In the present embodiment, the thread tension mechanism 4 includes: a fixed frame 41, a sliding frame 42, a first roller shaft 43, a second roller shaft 44, a connecting rod 45 and a connecting rod spring 46; the fixing frame 41 is fixed on the outer frame 13, and a first end of the fixing frame 41 is provided with a connecting rod sliding slot 411, and a second end is fixedly provided with a shaft lever 412; one end of the connecting rod 45 is fixedly connected with the first end of the sliding frame 42, and the other end is slidably arranged in the connecting rod sliding groove 411; the other end of the connecting rod 45 is provided with a limiting plate 451 which limits the connecting rod to slide out of the connecting rod chute 411; two ends of the connecting rod spring 46 are respectively connected with the limiting plate 451 and the groove wall of the connecting rod chute 411; a clamping rod 421 is arranged at the second end of the sliding frame 42; the clamping bar 421 can be slidably clamped on the shaft 412; the first roller 43 is rotatably disposed on the fixing frame 41; the second roller shaft 44 is rotatably disposed on the carriage 42 and is parallel to the first roller shaft 43.
By arranging the wire clamping mechanism 4 consisting of the fixed frame 41, the sliding frame 42, the first roller shaft 43, the second roller shaft 44, the connecting rod 45 and the connecting rod spring 46, the sliding frame 42 can be pulled, so that the connecting rod 45 slides along the connecting rod sliding groove 411, and the distance between the first roller shaft 43 and the second roller shaft 44 is adjusted to allow a cable to pass through; the carriage 42 can be returned by the connecting rod spring 46, so that the second roller 44 is clamped to the first roller 43.
Wherein, the carriage 42 outside can be provided with the handle, is convenient for the staff to pull.
Further, a jet pump 5 is also included; the air pump 5 is disposed on the outer frame 13, and the air outlet 51 faces the wire clamping mechanism 4.
Specifically, the air jet pump 5 can blow off dust on the surface of the cable and clean adhesion.
Further, the underframe also comprises two bearing roller shafts 15; the two receiving roll shafts 15 are rotatably arranged on the bottom plate 11 and are positioned below the cavity 211 and used for receiving the cable drum 3; the two receiving roller shafts 15 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axial direction of the outer bar 241.
Specifically, the receiving roller shaft 15 is used to receive the cable drum 3, and avoids overloading the outer rod 241. At the same time, the two carrying roller shafts 15 are axially symmetrical with respect to the outer rod 241, i.e. symmetrical with respect to the center of the cable drum 3, which facilitates a more stable carrying of the cable drum 3.
Further, the chassis 1 further includes a step plate 14 and a return spring (not shown); the step plate 14 is rotatably disposed on the bottom plate 11 and located at an inlet side of the cavity 211; two ends of the return spring are respectively connected with the step plate 14 and the bottom plate 11, and the return spring is used for providing a return force for the step plate 14 to rotate to the horizontal.
Specifically, when the cable drum is used, the step plate 14 can be pressed down by means of foot pedal or the like, so that a worker can roll the cable drum 3 onto the bottom plate 11 conveniently, then the pressure on the step plate 14 is relieved, and the step plate 14 can be automatically reset to be parallel to the bottom plate 11.

Claims (10)

1. A cable handling vehicle, comprising: a chassis and a drive mechanism;
the underframe comprises a bottom plate and a guide rod;
the guide rod is vertically arranged on the bottom plate;
the drive mechanism includes: the lifting plate, the motor driver and the expansion fixing push rod are arranged on the lifting plate;
the lifting plate is slidably arranged on the guide rod, and a cavity for placing a cable disc is formed in the lifting plate;
the lifting plate is provided with a motor frame plate and a vertical plate on two sides of the cavity respectively;
the motor is arranged on the motor frame plate;
the motor driver includes: clamping a plate;
the clamping plate is fixed on an output shaft of the motor;
the vertical plate is provided with a sliding hole;
the expansion fixing push rod includes: the supporting device comprises an outer rod, an inner rod, two threaded shaft sleeves and a plurality of supporting blocks;
the outer rod is slidably arranged in the sliding hole, and the sliding direction of the outer rod is axially overlapped with the output shaft of the motor;
the outer rod is provided with a through cavity penetrating along the radial direction;
the inner rod is rotatably arranged in the outer rod, and a rod section of the inner rod, which corresponds to the through cavity, is a double-thread section;
the two threaded shaft sleeves are respectively in threaded sleeve joint with two ends of the double-thread section;
the supporting blocks are circumferentially distributed on the periphery of the double-thread section, and two ends of the supporting blocks are connected with the two thread shaft sleeves through rotating rods respectively;
the outer rod is used for penetrating through a through hole in the middle of the cable drum on the cavity to enable the cable drum to be clamped with the clamping plate after being erected.
2. The cable cart of claim 1, wherein an end of said outer bar facing said card is provided with a detent;
the clamping plate is provided with a clamping groove matched with the clamping block.
3. The cable handler of claim 2, wherein the motor drive further comprises: a wedge shaft lever and a wedge spring;
the clamping plate is provided with a wedge block sliding groove which penetrates through and intersects with the clamping groove;
the first end of the wedge block shaft lever can extend into the wedge block sliding groove in a sliding mode, and the first end of the wedge block shaft lever is an oblique cutting surface facing the notch of the clamping groove;
the second end of the wedge block shaft lever extends out of the clamping plate;
one end of the wedge spring is connected with the first end of the wedge shaft lever, and the other end of the wedge spring is connected with the groove wall of the wedge sliding groove;
and the clamping block is provided with a clamping hole for clamping the first end of the wedge block shaft lever.
4. The cable cart of claim 3, wherein the second end of the wedge shaft is provided with a pull ring.
5. The cable cart of claim 1, wherein said drive mechanism further comprises: a screw and a screw motor;
the lifting plate is provided with a screw hole;
the screw rod is vertically arranged on the bottom plate and is in threaded connection with the screw hole;
the screw motor is arranged on the bottom plate, is in transmission connection with the screw and is used for driving the screw to rotate.
6. The cable cart of claim 1, further comprising: a wire clamping mechanism;
the chassis further includes: an outer frame;
the outer frame is arranged on the inlet side of the cavity;
the wire clamping mechanism is arranged on the outer frame and used for clamping a cable.
7. The cable cart of claim 6, wherein said cable clamping mechanism comprises: the device comprises a fixed frame, a sliding frame, a first roller shaft, a second roller shaft, a connecting rod and a connecting rod spring;
the fixing frame is fixed on the outer frame, a connecting rod sliding groove is formed in the first end of the fixing frame, and a shaft lever is fixedly arranged at the second end of the fixing frame;
one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the first end of the sliding frame, and the other end of the connecting rod is arranged in the connecting rod sliding groove in a sliding manner;
the other end of the connecting rod is provided with a limiting plate for limiting the connecting rod to slide out of the connecting rod sliding groove;
the two ends of the connecting rod spring are respectively connected with the limiting plate and the groove wall of the connecting rod chute;
a clamping rod is arranged at the second end of the sliding frame;
the clamping rod can be clamped on the shaft rod in a sliding mode;
the first roll shaft is rotatably arranged on the fixed frame;
the second roll shaft is rotatably arranged on the sliding frame and is parallel to the first roll shaft.
8. The cable cart of claim 7, further comprising an air jet pump;
the jet pump is arranged on the outer frame, and the air outlet faces the wire clamping mechanism.
9. The cable cart of claim 1 wherein said chassis further comprises two take up rollers;
the two receiving roll shafts are rotatably arranged on the bottom plate and are positioned below the cavity for receiving a cable reel;
the two receiving roll shafts are arranged in axial symmetry relative to the outer rod.
10. The cable cart of claim 1, wherein said chassis further comprises a step plate and a return spring;
the step plate is rotatably arranged on the bottom plate and is positioned on the inlet side of the cavity;
the two ends of the reset spring are respectively connected with the step plate and the bottom plate and used for providing reset force for the step plate to rotate to the horizontal position.
