Abstract
The application relates to a management system of programmable controller configuration data, which comprises a alliance chain layer and an application layer; the alliance chain layer is used for storing configuration data; the application layer is used for providing management service of the configuration data; the alliance chain layer comprises an alliance chain node sublayer and a storage sublayer; the application layer comprises a field control network and a configuration data editing network; the alliance link point sub-layer is used for providing functions of consensus, ledger and intelligent contract execution; the storage sublayer comprises at least one edge configuration data storage device; the edge configuration data storage device is correspondingly connected with the field control network and is used for storing configuration data of the editable controller in the field control network and performing configuration data chain access of the editable controller in the field control network; the configuration data editing network is connected with the alliance link sub-layer and used for providing editing services for the configuration data. Therefore, the high availability, accuracy, safety and change traceability of the configuration data of the programmable controller are effectively guaranteed.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of industrial control, in particular to a management system for configuration data of a programmable controller.
Background
In the field of industrial control, a programmable controller is the brain of industrial control. When an application program on the programmable controller runs, some configuration data needs to be loaded from the outside, and in order to ensure the implementation of the industrial control process, the configuration data of the programmable controller needs to be stored and accessed in a certain uniform mode, so that the programmable controller can load specific configuration data according to application scenarios each time different application programs are loaded. Most configuration data is core technology of enterprises, and high availability, safety and change traceability of the configuration data are all of vital importance.
In the related art, the traditional management method for configuration data is to implement high availability of the configuration data by editing on site, or concentrating on a certain server for storage, or redundantly integrating the whole server cluster, but the accuracy of the configuration data and the traceability of changes are difficult to be guaranteed. Moreover, centralized storage also makes it difficult to avoid exposing the industrial control network to an office network with poor security, so that the security of the configuration data is difficult to be guaranteed.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a management system of programmable controller configuration data, which is used for solving the technical problem that the high availability, accuracy and safety of the programmable controller configuration data and the traceability of change are difficult to guarantee in the prior art.

Optionally, the federation chain link point sub-layer includes a first federation chain node and a second federation chain node in communication with each other;
the first federation link point is connected to the configuration data editing network;
the second alliance link point is connected with the edge configuration data storage device.
Optionally, the first federation link point is deployed with a configuration data uplink intelligent contract and a read configuration data intelligent contract.
Optionally, the second federation link node is deployed with a configuration data uplink intelligent contract and a configuration data reading intelligent contract.
Optionally, the application layer further includes a security audit network; the alliance link node sub-layer further comprises a third alliance link node;

Embodiments of the present application provide a management system for configuration data of a programmable controller, as shown in fig. 1, the management system for configuration data of a programmable controller may include a federation chain layer 101 and an application layer 102; the federation chain layer 101 is used for storing configuration data; the application layer 102 is used to provide management services for configuration data.
The federation link layer 101 may include a federation link node sublayer and a storage sublayer connected to each other; the application layer 102 may include a field control network and a configuration data editing network. The alliance link point sub-layer is used for providing functions of consensus, ledger and intelligent contract execution; the storage sublayer comprises at least one edge configuration data storage device; the edge configuration data storage device is correspondingly connected with the field control network and is used for storing the configuration data of the editable controller in the correspondingly connected field control network and performing configuration data chain access of the editable controller in the correspondingly connected field control network; the configuration data editing network is connected with the alliance link sub-layer and used for providing editing services for the configuration data.
In this embodiment, a management system for configuration data of the programmable controller is formed by using the federation link layer and the application layer, the configuration data is stored by using the federation link layer, and a management service for the configuration data is provided by using the application layer. The alliance link layer comprises an alliance link node sublayer and a storage sublayer, the alliance link node sublayer is used as a block link network and can provide functions of consensus, ledger and intelligent contract execution, an edge configuration data storage device is introduced into the storage sublayer, the edge configuration data storage device is correspondingly connected with a field control network and is used for storing configuration data of an editable controller in the correspondingly connected field control network and performing configuration data link access of the editable controller in the correspondingly connected field control network, a guarantee is provided for nearby access of a programmable controller, and the configuration data editing network is connected with the alliance link node sublayer and is used for providing editing service for the configuration data and ensuring writing and updating of data in the block link. In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the federation chain node sub-layer may include a first federation chain node and a second federation chain node in communication with each other. The first alliance link point is connected with a configuration data editing network; the second alliance link point is connected with an edge configuration data storage device.
In implementation, the first alliance link node is an alliance link node connected to an application program for editing configuration data in the blockchain network, and an intelligent contract for chaining the configuration data and reading the configuration data is deployed on the first alliance link node. The application program for editing the configuration data in the blockchain network is arranged in the configuration data editing network, and a user can change and update the configuration data in the blockchain network in an editing mode. For example, an industrial engineer may modify the recipe data stored in the blockchain network through an application program in the configuration data editing network, and record information of user operation so as to facilitate tracing of configuration data change.
The second federation chain node is a federation chain node to which each edge configuration data storage device is connected, on which intelligent contracts for chaining configuration data and reading configuration data are also deployed.
The number of the second alliance chain nodes can be kept consistent with the number of the edge configuration data storage devices, and therefore the guarantee is provided for near access. Similarly, the number of the field control networks may also be consistent with the number of the edge configuration data storage devices, and the number of the programmable controllers in the field control networks may also be set according to actual requirements, which is not limited herein. As shown in fig. 2, the number of the second federation chain nodes is two, which are respectively a second federation chain node 1 and a second federation chain node 2, and correspondingly, the second federation chain node 1 is connected to the edge configuration data storage device 1, the second federation chain node 2 is connected to the edge configuration data storage device 2, and the field control network connected to the edge configuration data storage device 2 has three programmable controllers, which are respectively a programmable controller 1, a programmable controller 2 and a programmable controller 3.
When the method is implemented, the edge configuration data storage device is connected with the field control network downwards, and the configuration data of the programmable controller in the network is stored, so that the space locality and the time locality of the configuration data can be provided, a user can acquire the configuration data through the programmable controller nearby in real time, and meanwhile, the space occupancy rate of the edge configuration data storage device is reduced. In practice, each field control network may use real-time industrial ethernet communications. The edge configuration data storage device is connected with the second alliance link node upwards and used for accessing the programmable controller configuration data link, reads the required configuration data through the second alliance link node, or updates the configuration data stored in the edge configuration data storage device after the configuration data in the block chain is updated.
In practical applications, the editing of the configuration data in the blockchain network may be performed locally on the programmable controller or at an application program in a dedicated configuration data editing network based on the configuration data chaining contract and the configuration data reading contract. During initial editing, the configuration data chaining contract can be used for chaining, when the stored data is edited, the configuration data reading contract can be used for reading the existing data, and after editing, the configuration data chaining contract is used for chaining.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2, the application layer may also include a security audit network; the federation link point sublayer may further include a third federation link node; and the safety audit network is connected with the third alliance link node and used for reading corresponding configuration data through the third alliance link node according to audit requirements and auditing.
When the method is implemented, the application program in the security audit network can read the configuration data through the third alliance link node to meet the audit requirement, and the configuration data cannot be changed. And the third alliance link node is deployed with a security audit configuration data intelligent contract, a complete change history record of certain configuration data can be established, and the change history record provides a highly credible evidence due to the non-tamper property of the block link.
In particular, the audit requirements may include periodic routine audit requirements and specific change audit requirements. The periodic routine audit requirements are in turn divided into audit requirements for configuration data changes and audit requirements for attached data referenced in the production plan. The audit for the configuration data change is the same as the audit for the attached data quoted in the production plan, and the configuration data is read, and the authorization of a changer is compared with the digital signature of the changer, so that the unauthorized audit of the change is ensured not to occur. The audit of the specific change is an audit of the history of the specific change which is traced after a problem occurs.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the application layer may further include a production management application network, and the federation chain node sub-layer may further include a fourth federation chain node; and the production management application network is connected with the fourth alliance link node and used for providing production plan information and writing the production plan information into the alliance link layer so as to realize production management service.
Wherein the production plan information carries identification information of the editable controller.
In specific implementation, the fourth alliance chain is deployed with a production plan intelligent contract. The production management application network provides production plan information, specifies configuration data to be used by a particular programmable controller, such as production processes and configuration data required by a particular production line to produce a particular product, and writes the production plan information into the blockchain.

the alliance link point sub-layer is used for providing functions of consensus, ledger and intelligent contract execution; the storage sublayer comprises at least one edge configuration data storage device; the edge configuration data storage device is correspondingly connected with the field control network and is used for storing configuration data of the editable controller in the correspondingly connected field control network and performing configuration data chain access of the editable controller in the correspondingly connected field control network; the configuration data editing network is connected with the alliance link sub-layer and used for providing editing service for the configuration data.
2. The system for managing programmable controller configuration data of claim 1, wherein the federation link point sub-layer includes a first federation link node and a second federation link node in communication with each other;
the first federation link point is connected to the configuration data editing network;
the second alliance link point is connected with the edge configuration data storage device.
3. The system for managing programmable controller configuration data according to claim 2, wherein the first federation link point is deployed with a configuration data chaining intelligence contract and a read configuration data intelligence contract.
4. The system for managing programmable controller configuration data according to claim 2, wherein the second federation link node is deployed with a configuration data chaining intelligence contract and a read configuration data intelligence contract.
5. The system for managing configuration data of a programmable controller of claim 2, wherein said application layer further comprises a security audit network; the alliance link node sub-layer further comprises a third alliance link node;
and the safety audit network is connected with the third alliance link node and used for reading corresponding configuration data through the third alliance link node according to audit requirements and auditing.
6. The system for managing programmable controller configuration data of claim 5 wherein said audit requirements include periodic routine audit requirements and specific change audit requirements.
7. The system for managing programmable controller configuration data of claim 5, wherein the third federation link node is deployed with a security audit configuration data intelligence contract.
8. The system for managing configuration data of a programmable controller according to claim 2, wherein the application layer further includes a production management application network, and the federation chain node sub-layer further includes a fourth federation chain node;
and the production management application network is connected with the fourth alliance chain node and is used for providing production plan information and writing the production plan information into the alliance chain layer so as to realize production management service.
