If the initial loading pressure and the final stable pressure change is large and the leakage still occurs, continuously boosting to the initial pressure test point of 0.5MPa, continuously waiting for plugging for 5-10min until the initial loading pressure and the final stable pressure change is small or the leakage does not occur any more or the leakage occurs but basically tends to the stable leakage rate, gradually and slowly boosting to 0.7MPa or higher, continuously bearing pressure, increasing the pressure point every time, and completing the experiment until the pressure bearing reaches the required highest bearing pressure, and recording important parameters such as the leakage amount and the pressure bearing time under different pressures. The experimental data are shown in table 1 below:

The above table shows that the plugging agent prepared by the invention can be used for plugging 3-5mm wedge-shaped seams, and the highest pressure bearing capacity is 14.98 MPa.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that a bag-type plugging agent and a method for preparing the same according to the present invention, including any combination of the above-mentioned contents of the present specification and the parts shown in the detailed description, is not described in detail and in the embodiments constituting these combinations for the sake of brevity. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (7)
1. A bag-type plugging agent is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of compressible deformable elastic blocking agent, 5-8 parts of mica sheet, 15-22 parts of mineral fiber, 3-8 parts of cottonseed, 15-25 parts of plant fiber, 15-25 parts of inorganic blocking agent and 20-30 parts of bridging agent.
2. The bag-type plugging agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the elastic plugging agent comprises 22-35 parts of natural rubber, 2-3 parts of biopolymer and 2-3 parts of calcium carbonate.
3. The bag-type plugging agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the average density of the inorganic plugging agent is 2.4-3.0g/cm3The average particle size is 0.5-5 mm.
4. The bag-type plugging agent as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the inorganic plugging agent is as follows: uniformly mixing mica sheets, expandable vermiculite and shell fragments according to the mass ratio of 1:1 (1-3), and crushing and screening to obtain the inorganic plugging agent.
5. A preparation method of a bag-type plugging agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) 22-35 parts of natural rubber, 2-3 parts of biopolymer and 2-3 parts of calcium carbonate. Adding the mixture into a mixer and fully mixing to obtain the compressible and deformable elastic plugging agent;
(2) uniformly mixing mica sheets, expandable vermiculite and shell fragments according to the mass ratio of 1:1 (1-3), and crushing and screening to obtain an inorganic plugging agent;
(3) 5-8 parts of mica sheet, 15-22 parts of mineral fiber, 3-8 parts of cottonseed and 15-25 parts of vegetable fiber are crushed into particles with the particle size of less than 10 meshes;
(4) and (3) adding the crushed material obtained in the step (3), 5-10 parts of the compressible deformable elastic plugging agent, 15-25 parts of the inorganic plugging agent and 20-30 parts of the bridging agent obtained in the steps (1) and (2) into a mixer for fully mixing to obtain the plugging agent.
6. The method for preparing a bag-type plugging agent according to claim 5, wherein the particle size distribution of the plugging agent is D50-33 μm.
7. The use method of the bag-type plugging agent as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the use method comprises the following steps in sequence:
(1) adding water into a bag of plugging agent in a sealing bag to prepare plugging slurry, stirring, and pouring the plugging slurry into a plugging instrument;
(2) installing the upper part of the leak stoppage instrument and the stirrer in place and locking by using a hoisting device, connecting a pressure sensor and a temperature sensor, pressurizing and releasing pressure, and stirring by using a stirrer water cooling pipeline;
(3) setting the temperature of a shaft and starting heating;
(4) stopping stirring, and pressurizing step by step to perform plugging operation.
