Background
According to the national regulation: when the oil quantity of a single oil tank of oil-filled electrical equipment such as a main transformer is more than 1000kg, accident oil storage and oil discharge facilities are simultaneously arranged, and the capacities of the accident oil storage and oil discharge facilities are respectively not less than 20% of the oil quantity of the single equipment and 60% of the maximum capacity of the single equipment. The length and width of the oil storage pit are preferably 1m larger than the size of the outer corridor of the equipment, the oil pool for the total accident should have the function of oil-water separation, and the outlet of the oil pool should be led from a safe place and cannot cause environmental pollution. At present, a transformer fixed type accident oil pool in a conventional transformer substation is widely adopted in domestic and foreign electric power systems.
The conventional fixed transformer accident oil pool occupies a large amount of manpower, material resources, time and land, and therefore the operation speed and efficiency of the mobile transformer substation are affected.
Therefore, how to design an accident oil pool specially used for a vehicle-mounted mobile transformer, the accident oil pool does not need to occupy a large amount of manpower, material resources, time and land, so that the commissioning speed and the efficiency of the mobile substation are improved, and the key problem to be solved by technical personnel in the field is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an accident oil pool special for a vehicle-mounted mobile transformer, which does not need to occupy a large amount of manpower, material resources, time and land, thereby improving the commissioning speed and efficiency of a mobile transformer substation. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

The oil receiving pool is formed by assembling a plurality of L-shaped plates. The horizontal plates of the L-shaped plates form the sump floor 1. The vertical plates of the L-shaped panels constitute side dams 2. Two adjacent L-shaped plates are connected through bolts. During the manufacturing process in the factory, the L-shaped plates are produced in batches, and after the L-shaped plates arrive at the site, the L-shaped plates with corresponding quantity are assembled into the oil receiving pool around the trailer bottom plate 4 according to the actual size of the trailer bottom plate 4.
The assembled accident oil pool of the present invention comprises an oil collecting tank 3 in addition to the oil collecting tank. The oil collecting tank 3 is arranged right below the oil receiving pool and is arranged along the circumferential direction. The accident oil in the oil receiving pool can flow into the oil collecting tank 3 through the oil pool bottom plate 1. In this way, the accident oil discharged from the transformer 5 first falls into the oil receiving tank, and then flows into the oil collecting tank 3 below and is collected.
In the present invention, the oil receiving sump is closely arranged around the trailer floor 4, and the oil collecting sump 3 is arranged on the ground and is located right below the oil receiving sump. Because the oil receiving pool is tightly arranged around the trailer bottom plate 4, the oil collecting tank 3 right opposite to the oil receiving pool has a smaller outward expansion range relative to the trailer bottom plate 4, so that the occupied area is reduced, and the installation of the assembly type accident oil pool is facilitated.
The oil collecting grooves 3 are formed by splicing groove plates, and the adjacent oil collecting grooves 3 are connected through bolts.
In order to ensure that the accident oil in the oil receiving pool can fall into the oil collecting tank 3 below, the invention limits the downward projection of the oil receiving pool to fall into the area of the oil collecting tank 3.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the horizontal plate of the L-shaped plate has a width of 1m, a length of 1m, and a thickness of 5 cm. The height of the vertical plate of the L-shaped plate is 1 m. And the L-shaped plate is a stainless steel plate. The width of the slot plate is 1.1m, the height is 1m, the length is 1m, and the thickness is 5 cm.
Next, the specific structure of the oil sump floor 1 of the oil sump will be described: the oil pool bottom plate 1 specifically comprises an upper layer bottom plate and a lower layer bottom plate. The fireproof blocks are cobblestones, and gaps for accident oil to pass through are formed between adjacent cobblestones. The cobblestones have strong cooling and isolating functions, so that the accident can be prevented from being expanded. The fire-resistant block is not particularly limited, and is within the scope of the present disclosure, as long as the fire-resistant block can extinguish the accident oil fire and allow the accident oil to pass through.
The upper floor is in particular an upper grid plate 11 and the lower floor is in particular a lower grid plate 12. The grid plates are readily available and the grid structure is capable of allowing the passage of incident oil.
