Abstract
The invention discloses a bead-spitting firework paper cylinder and an inner paper head folding mechanism thereof. The inner paper head of the paper is clamped between two layers of paper through folding, and only the folded edges of the folding parts are exposed in the inner cavity of the paper cylinder body. The inner paper head folding mechanism can automatically complete the inner paper head folding of the bead-spitting firework paper cylinder, so that the production efficiency is high; is completely compatible with the rolling equipment of the existing bead-spitting firework paper tube.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a paper tube of a bead-spitting firework and manufacturing equipment thereof.
Background
The bead-spitting firework is a product with the effects of regularly emitting a plurality of color beads, color flowers, firecrackers and the like from the same cylinder body during setting off. The inner cavity of the paper tube (paper tube) of the bead-spitting firework bears the launching pressure and serves as a launching channel for the effect bright beads. The invention aims to provide a bead-spitting firework paper cylinder, which effectively reduces the occurrence of the condition that the side wall of the inner cavity of the cylinder is ignited.
The technical scheme is that the paper tube of the bead-spitting firework is formed by curling and gluing paper layer by layer, and an outer paper head of the paper is adhered to the outer wall of the tube.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a specific structure of the present invention is reflected. The paper tube of the bead-spitting firework is formed by curling and gluing paper 101 layer by layer to form a tube body, an outer paper head 105 of the paper 101 is adhered to the outer wall of the tube body, an inner paper head 104 of the paper 101 is folded, a folding part is clamped between an innermost layer 102 and a secondary inner layer 103 of the paper and is glued and fixed, and a folded edge 106 of the folding part is glued and fixed on the side wall of an inner cavity of the tube body of the paper tube.
By adopting the technical scheme, the inner paper head 104 of the paper 101 is clamped between two layers of paper through folding, and only the folded edges 106 of the folded parts are exposed in the inner cavity of the paper cylinder body, and as the folded edges 106 are fire-resistant and difficult to ignite compared with the inner paper head 104, the occurrence of the condition that the side wall of the inner cavity of the cylinder body is ignited can be effectively reduced.
In the prior art, the rolling of the bead-spitting firework paper cylinder is completed by known equipment, such as a rolling machine of the bead-spitting firework paper cylinder disclosed in Chinese patent publication No. CN 102679820B. The rolling of the beaded firework paper tube according to the present invention may be accomplished by the above-mentioned known devices, except that the inner paper head 104 of the paper is folded manually or mechanically before rolling.
Referring to fig. 4-8, a specific manufacturing device of the paper tube of the invention, namely, a rolling device of a bead-spitting firework paper tube provided with an inner paper head folding mechanism, is reflected. The paper head folding assembly comprises a driving pressing roller 213 and a driven pressing roller 212 which are correspondingly distributed up and down, and also comprises a wedge paper plate 215 which moves in a reciprocating manner; the wedge plate 215 is arranged on the guide rail 216, the tail of the wedge plate 215 is hinged with a connecting rod 218, the connecting rod 218 is hinged with a crank 217, and the crank 217 is connected with a driving motor, so that the wedge plate 215 is driven to perform linear reciprocating motion.
In other embodiments, the wedge plate may have a different configuration, as shown in FIG. 8: the paper wedge plate 301 is connected with a driving mechanism on the swing rod 302 to swing. A drive mechanism such as a cylinder, a motor and a corresponding transmission assembly.

The paper outlet sides of the driving press roller 213 and the driven press roller 212 are connected with a paper rubbing roll mechanism, the paper rubbing roll mechanism comprises a flat belt ring 220, the flat belt ring 220 is sleeved on a paper rubbing driving roller 209, a paper rubbing driven roller 221 and a paper rubbing tight roller 222, the driving press roller 213 and the paper rubbing driving roller 14 are connected with a driving component through a chain wheel and chain mechanism, and a part of the flat belt ring 220 stretches into a space between the paper rubbing driving roller 209 and the paper rubbing driven roller 212 to form a rotary part 223.
The driving press roller 212 and the driven press roller 213 send the folded paper 101 into the turning part 223 of the flat belt ring 220 of the paper rolling mechanism for rolling, the inner paper head 104 of the folded part is clamped between the innermost layer 102 and the secondary inner layer 103 of the paper for gluing and fixing in the rolling, and the folded edge 106 of the folded part is exposed in the inner cavity of the paper cylinder. And the paper cylinder sleeved on the paper winding drill rod 210 is pushed out by the finished backing cylinder mechanism 211, so that a finished product is obtained.

the paper positioning piece is positioned below the paper guide channel, a working gap is reserved between the paper guide channel and the paper positioning piece, and the paper positioning piece receives paper heads of paper in a vertical posture;
