It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application may be practiced in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the terms "first," "second," and the like are generally used herein in a generic sense and do not limit the number of terms, e.g., the first term can be one or more than one. In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The pen and the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the present application are described in detail through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, a pen provided in an embodiment of the present application includes:
the pen comprises a pen body 100, wherein an opening end is formed at one end of the pen body 100, which is back to a pen point, a clamping groove 110 is formed in the inner side wall of the pen body 100, and the clamping groove 110 is close to the opening end;
the pen cap 200 is inserted into the pen body 100 along the opening end;
a first elastic member 230, wherein the first elastic member 230 is disposed in the cap 200;
when the pen cap 200 is inserted into the pen body 100, the first elastic member 230 is engaged with the engaging groove 110, and the pen cap 200 is connected to the pen body 100 through the first elastic member 230.
The stylus may be a touch pen or a capacitive pen, and the touch pen or the capacitive pen may be applied to various electronic devices with touch functions, for example, a tablet computer, a mobile phone, and the like. The pen is taken as a stylus pen as an example, and the structure of the pen provided by the embodiment of the application is further explained below.
The pen body 100 may be a hollow rod for a user to hold the stylus. The pen body 100 may include a pen tip to form a pen tip of the stylus upon which the stylus operates on a touch screen of an electronic device. The pen body 100 and the pen point may be integrally formed, or may be two separate components, and the pen body 100 and the pen point are fixedly connected. The cap 200 is connected to an end of the pen body 100 opposite to the pen point to close an opening end of the pen body 100, and meanwhile, the accommodating cavity is formed between the pen body 100 and the cap 200 in a surrounding manner to accommodate a circuit module in the pen.
The first elastic member 230 may be fixedly connected with the cap 200. A portion of the first elastic member 230 is located in the cap 200 to realize a fixed connection between the first elastic member 230 and the cap 200, and meanwhile, the first elastic member 230 may further include a portion located on an outer side wall of the cap 200, so that, when the cap 200 is inserted into the pen body 100, the portion of the first elastic member 230 located on the outer side wall of the cap 200 may be inserted into the slot 110, so that the cap 200 is clamped with the pen body 100 through the first elastic member 230.
It can be understood that the stylus in the embodiment of the present application may be a cylindrical stylus, a cylindrical stylus with a polygonal cross section, a stylus with a suction plane, or the like. The following takes the stylus as a stylus with a suction plane as an example, and the structure of the stylus in the embodiment of the present application is further explained. For example, in an embodiment of the present application, the outer sidewall of the pen body 100 is provided with a first plane 120 arranged along the length direction of the pen body 100, the outer sidewall of the pen cap 200 is provided with a second plane 240 arranged along the length direction of the pen cap 200, when the pen cap 200 is plugged into the pen body 100, the first plane 120 and the second plane 240 are located in the same plane, and the first plane 120 and the second plane 240 together form a suction plane of the stylus pen, that is, when the stylus pen is sucked with an electronic device, the first plane 120 and the second plane 240 are respectively stuck with the electronic device.
Specifically, when the stylus pen is assembled, the pen cap 200 is only required to be inserted into the open end of the pen body 100. Since the first elastic element 230 can be inserted into the slot 110 of the pen body 100 during the process of inserting the pen cap 200 into the pen body 100, the position between the pen cap 200 and the pen body 100 can be fixed; meanwhile, when the first elastic element 230 is inserted into the slot 110, the relative position between the pen cap 200 and the pen body 100 can be further adjusted to ensure that the first plane 120 and the second plane 240 are aligned.
It should be noted that, when a protective layer is sprayed on the surface of the stylus, for example, when the surface of the stylus is painted, if there is a certain included angle between the first plane 120 and the second plane 240 due to assembly errors between the pen body 100 and the pen cap 200, one of the edges of the pen cap 200 will usually protrude from the plane where the first plane 120 is located, so that in the process of attracting the stylus and the electronic device, one of the edges of the pen cap 200 is likely to directly collide with the electronic device, and since the stressed area of the edge is small, the protective layer at the collided edge is likely to fall off after multiple collisions. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first plane 120 is aligned with the second plane 240, so that the problem of the peeling-off of the protection layer on the surface of the stylus pen can be alleviated.
In this embodiment, the cap 200 is inserted into the pen body 100, and the cap 200 is fixed to the pen body 100 through the first elastic member 230 under the condition that the cap 200 is inserted into the pen body 100, so that in the assembling process, since the cap 200 and the pen body 100 do not need to rotate relatively, the problem of an included angle between the suction surface of the cap 200 and the suction surface of the pen body 100 can be avoided, and the problem of relative staggering between the suction surface of the cap and the suction surface of the pen body can also be avoided, which is beneficial to improving the smoothness of the suction surface of the stylus pen, thereby improving the assembling effect of the stylus pen. Therefore, the problems that the attraction effect between the touch pen and the electronic equipment is poor, the protective layer on the surface of the touch pen falls off and the like can be solved.
Optionally, the pen cap 200 comprises a first cap body 210 and a second cap body 220, wherein the second cap body 220 comprises a first section accommodated in the first cap body 210 and a second section extending out of the first cap body 210;
the first elastic member 230 is disposed between the first cap body 210 and the second cap body 220, and the first elastic member 230 includes a protrusion protruding from an outer sidewall of the second segment;
under the condition that the pen cap 200 is inserted into the pen body 100, the second segment is inserted into the pen body 100 along the opening end, and the protrusion is clamped in the clamping groove 110.
The first cap body 210 may be a hollow cap body with an opening at one end, the second cap body 220 may be a columnar cap body, the first cap body 210 is sleeved on the first section of the second cap body 220, the second section of the second cap body 220 is inserted into the pen body 100, and the end surface of the first cap body 210 is in contact with the end surface of the opening end, so that the compactness of the stylus pen structure can be improved.
A portion of the first elastic member 230 may be located between the first cap body 210 and the second cap body 220 to fix the first elastic member 230 and the pen cap 200, meanwhile, another portion of the first elastic member 230 may extend out of the first cap body 210, and a portion of the first elastic member 230 extending out of the first cap body 210 may include a protrusion protruding out of an outer sidewall of the second segment, so that the protrusion of the first elastic member 230 may be inserted into the slot 110 of the pen body 100 during the process of inserting the pen cap 200 into the pen body 100, thereby achieving the clamping connection between the first elastic member 230 and the pen body 100.
It is understood that the first cap 210 and the second cap 220 are fixedly connected to each other, for example, the first cap 210 and the second cap 220 may be bonded to each other. In addition, the first elastic member 230 may be fixedly connected to the cap 200 by using a connection method such as bonding.
In this embodiment, the first segment of the second cap 220 is embedded in the first cap 210, the second segment of the second cap 220 is embedded in the pen body 100, and a protrusion is formed on the surface of the second segment, so that the stability of the connection between the pen cap 200 and the pen body 100 can be improved, and the joint effect of the connection between the pen cap 200 and the pen body 100 can be improved.
Optionally, the protrusion includes a first protrusion 233 and a second protrusion 234, the first protrusion 233 is located at the first end 231 of the first elastic member 230, the second protrusion 234 is located at the second end 232 of the first elastic member 230, and the first protrusion 233 and the second protrusion 234 are located at two opposite sides of the second cap body 220;
the card slot 110 comprises a first card slot and a second card slot, and the first card slot and the second card slot are arranged oppositely;
when the pen cap 200 is inserted into the pen body 100, the first protruding portion 233 is connected to the first slot, and the second protruding portion 234 is connected to the second slot.
It is understood that the first and second protrusions 233 and 234 may be located at any two different positions on the outer sidewall of the second segment, for example, the first and second protrusions 233 and 234 may be spaced apart along the length of the second segment, or the first and second protrusions 233 and 234 may be spaced apart along the circumference of the second segment. In one embodiment of the present application, the first protruding portion 233 and the second protruding portion 234 are located at two opposite sides of the second cap body 220.
In this embodiment, the two ends of the first elastic member 230 are respectively formed with a protruding portion, so that the pen cap 200 can be respectively clamped with the pen body 100 through the two protruding portions, thereby being beneficial to further improving the stability of the connection between the pen cap 200 and the pen body 100. Meanwhile, the first protruding portion 233 and the second protruding portion 234 are disposed on two opposite sides of the second cap body 220, that is, the first protruding portion 233 and the second protruding portion 234 are symmetrically distributed about the axis of the second cap body 220, so that when the protruding portions are embedded into the clamping grooves 110, the clamping grooves 110 can respectively lock positions of the two opposite sides of the second cap body 220, thereby further improving the stability of the connection between the pen body 100 and the pen cap 200.
Optionally, the first elastic element 230 includes a first elastic arm, a connecting arm and a second elastic arm, the first elastic arm is opposite to the second elastic arm, and one end of the first elastic arm is connected to one end of the second elastic arm through the connecting arm;
wherein, along the direction of keeping away from the linking arm, the distance between first elastic arm and the second elastic arm increases gradually.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the first elastic member 230 is an arched elastic sheet, one end of the second cap body 220, which is back to the open end, is embedded in the first elastic member 230, and when the first cap body 210 is sleeved on the second cap body 220, the first elastic member 230 is limited between the first cap body 210 and the second cap body 220.
The above-mentioned gradual increase of the distance between the first elastic arm and the second elastic arm along the direction away from the connecting arm may mean that the distance between the first elastic arm and the second elastic arm gradually increases along the direction away from the connecting arm under the condition that the first elastic member 230 is in a free state, i.e. is not subjected to an external force. Referring to fig. 6, when the pen cap 200 is inserted into the pen body 100, the first elastic arm and the second elastic arm are parallel, and at this time, the first elastic arm and the second elastic arm are deformed inward, respectively, so that when the pen cap 200 is inserted into the pen body 100, the first elastic arm and the second elastic arm have a tendency to move outward, respectively, so that the first protruding portion 233 and the second protruding portion 234 are pressed into the corresponding grooves, thereby ensuring the stability of the connection between the pen cap 200 and the pen body 100.
Optionally, the first end 231 of the first elastic member 230 is folded back toward the second end 232 to form the first protruding portion 233, and the first end 231 of the first elastic member 230 abuts against the inner sidewall of the first cap body 210;
the second end 232 of the first elastic member 230 is folded back to the first end 231 to form the second protrusion 234, and the second end 232 of the first elastic member 230 abuts against the inner sidewall of the first cap body 210.
In this embodiment, the first end 231 of the first elastic member 230 is folded back in a direction away from the second end 232 to form the first protruding portion 233, and meanwhile, the first end 231 of the first elastic member 230 is abutted against the inner side wall of the first cap body 210, so that the first end 231 of the first elastic member 230 tends to deform toward a side away from the second end 232, that is, the first protruding portion 233 tends to deform toward a side away from the second end 232, so that the first protruding portion 233 can be inserted into the engaging groove 110 of the inner wall of the pen body 100 during the insertion of the pen cap 200 into the pen body 100. Accordingly, the second end 232 of the first elastic member 230 is folded back in a direction away from the first end 231, so as to form the second protruding portion 234, and meanwhile, the second end 232 of the first elastic member 230 abuts against the inner sidewall of the first cap body 210, so that the second end 232 of the first elastic member 230 tends to deform toward a side away from the first end 231, that is, the second protruding portion 234 tends to deform toward a side away from the first end 231, so that the second protruding portion 234 can be inserted into the slot 110 of the inner wall of the pen body 100 during the insertion of the pen cap 200 into the pen body 100.
Optionally, a first groove 250 matching with the first elastic member 230 in shape is formed in an outer side wall of the second cap body 220, and the first elastic member 230 is embedded in the first groove 250.
Referring to fig. 8, the first groove 250 may be a "U" shaped groove opened on the surface of the second cap body 220, and the first elastic member 230 is embedded in the "U" shaped groove. It can be understood that when the first elastic member 230 is embedded in the first groove 250, the first protruding portion 233 and the second protruding portion 234 of the first elastic member 230 protrude out of the first groove 250, and other positions of the first elastic member 230 are located in the first groove 250.
In this embodiment, the first groove 250 is formed on the surface of the second cap body 220, and the first elastic member 230 is embedded in the first groove 250, because the first cap body 210 can close part of the notch of the first groove 250, the groove wall of the first groove 250 and the first cap body 210 can jointly limit the first elastic member 230 in the first groove 250, so that the position of the first elastic member 230 can be further ensured to be relatively fixed.

In addition, since the first cap 210 is an insulating cap, relative insulation of the second cap 220 may be achieved.
Optionally, the pen further comprises a second elastic member 500 having conductive properties, wherein the second elastic member 500 is located between the second electrode and the second cap 220;

Optionally, the outer surface of the pen body 100 is provided with an insulating layer.
The insulating layer may be an insulating film sprayed on the surface of the pen body 100, for example, the surface of the pen body 100 is painted. In addition, the insulating layer may be an insulating oxide layer, for example, the pen body 100 may be subjected to an anodic oxidation process for insulation, so as to avoid the formation of the insulating oxide layer on the pen body 100.
In this embodiment, the insulating layer is disposed on the outer surface of the pen body 100, so that the problem of electric leakage of the stylus pen is avoided.
Optionally, the outer sidewall of the pen body 100 is provided with a first plane 120 arranged along the length direction of the pen body 100, the outer sidewall of the pen cap 200 is provided with a second plane 240 arranged along the length direction of the pen cap 200, and at least one of the pen body 100 and the pen cap 200 is provided with a magnetic member 270 therein.
When the cap 200 is inserted into the pen body 100, the first plane 120 is aligned with the second plane 240.
Specifically, when the pen cap 200 includes the first cap body 210 and the second cap body 220, the second plane 240 may be disposed on an outer side wall of the first cap body 210. In addition, a second groove 260 may be formed on the surface of the second cap 220, and the magnetic member 270 may be embedded in the second groove 260. Thus, the stylus can be attracted to the electronic device through the magnetic member 270. The magnetic member 270 may be a magnet with various shapes.
