In the step 3), the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by crosslinking a composition comprising: an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl functional groups per molecule, a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least three hydrosilation functional groups per molecule, a silicone resin having hydroxyl groups, and a platinum-based hydrosilylation catalyst, wherein the molar ratio of hydrosilation to alkenyl groups is greater than 1.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

In the step 3), the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by crosslinking a composition comprising: an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl functional groups per molecule, a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least three hydrosilation functional groups per molecule, a silicone resin having hydroxyl groups, and a platinum-based hydrosilylation catalyst, wherein the molar ratio of hydrosilation to alkenyl groups is greater than 1.
Because the medical double-sided tape comprises the protective film layer 1, the organic silicon gel layer 2, the substrate layer 3, the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 and the release film layer 5, the medical double-sided tape is convenient to carry, when in use, the organic silicon gel layer 2 is used for bonding skin by tearing off the protective film layer 1, and after the release film layer 5 is torn off on the other side, the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 4 is used for bonding an organic silicon elastomer on a medical instrument, so that the medical instrument can be conveniently used, and the medical double-sided tape has no stimulation and harm to the skin, and can be well applied to an ostomy bag of an ostomy care device.

2. The medical double-sided tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the substrate layer is a polyurethane film or a polyimide film or a polypropylene film or a polyester film.
3. The medical double-sided tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the release film layer is a polyester film subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment, a polyimide film subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment, or other high-temperature-resistant plastic films or release papers subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment.
4. The medical double-sided tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the protective film layer is a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film.
5. The medical double-sided tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the organic silicon gel layer is 80-3000 um; the thickness of organosilicon pressure sensitive adhesive layer is 5um-600 um.
6. The medical double-sided tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the protective film layer is replaced by a release film layer.
7. The method for manufacturing a double-sided adhesive tape for medical use according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by comprising the steps of:
1) providing a substrate layer made of a polyurethane film or a polyimide film or a polypropylene film or a polyester film; the release film is made of a polyester film subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment, a polyimide film subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment, and other high-temperature-resistant plastic films or release papers subjected to organic fluorine-silicon surface treatment; a protective film made of a polyethylene film or a polypropylene film;
2) coating organic silicon gel on one side of the base material layer to form an organic silicon gel layer and cover the protective film;
3) and coating the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive on the release film to form an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and sticking the organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the other side of the substrate layer.
8. The method of manufacturing a double-sided adhesive tape for medical use according to claim 7, wherein in the step 2), the coated silicone gel is an addition type vulcanized silicone gel which is uniformly coated on the substrate film layer, coated to a thickness of 80 to 3000um, and naturally cured or heat cured to form a silicone gel layer.
9. The method of manufacturing double-sided adhesive tape for medical use according to claim 7, wherein in the step 2), the silicone gel is prepared by crosslinking a composition comprising: an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl functional groups per molecule, a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least three hydrosilation functional groups per molecule, and a platinum-based hydrosilylation catalyst, wherein the molar ratio of hydrosilation to alkenyl groups is greater than 1.

The method of manufacturing a double-sided adhesive tape for medical use according to claim 7, wherein in the step 3), the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated on the release film to a thickness of 5um to 600um, and dried at a temperature of 60 to 200 ℃ for 60 seconds to 50 minutes to form the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
11. The method of manufacturing a double-sided adhesive tape for medical use according to claim 10, wherein in the step 3), the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive is prepared by crosslinking a composition comprising: an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl functional groups per molecule, a polyorganohydrogensiloxane having at least three hydrosilation functional groups per molecule, a silicone resin having hydroxyl groups, and a platinum-based hydrosilylation catalyst, wherein the molar ratio of hydrosilation to alkenyl groups is greater than 1.
12. The method of manufacturing a double-sided adhesive medical tape according to claim 7, wherein the protective film layer is replaced with a release film layer.
