The invention provides an embedded fixed insert type integrated blow molding process, which is characterized in that a fixed insert is embedded into a mold in advance, and is subjected to injection of blow molding sol, blanking and blow molding through a machine head, and finally pressure maintaining is carried out through mold assembly, so that plastic completely wraps the root or the contact part of the fixed insert. The invention realizes that the blow molding material is tightly wrapped on the fixed insert product body, and is simple and easy to operate; moreover, the process is relatively simple, the matching performance of the machine is better, the products are integrally formed, and the subsequent welding and assembling cost is greatly saved.

Technical Field

The pre-embedded fixed insert type integrated blow molding process saves the purchase cost required for increasing the hot riveting machine table in the later period, and reduces the reject ratio caused by poor hot riveting.
In the pre-embedded fixed insert type integrated blow molding process, the size of the fixed insert can be conveniently adjusted, the problem of difficult adjustment caused by an integral structure is solved, and the loading requirements of customers can be conveniently met.
In the step S2, the heat preservation and cooling of the mould mainly adopt a blow moulding machine and a mould temperature controller, the mould and the mould temperature controller are connected through a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, and the temperature of the mould is basically kept within a stable normal temperature range; further, the water inlet and outlet circulation of the mold temperature controller is connected with a water tower of the machine room.
