Abstract
The invention provides a quick-dismounting type groove-shaped carrier roller group and a belt conveyor. The quick-dismounting type groove-shaped carrier roller group comprises a supporting beam, two side roller frames, a middle roller frame and three rollers; the three rollers are respectively arranged on the two side roller frames and the middle roller frame to form two side roller units and a middle roller unit; the two edge roller units and one middle roller unit are installed on the supporting beam to be spliced into a groove-shaped carrier roller structure, wherein the middle roller unit and at least one edge roller unit are not in the same vertical plane. The quick-dismounting type groove-shaped carrier roller group is simple in structure and convenient to mount and dismount, can quickly replace damaged and failed carrier rollers in time, guarantees continuous and stable operation of a conveyor, and is worthy of popularization.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of conveying machinery, in particular to a quick-dismounting type groove-shaped carrier roller group and a belt conveyor.
Background
The belt conveyor is the most important bulk material conveying, loading and unloading equipment and is widely applied to various industries such as mines, metallurgy, building materials, chemical engineering, electric power and the like. The carrier roller is the most important part of belt conveyor quantity, and is the vulnerable part of disposable maintenance, and the wearing and tearing can only be changed after the damage. The common carrier roller of the belt conveyor is in the form of a groove-shaped carrier roller, so that the conveying belt is in a groove shape, the conveying capacity is increased, and materials are prevented from spilling and leaking to two sides.
Most of the daily maintenance of the belt conveyor is to replace damaged carrier rollers. However, for grooved idlers, idler replacement of the load-carrying section generally requires 3-4 persons to raise the belt by means of a crowbar or a sling, and then to bend over by other workers to get the idler down between the upper and lower belts. In addition, when the carrier roller of the part, such as the guide chute, arranged on the upper part of the adhesive tape is replaced, the guide chute needs to be detached firstly, then the carrier roller is replaced according to the normal bearing section, and the guide chute needs to be installed again after the replacement is finished. Because of the influence of the tension of the adhesive tape, the dead weight of the adhesive tape and the upper part of the adhesive tape when the carrier roller is replaced, the labor intensity of the carrier roller replacement work is high, the work efficiency is low, and the personnel injury is easily caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a quick-dismounting type groove-shaped carrier roller group and a belt conveyor, so that when the carrier roller of the belt conveyor needs to be replaced, a rubber belt can be lifted without tools such as a crowbar or a hanging belt, parts such as a guide chute and the like arranged on the upper part of the rubber belt do not need to be dismounted, and the damaged carrier roller can be conveniently and quickly replaced only by utilizing the self-structure characteristics of the quick-dismounting type groove-shaped carrier roller group.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a quick-dismounting type groove-shaped carrier roller group comprises a supporting beam, two edge roller frames, a middle roller frame and three rollers;
the three rollers are respectively arranged on the two side roller frames and the middle roller frame to form two side roller units and a middle roller unit;
the two side roller units and the middle roller unit are arranged on the supporting beam and assembled into a groove-shaped carrier roller structure, wherein the middle roller unit and the side roller unit are not in the same vertical plane.
Further, the two edge roller units are positioned in the same vertical plane.
Furthermore, the supporting beam is a channel steel, the two side roller units are located right above the supporting beam, and the middle roller unit is located on the side of the supporting beam.
Further, the middle roller unit and the side roller unit are sequentially arranged along the running direction of the adhesive tape.
Furthermore, the two side roller units and the one middle roller unit are mounted on the supporting cross beam through bolts.
Furthermore, a mounting bottom plate is connected to the supporting beam and is used for being connected with the conveyor main body.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the invention provides a groove-shaped carrier roller group, which comprises a supporting beam, an edge roller frame, a middle roller frame and rollers. The three rollers are respectively arranged on the respective roller frames to form three independent roller units, and then the roller units are assembled on the supporting cross beam through bolts to form the groove-shaped carrier roller group required by the belt conveyor. Two side roller units are arranged right above the supporting cross beam and can be pulled out from two sides of the belt conveyor, the middle roller unit is arranged on the side surface of the supporting cross beam and can be pulled out by loosening the fastening bolt without lifting the adhesive tape. The quick-dismounting type groove-shaped carrier roller group is simple in structure and convenient to mount and dismount, can quickly replace damaged and ineffective carrier rollers in time, guarantees continuous and stable operation of a conveyor, and is worthy of popularization.

The invention aims to solve the difficulty of disassembling and assembling the carrier roller in the technical background.
Thereby realizing that the carrier roller is replaced without lifting the adhesive tape.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the quick-assembly and disassembly type groove carrier roller group provided by the invention comprises a supporting beam 1, two side roller frames 2, a middle roller frame 3 and three rollers 4, wherein the three rollers 4 are respectively installed on the two side roller frames 2 and the middle roller frame 3 to form three independent roller units, namely two side roller units a and a middle roller unit B, and the two side roller units a and the middle roller unit B are installed on the supporting beam 1 to be assembled into a groove-shaped carrier roller structure.
In the using process, the two side roller units A are positioned on two sides, so that the side roller units A can be conveniently drawn out from two sides of the belt conveyor, and in order to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of the middle roller unit B, the middle roller unit B is arranged not in the same vertical plane with at least one side roller unit A, so that the disassembly and assembly of the middle roller unit B cannot be influenced by the side roller units A. Thus, the present invention achieves the object of quickly replacing the rollers 4 by a method of disassembling and assembling the roller units. In order to facilitate disassembly and assembly, the two side roller units A and the one middle roller unit B can be fixedly connected with the supporting beam 1 by bolts.
In order to ensure the stability of the whole structure, it is preferable that the two side roller units a are located in the same vertical plane, and the middle roller unit B is located in the other vertical plane, as shown in fig. 3. It should be noted that the vertical plane refers to a plane perpendicular to the running direction of the adhesive tape. Furthermore, in order to ensure that the adhesive tape runs smoothly, the middle roller unit B and the side roller unit A are sequentially arranged along the running direction of the adhesive tape, namely, the adhesive tape is ensured to firstly run to the middle roller unit B and then run to the side roller unit A in the running process.
Further, supporting beam 1 is the channel-section steel, two side roller unit A is located directly over supporting beam 1, when changing damaged roller 4, only need loosen fixing bolt just can take side roller unit A out to both sides respectively, again with side roller unit A push and fastening connection bolt behind the roller 4 of reloading. The middle roller unit B is positioned on the side of the supporting beam 1, when the damaged roller 4 is replaced, the middle roller unit B can be drawn out from the side surface only by loosening the fixing bolt, and the connecting bolt is fastened after the roller 4 is replaced, so that the purpose of rapidly replacing the roller 4 without lifting the adhesive tape is realized.
In this embodiment, the supporting beam 1 is further connected with a mounting bottom plate 5 for connecting with the conveyor main body. Optionally, the mounting base plate 5 is welded to the supporting beam 1, and the size of the mounting base plate is the same as that of an existing idler frame.
In summary, the grooved carrier roller of the existing standard integral structure is designed into three independent roller units, the grooved carrier roller can be combined into a grooved structure to meet the use requirement, and the grooved carrier roller can be independently disassembled to replace rollers.
Based on the same inventive concept, the invention also provides a belt conveyor which adopts the quick-disassembly type groove carrier roller group.

Claims (7)
1. A quick assembly disassembly type groove carrier roller group is characterized by comprising a supporting beam, two side roller frames, a middle roller frame and three rollers;
the three rollers are respectively arranged on the two side roller frames and the middle roller frame to form two side roller units and a middle roller unit;
the two edge roller units and one middle roller unit are installed on the supporting beam to be spliced into a groove-shaped carrier roller structure, wherein the middle roller unit and at least one edge roller unit are not in the same vertical plane.
2. The set of quick release profiled grooved idler rollers set forth in claim 1 wherein both of said edge roller units are located in the same vertical plane.
3. The set of quick release slotted idler rollers according to claim 2 wherein the support beam is a channel, two of the edge roller units are located directly above the support beam, and the middle roller unit is located to the side of the support beam.
4. The quick-release grooved idler set according to claim 1 wherein the center roller unit and the side roller units are arranged in series in the direction of tape travel.
5. The quick release profiled groove idler set as claimed in claim 1 wherein two of said edge roll units and one of said center roll units are bolted to said support beam.
6. The quick release profiled pocket roller set defined in claim 1 wherein a mounting plate is attached to said support beam for attachment to a conveyor body.
7. A belt conveyor comprising the quick-release profiled pocket roller set defined in any one of claims 1 to 6.
