s2, lifting the plugging head 2, the flange 7 and the water injection device as a whole to the top of the steel pipe pile 1 by using lifting equipment, so that the bottom of the plugging head 2 is matched with the top opening of the steel pipe pile 1;
the hoisting equipment is connected with the lifting lug 10 at the top of the blocking head 2 through a steel wire rope, so that the integral hoisting of a new device for water drawing the steel pipe pile under the condition of limited space is realized;
s3, fixedly connecting the flange 7 with the top side wall of the steel pipe pile 1 through a connecting mechanism;
s4, opening a water pump 11 and an exhaust valve 3, injecting water into a closed space formed by the plugging head 2 and the steel pipe pile 1, closing the exhaust valve 3 after all the gas in the closed space is exhausted, and continuously injecting water into the closed space through a water inlet pipe 4;
s5, continuously detecting the water pressure in the closed space by using a pressure gauge 5, stopping water injection and pulling out a new device for pulling out the steel pipe pile and the steel pipe pile 1 as a whole upwards by using hoisting equipment under the space-limited condition when the detection value reaches a set threshold value; specifically, when the acting force of the water pressure in the closed space on the inner top surface of the blocking head exceeds the resultant force of the side friction resistance and the gravity of the steel pipe pile, the detection value can be considered to reach the set threshold value;
s6, removing the extracted steel pipe pile section from the steel pipe pile 1, hoisting a new device for water extraction of the steel pipe pile and the extracted steel pipe pile section under the space-limited condition by using hoisting equipment to separate the bridge tail, and then removing the connecting mechanism to separate the new device for water extraction of the steel pipe pile from the extracted steel pipe pile section under the space-limited condition;
and S7, repeating the steps of S2-S6, and constructing the next section of the steel pipe pile 1 until all sections of the current steel pipe pile 1 are dismantled.
In another technical scheme, in the construction method of the new device for water drawing the steel pipe pile under the condition of space limitation, in the step S3, when a connecting flange is arranged at the top of the steel pipe pile 1, the connecting flange is positioned at the top opening of the steel pipe pile 1 and is matched and abutted with the flange 7, a gasket 8 is arranged between the connecting flange and the flange 7, and then the flange 7 is fixedly connected with the connecting flange through a plurality of bolts 9;
when the top of the steel pipe pile 1 is not provided with a connecting flange, a sleeve 12 is arranged on the inner side wall of the bottom of the plugging head 2, a plurality of pressing mechanisms 13 are arranged at the bottom of the flange 7, and then the pushing rod of the driving cylinder is vertically pushed downwards until the free end of the pressing rod is matched and pressed with the outer side wall of the steel pipe pile 1.
The same steel pipe pile 1 is dismantled in sections, and two conditions of being provided with a connecting flange and not provided with a connecting flange exist in different steel pipe pile sections, and corresponding two modes are also provided for the connecting mechanism, in the embodiment, the connecting flanges are all arranged on the sections of the steel pipe pile 1 above the riverbed, and the connecting flanges are not arranged on the sections of the steel pipe pile 1 below the riverbed, so that in the construction of the initial section (the steel pipe pile section provided with the connecting flange) of the steel pipe pile 1, as shown in fig. 1, the connecting flanges 7 on the blocking heads 2 and the connecting flanges on the steel pipe pile 1 can be directly connected by bolts 9, and gaskets 8 are used for waterproof sealing; in the construction of the subsequent section of the steel pipe pile 1 (the section of the steel pipe pile not provided with the connecting flange), as shown in fig. 2, a pressing mechanism 13 is required to be provided at the bottom of the flange 7 to press the steel pipe pile 1 from the outside, and a sleeve 12 is provided at the inner side of the plugging head 2 for waterproof sealing of the connection of the plugging head and the steel pipe pile at this time. In fig. 2, the plugging head is not lowered in place, and after the plugging head is completely lowered, the bottom end face (the plane where the flange is located) of the plugging head coincides with the top end face of the steel pipe pile, and the connection position of the plugging head and the steel pipe pile is just clamped at the connection position of the upper part and the lower part of the sleeve. The two modes of the connecting mechanism can be switched conveniently and rapidly, and the full-length continuous construction of the whole steel pipe pile is realized by combining the distribution situation of the connecting flanges on the steel pipe pile.
In another technical scheme, in the construction method of the new device for water drawing the steel pipe pile under the space limitation condition, in S4, the air tightness of the new device for water drawing the steel pipe pile under the space limitation condition is verified before formal water injection, and the method comprises the following steps: the water pump 11 is opened, the exhaust valve 3 is closed, a certain amount of water is injected into the closed space through the water inlet pipe 4, and whether the water pressure in the closed space is within a set range is detected through the pressure gauge 5. In addition, the joint of the plugging head 2 and the steel pipe pile 1 and whether leakage occurs at each joint of the water injection device can be observed when the air tightness is verified, the tightness of a closed space formed by the plugging head 2 and the steel pipe pile 1 is ensured, and the water injection pressurizing effect is improved.

1. A novel device for water drawing a steel pipe pile under a space limited condition, which is characterized by comprising:
the sealing head is of a hollow structure with an opening at the bottom, is arranged at the top of the steel pipe pile and is matched with the opening at the top of the steel pipe pile to seal the opening at the top of the steel pipe pile, and a water inlet and an air outlet which are communicated with the outside are arranged at intervals at the top of the sealing head;
a flange fixed to the bottom outer side wall of the stopper in the circumferential direction thereof;
the connecting mechanism is arranged between the blocking head and the steel pipe pile, and the flange is detachably connected with the outer side wall of the top of the steel pipe pile through the connecting mechanism;
the water injection device is arranged on the outer side of the top of the plugging head and comprises a water inlet pipe, one end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with the inside of the plugging head through the water inlet, and the other end of the water inlet pipe is communicated with an external water source through a water pump; an exhaust valve which communicates with the inside of the plugging head through the exhaust port; a pressure gauge arranged to detect the internal water pressure of the occlusion head;
when a connecting flange is arranged at the top of the steel pipe pile, the flange is abutted with the connecting flange, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the flange and correspond to a plurality of connecting holes in the connecting flange one by one; the connecting mechanism comprises a gasket which is arranged between the contact surfaces of the flange and the connecting flange; the bolts are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the flange and correspond to the perforations one by one, and any bolt is fixedly connected with the corresponding perforation, the corresponding connecting hole and the gasket;
when the top of the steel pipe pile is not provided with a connecting flange, the connecting mechanism comprises a plurality of pressing mechanisms which are fixed at the bottom of the steel pipe pile at intervals along the circumferential direction of the flange, and any pressing mechanism comprises an air cylinder which is fixed on the bottom surface of the flange and is vertically and downwards arranged on the push rod; the first hinge seat is positioned on the inner side of the push rod and is fixed on the cylinder; one end of the compression rod is hinged with the pushing end of the air cylinder, and a second hinging seat is arranged on the compression rod; one end of the hinge rod is hinged with the first hinge seat, and the other end of the hinge rod is hinged with the second hinge seat; the upper part of the sleeve is sleeved on the inner side wall of the bottom of the blocking head and is fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the bottom of the blocking head, the lower part of the sleeve vertically extends downwards and is matched and sleeved with the inner side wall of the top of the steel pipe pile, a groove is formed in the contact surface of the sleeve, which is connected with the blocking head and the steel pipe pile, and a water swelling strip is matched and arranged in the groove; when the ejector rod of the air cylinder moves downwards for a certain distance, the free end of the pressing rod rotates to be abutted with the outer side wall of the steel pipe pile and pressed.

The new device for water drawing the steel pipe pile under the space limitation condition according to claim 1, wherein the plugging head comprises a round table which is of a hollow structure with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part, and the bottom opening diameter of the plugging head is equal to the top opening diameter of the steel pipe pile; the sealing plate is arranged at the top of the round table and seals the top opening of the round table; and the lifting lug is arranged in the middle of the top surface of the sealing plate.

The new device for water drawing steel pipe piles under the space-limited condition according to claim 2, wherein the plugging head further comprises a stiffening plate, the stiffening plate comprises a plurality of vertical plates, the top of the sealing plate is staggered to form a groined structure, and the lifting lug is fixed between and fixedly connected with two vertical plates adjacent to the middle part.

The new apparatus for extracting steel pipe pile under space limitation condition as defined in claim 1, further comprising a plurality of reinforcing ribs arranged at intervals along the circumference of said flange, any reinforcing rib fixedly connecting the top surface of said flange with the outer side wall of said plugging head.
5. The construction method of the novel device for water drawing the steel pipe pile under the condition of space limitation is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, dismantling a steel pipe pile upper structure, enabling a connecting flange arranged on the outer side wall of the steel pipe pile to be positioned at the top opening of the steel pipe pile, and assembling a blocking head, the flange and a water injection device;
s2, using lifting equipment to lift the plugging head, the flange and the water injection device as a whole to the top of the steel pipe pile, so that the bottom of the plugging head is matched with the top opening of the steel pipe pile;
s3, fixedly connecting the flange with the top side wall of the steel pipe pile through a connecting mechanism;
s4, opening a water pump and an exhaust valve, injecting water into a closed space formed by the plugging head and the steel pipe pile, closing the exhaust valve after all the gas in the closed space is exhausted, and continuously injecting water into the closed space through a water inlet pipe;
s5, continuously detecting the water pressure in the closed space by using a pressure gauge, stopping water injection and pulling out a new device for pulling out the steel pipe pile and the steel pipe pile as a whole upwards by using hoisting equipment under the space-limited condition when the detection value reaches a set threshold value;
s6, removing the extracted steel pipe pile section from the steel pipe pile, hoisting a new device for water extraction of the steel pipe pile under the space-limited condition and the extracted steel pipe pile section away from the bridge tail by using hoisting equipment, and removing the connecting mechanism to separate the new device for water extraction of the steel pipe pile under the space-limited condition from the extracted steel pipe pile section;
and S7, repeating the steps of S2-S6, and constructing the next section of the steel pipe pile until all sections of the current steel pipe pile are removed.

The construction method of the new device for water drawing the steel pipe pile under the space-limited condition according to claim 5, wherein in the step S3, when the top of the steel pipe pile is provided with the connecting flange, the connecting flange is positioned at the top opening of the steel pipe pile and is matched and abutted with the flange, a gasket is arranged between the connecting flange and the flange, and then the flange and the connecting flange are fixedly connected through a plurality of bolts;
when the top of the steel pipe pile is not provided with a connecting flange, a sleeve is arranged on the inner side wall of the bottom of the blocking head, a plurality of pressing mechanisms are arranged at the bottom of the flange, and then the push rod of the driving cylinder is vertically pushed downwards until the free end of the pressing rod is matched and pressed with the outer side wall of the steel pipe pile.
