document from the target text based on the target text element converted into the standard format.
Optionally, a mapping relationship between the official document template and the official document is preset, and when the target official document template matched with the target text is determined based on the target text element, the processor is caused to:
determining a target official document to which the target text belongs based on the target text element;
and determining the official document template corresponding to the target official document type as the target official document template based on the mapping relation.
Optionally, when determining the target official document to which the target text belongs based on the target text element, the processor is caused to:
determining a title of the target text from the target text elements;
and determining the target official document to which the target text belongs based on the title.
Optionally, when determining the target official document to which the target text belongs based on the target text element, the processor is caused to:
and determining the target official document type of the target text based on the element type of the target text element.
Optionally, when the target official document type corresponds to a plurality of official document templates, the processor is further caused to:
aiming at each official document template corresponding to the target official document type, determining the matching degree between template text elements included in the official document template and target text elements extracted from the target text;
and determining a target official document template matched with the target text based on the matching degree.
Optionally, when determining a matching degree between a template text element included in the official document template and a target text element extracted from the target text, the processor is caused to:
determining template text elements included in the official document template and text elements belonging to the same type in the target text elements;
and determining the matching degree based on the text elements of the same type.
Optionally, when determining the target official document template matched with the target text based on the matching degree, the processor is further caused to:
determining the priority of each official document template based on the matching degree;
displaying the candidate official document templates corresponding to the target official document according to the priority from high to low;
receiving a document generation request initiated aiming at any candidate document template;
and determining the candidate official document template aimed at by the official document generation request as a target official document template.
Optionally, after determining, for each official document template corresponding to the target official document type, a matching degree between a template text element included in the official document template and a target text element extracted from the target text, the processor is further caused to:
and when the matching degree of the target text element and the template text element is lower than a matching degree threshold value, determining that the template text element corresponding to the target text element is missing from the official document template.
Optionally, the processor is further caused to:
determining target position information of the target text element in the official document based on the position information of the template text element in the target official document template;
generating a corresponding official document for the target text based on the standard format comprises:
typesetting the target text elements converted into the standard format according to the target position information;
and taking the typesetting result as the official document corresponding to the target text.
Optionally, after determining, for each of the target text elements, a standard format corresponding to a template text element of the same type as the target text element in the target official document template, the processor is further caused to:
when a template text element of the same type as the first text element in the target text element is not included in the target official document template,
converting the first text element into a common format;
and generating a corresponding official document from the target text based on the target text element converted into the standard format and the first text element converted into the universal format.
In correspondence with an embodiment of the method of generating the aforementioned document, the present specification also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of:
receiving a document generation request initiated aiming at a target text;
extracting target text elements included in the target text;
determining a target official document template matched with the target text based on the target text elements;
determining a standard format corresponding to a template text element with the same type as the target text element in a target official document template aiming at each target text element;
and converting the target text element into the standard format, and generating a corresponding official document from the target text based on the target text element converted into the standard format.
Optionally, a mapping relationship between an official document template and an official document is preset, and the determining of the target official document template matched with the target text based on the target text element includes:
determining a target official document to which the target text belongs based on the target text element;
and determining the official document template corresponding to the target official document type as the target official document template based on the mapping relation.
Optionally, the determining, based on the target text element, a target official document to which the target text belongs includes:
determining a title of the target text from the target text elements;
and determining the target official document to which the target text belongs based on the title.
Optionally, the determining, based on the target text element, a target official document to which the target text belongs includes:
and determining the target official document type of the target text based on the element type of the target text element.
Optionally, when the target official document type corresponds to a plurality of official document templates, the method further includes:
aiming at each official document template corresponding to the target official document type, determining the matching degree between template text elements included in the official document template and target text elements extracted from the target text;
and determining a target official document template matched with the target text based on the matching degree.
Optionally, the determining a matching degree between a template text element included in the official document template and a target text element extracted from the target text includes:
determining template text elements included in the official document template and text elements belonging to the same type in the target text elements;
and determining the matching degree based on the text elements of the same type.
Optionally, the determining the target official document template matched with the target text based on the matching degree includes:
determining the priority of each official document template based on the matching degree;
displaying the candidate official document templates corresponding to the target official document according to the priority from high to low;
receiving a document generation request initiated aiming at any candidate document template;
and determining the candidate official document template aimed at by the official document generation request as a target official document template.
Optionally, after determining, for each official document template corresponding to the target official document type, a matching degree between a template text element included in the official document template and a target text element extracted from the target text, the method further includes:
and when the matching degree of the target text element and the template text element is lower than a matching degree threshold value, determining that the template text element corresponding to the target text element is missing from the official document template.
Optionally, the method further includes:
determining target position information of the target text element in the official document based on the position information of the template text element in the target official document template;
generating a corresponding official document for the target text based on the standard format comprises:
typesetting the target text elements converted into the standard format according to the target position information;
and taking the typesetting result as the official document corresponding to the target text.
Optionally, after determining, for each target text element, a standard format corresponding to a template text element in the target official document template, the standard format being the same as the type of the target text element, the method further includes:
when a template text element of the same type as the first text element in the target text element is not included in the target official document template,
converting the first text element into a common format;
and generating a corresponding official document from the target text based on the target text element converted into the standard format and the first text element converted into the universal format.

Computer-readable media suitable for storing computer program instructions and data include all forms of non-volatile memory, media and memory devices, including by way of example semiconductor memory devices (e.g., EPROM, EEPROM, and flash memory devices), magnetic disks (e.g., an internal hard disk or a removable disk), magneto-optical disks, and CD ROM and DVD-ROM disks. The processor and the memory can be supplemented by, or incorporated in, special purpose logic circuitry.
While this application contains many specific implementation details, these should not be construed as limiting the scope of any invention or of what is claimed, but rather as merely describing the features of particular embodiments of particular inventions. Certain features that are described in this specification in the context of separate embodiments can also be implemented in combination in a single embodiment. Claims (13)

1. A method for generating a document, the method comprising:
receiving a document generation request initiated aiming at a target text;
extracting target text elements included in the target text;
determining a target official document template matched with the target text based on the target text elements;
determining a standard format corresponding to a template text element with the same type as the target text element in a target official document template aiming at each target text element;
and converting the target text element into the standard format, and generating a corresponding official document from the target text based on the target text element converted into the standard format.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein a mapping relationship between an official document template and an official document is preset, and the determining a target official document template matched with the target text based on the target text element comprises:
determining a target official document to which the target text belongs based on the target text element;
and determining the official document template corresponding to the target official document type as the target official document template based on the mapping relation.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining a target official document to which the target text belongs based on the target text element comprises:
determining a title of the target text from the target text elements;
and determining the target official document to which the target text belongs based on the title.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the determining a target official document to which the target text belongs based on the target text element comprises:
and determining a target official document to which the target text belongs based on the element type of the target text element.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein when the target document type corresponds to a plurality of document templates, the method further comprises:
aiming at each official document template corresponding to the target official document type, determining the matching degree between template text elements included in the official document template and target text elements extracted from the target text;
and determining a target official document template matched with the target text based on the matching degree.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the determining the matching degree between the template text elements included in the official document template and the extracted target text elements in the target text comprises:
determining template text elements included in the official document template and text elements belonging to the same type in the target text elements;
and determining the matching degree based on the text elements of the same type.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the determining the target official document template matched with the target text based on the matching degree comprises:
determining the priority of each official document template based on the matching degree;
displaying the candidate official document templates corresponding to the target official document according to the priority from high to low;
receiving a document generation request initiated aiming at any candidate document template;
and determining the candidate official document template aimed at by the official document generation request as a target official document template.
8. The method according to claim 5, further comprising, after determining, for each official document template corresponding to the target official document type, a matching degree between a template text element included in the official document template and a target text element extracted from the target text:
and when the matching degree of the target text element and the template text element is lower than a matching degree threshold value, determining that the template text element corresponding to the target text element is missing from the official document template.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining target position information of the target text element in the official document based on the position information of the template text element in the target official document template;
the generating a corresponding official document from the target text based on the target text element converted into the standard format comprises:
typesetting the target text elements converted into the standard format according to the target position information;
and taking the typesetting result as the official document corresponding to the target text.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining, for each of the target text elements, a standard format corresponding to a template text element of the same type as the target text element in the target official document template, further comprising:
when the target official document template does not comprise a template text element with the same type as a first text element in the target text element, converting the first text element into a universal format;
and generating a corresponding official document from the target text based on the target text element converted into the standard format and the first text element converted into the universal format.
11. An apparatus for generating an official document, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving a document generation request initiated aiming at the target text;
an extracting unit configured to extract a target text element included in the target text;
the matching unit is used for determining a target official document template matched with the target text based on the target text element;
the determining unit is used for determining a standard format corresponding to a template text element with the same type as the target text element in the target official document template aiming at each target text element;
and the generating unit is used for converting the target text element into the standard format and generating a corresponding official document from the target text based on the target text element converted into the standard format.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
13. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method according to any of claims 1-10 are implemented when the program is executed by the processor.
