Referring to fig. 6 and 10, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, both ends of the baffle 400 are provided with notches 430 for passing wires therethrough, and the inner wall of the outer case portion 310 is provided with clamps 440 for fixing the wires. In this embodiment, for the overall appearance of the wired device, the wires are generally inserted into the outer box portion 310 through the wire inlet at the bottom of the box 180, so that for better guiding the wires to the communication interface area 410, the wire clips 440 are disposed on the inner wall of the outer box portion 310, and the notches 430 for the wires to pass through are disposed at the two ends of the baffle 400.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the plurality of power connectors include a copper wiring bar, referring to fig. 11, the copper wiring bar includes a copper plate 450 and fasteners 460 disposed at two ends of the copper plate 450, the copper plate 450 is disposed through the wiring board 190 and fixedly connected to the back surface of the wiring board 190 through an L-shaped connecting sheet 470, and the back surface of the wiring board 190 is the surface of the wiring board 190 facing the back plate 210. Specifically, the wiring board 190 of the present invention is provided with a plurality of copper plate through holes, the copper plate through holes are slightly larger than the copper plate 450 so as to facilitate the copper plate 450 to pass through, two sides of each copper plate through hole are respectively provided with one L-shaped connecting piece 470 on the back of the wiring board 190, the L-shaped connecting pieces 470 on the two sides are symmetrically arranged, and the copper plate 450 passes through the copper plate 450 through the through holes and then is fixed with the copper plate 450 and the L-shaped connecting pieces 470 by using fasteners.
Referring to fig. 11, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a current transformer 480 is disposed on the copper plate 450 of the inner box portion 320, referring to fig. 12, the current transformer 480 includes a transformer body 490, a copper plate via hole is disposed in the middle of the transformer body 490, a suction cup fixing mechanism 500 is disposed on the transformer body 490 around the copper plate via hole, and the current transformer 480 is fixed on the copper plate 450 by the suction cup fixing mechanism 500. In this embodiment, the current transformer 480 in the present invention may be an open current transformer AKH-0.66, and a large current inside the container type energy storage power station may be converted into a small current through the current transformer 480, so as to improve the safety of subsequent measurement.
Referring to fig. 11, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a first vertical trunking 510 and a second vertical trunking 520 are respectively disposed on the left edge and the right edge of the patch panel 190, and a first horizontal trunking 530 and a second horizontal trunking 540 are respectively disposed on the patch panel 190 at the upper edge of the communication interface area 410 and on the patch panel 190 at the lower edge of the communication interface area 410, on the back of the patch panel 190. In this embodiment, the first horizontal wire slot 530 and the second horizontal wire slot 540 are used for leading wires from the first vertical wire slot 510 and the second vertical wire slot 520, the first vertical wire slot 510, the second vertical wire slot 520, the first horizontal wire slot 530 and the second horizontal wire slot 540 are mainly used for guiding wires to turn to the communication interface area 410 on the back of the wiring board 190, and the wire slots have substantially the same structure and include a slot body and a plurality of wire clamping ports arranged in an array manner on two sides of the slot body.
Referring to fig. 4, 5, 11 and 13, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, a plug 550 is disposed at the bottom of the back plate 210, and a socket 560 adapted to the plug 550 is disposed on the back plate 230 below the second window 290; the top of the back plate 210 is provided with a retractable buckle 570, and the back plate 230 above the second window 290 is provided with a buckle hole 580 adapted to the retractable buckle 570. In this embodiment, the back plate 210 is installed by first inserting the pins 550 at the bottom into the insertion holes 560, then pushing the top of the back plate 210 to make the retractable snaps 570 enter the snap holes 580, and unlocking the back plate by first pressing the retractable snaps 570 to disengage from the snap holes 580, and then removing the back plate from the insertion holes 560, for example, the retractable snaps 570 used in the present invention may be DK725-3B retractable snaps.
Referring to fig. 6 and 4, support plates 610 for elevating the inner case portion 320 and the outer case portion 310 are provided on the bottom plate 250 at both sides of the second wire inlet 600. In this embodiment, the inner box portion 320 and the outer box portion 310 are integrated, except that the wire inlet 300 is divided into two parts by the wiring board 190, wherein the first part (the second wire inlet 600) is used for the wires inside the container type energy storage power station to pass through into the inner box portion 320, the second part (the first wire inlet 590) is used for the wires of the external testing equipment to pass through into the outer box portion 310, and the support plate 610 arranged on the bottom plate 250 to lift the outer box portion 310 and the inner box portion 320 can facilitate the threading from the bottom.
Referring to fig. 15 and 16, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the louver 710 includes louvers 620 and an inner box 630 connected to the louvers 620, wherein the louvers 620 are provided with louvers 640, the inner box 630 is provided with a plurality of chevron-shaped water and noise reducing members 650 at intervals from top to bottom, and an inner opening of the inner box is configured such that hot air inside the generator set compartment 50 passes through the chevron-shaped water and noise reducing members 650 and is then exhausted from the louvers 640.
Referring to fig. 17, in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the muffler 110 includes a box-shaped housing 660, a sound-deadening plate 670, and a perforated plate 680; an air inlet 690 is formed in the bottom of the box-shaped shell 660, the air inlet 690 is communicated with an air outlet pipe of the diesel engine part 140, an air outlet is formed in the side wall of the box-shaped shell 660, and the air outlet is connected with a smoke outlet pipe 700 with a waterproof cover plate; the silencing plate 670 is provided with at least 2, the at least 2 silencing plates 670 are arranged in the box-shaped shell 660 at intervals, the silencing plate 670 above the air inlet is arranged in a default mode so that smoke can flow in, the air inlet 690 and the air outlet are communicated through a gap between the silencing plate 670 and the silencing plate 670, and the porous plate 680 is arranged on the inner wall of the box-shaped shell 660 in a surrounding mode.
In summary, the invention provides a container type energy storage power station, which comprises a container body, wherein the container body is divided into an electrical equipment cabin and a generator set cabin in the length direction; the left side wall and the right side wall of the generator set cabin are both provided with shutters, a diesel generator set is arranged in the generator set cabin and comprises a diesel generator and a cooling fan, the cooling fan is arranged close to the box door, and an air outlet is formed in the top of the cabin above the cooling fan; an air filter is connected to an air inlet pipe of a diesel engine part of the diesel generator set, a silencer is connected to an air outlet pipe, and the silencer is installed on the top of the generator set cabin; the electrical equipment cabin is internally provided with a battery cabinet and a control cabinet, and the left side wall or the right side wall of the electrical equipment cabin is provided with a junction box. The devices in the container type energy storage power station are reasonable in layout, high in integration level, high in internal space utilization rate and more convenient to maintain.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is to be understood that the present invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, and that various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one of ordinary skill in the pertinent art without departing from the scope or spirit of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A container type energy storage power station is characterized by comprising a container body, wherein a first double-opening door and a second double-opening door are respectively arranged at two ends of the container body, and the container body is divided into an electrical equipment cabin comprising the first double-opening door and a generator set cabin comprising the second double-opening door in the length direction;
the left side wall and the right side wall of the generator set cabin, which are close to the electrical equipment cabin, are provided with shutters, a diesel generator set is arranged in the generator set cabin, the diesel generator set comprises a diesel generator, an oil pump, an oil tank, a cooling fan, an air filter and a silencer, the diesel generator comprises a diesel engine part and a generator part, the cooling fan is used for cooling the diesel engine part, the cooling fan is arranged close to the second double-opening box door, and an air outlet is formed in the cabin top above the cooling fan;
the air filter is connected to an air inlet pipe of the diesel engine part, the silencer is connected to an air outlet pipe of the diesel engine part, the silencer is installed at the top of the generator set cabin, and two ends of the oil pump are respectively connected with an oil inlet of the diesel engine part and an oil taking port pipeline of the oil tank;
a battery cabinet and a control cabinet are arranged in the electrical equipment cabin, and a junction box is arranged on the left side wall or the right side wall of the electrical equipment cabin;
the junction box comprises a box body, a box cover, a wiring board and a back plate, wherein a first window is arranged on a front panel of the box body, a second window is arranged on a back panel of the box body, and a wire inlet is formed in a bottom plate of the box body; the top of the box cover is hinged with the top of the front panel, and the box cover is used for covering the first window; a plug pin is arranged at the bottom of the back plate, and a jack matched with the plug pin is arranged on the rear panel below the second window; a telescopic hasp is arranged at the top of the back plate, and a buckling hole matched with the telescopic hasp is formed in the back panel above the second window; the back plate is clamped into the second window and is detachably connected with the rear panel;
the wiring board is arranged in the box body; the wiring board is used for dividing the box body into an outer box part comprising the first window and an inner box part comprising the second window; the wiring board is provided with a plurality of communication interfaces and a plurality of power-taking connectors; the inner box portion faces the interior of the container; when the box cover is closed, the outer surface of the box cover is flush with the surface of the wall of the container body;
the wire inlet comprises a first wire inlet positioned on the outer box part and a second wire inlet positioned on the inner box part; the first wire inlet and the second wire inlet are separated by an oblique partition plate, and the oblique partition plate is used for enabling the first wire inlet to only allow the external wiring of the container to pass through;
the container type energy storage power station also comprises an air supporting rod for supporting the container cover when the container cover is opened; and two ends of the air stay bar are respectively hinged with the inner wall of the inner box part and the inner surface of the box cover.

The container type energy storage power station of claim 1 wherein the louvers comprise louvers and an inner box connected to the louvers, wherein the louvers are provided with louvers, a plurality of water and noise reducing members are arranged at intervals from top to bottom inside the inner box, and an inner opening of the inner box is arranged so that hot air inside the container body is discharged from the louvers after passing through the water and noise reducing members.

The container-type energy storage power station of claim 1 wherein the silencer comprises a box-like housing, a sound-absorbing panel and a perforated panel; the bottom of the box-shaped shell is provided with an air inlet which is communicated with an air outlet pipe of the diesel engine part, the side wall of the box-shaped shell is provided with an air outlet, and the air outlet is connected with a smoke outlet pipe with a waterproof cover plate; the acoustical panel is provided with 2 at least, 2 at least acoustical panel interval ground is located in the box-like shell, just the air inlet top the acoustical panel default setting so that the flue gas flows in, the air inlet with the gas outlet by the clearance intercommunication between acoustical panel and the acoustical panel, the perforated plate then encloses to be located on the inner wall of box-like shell.

The container type energy storage power station of claim 1 wherein a bracket having a shape of a Chinese character 'ji' is provided on the inner wall of the outer container section, and one end of the gas stay is hinged to the bracket having a shape of a Chinese character 'ji'; the inner surface of the box cover is provided with a hinged support, and the other end of the air supporting rod is hinged with the hinged support.

The container type energy storage power station of claim 4 wherein a baffle is provided on the face of the terminal plate, said baffle dividing the upper and lower portions of the terminal plate into a communication interface area and a power take test area, a plurality of said communication interfaces being centrally located in said communication interface area, a plurality of said power take connections being centrally located in said power take test area; the both ends of baffle all are provided with the breach that is used for the wire rod to pass, be provided with on the inner wall of outer container part and be used for fixing the fastener of wire rod.

The container type energy storage power station of claim 5 wherein the plurality of electricity taking connectors comprise a copper wiring bar, the copper wiring bar comprises a copper plate and fasteners arranged at two ends of the copper plate, the copper plate is arranged through the wiring board and is fixedly connected with the back of the wiring board through an L-shaped connecting sheet; the inner box part is provided with a current transformer on the copper plate, the current transformer comprises a transformer body, a copper via hole is formed in the middle of the transformer body, a sucker fixing mechanism is arranged on the transformer body around the copper via hole, and the current transformer is fixed on the copper plate through the sucker fixing mechanism.
7. The container-type energy storage power station of claim 6 wherein first and second vertical trunking are provided on the back of the patch panel on the left and right edges of the patch panel, respectively, and first and second horizontal trunking are provided on the patch panel on the upper edge of the telecommunications interface area and on the patch panel on the lower edge of the telecommunications interface area, respectively.
