The submarine pipeline is a pipeline for continuously conveying a large amount of oil (gas) on the seabed through a closed pipeline, is a main component of an offshore oil (gas) field development and production system, and is also the fastest, safest, most economical and reliable offshore oil and gas transportation mode.
Due to erosion and washing of sea-bottom currents and waves, suspended sections often appear in sea-bottom pipelines buried on the seabed or arranged in pipe ditches. When the suspension distance exceeds the critical length, the static overbending is easy to cause, and the vertical and lateral vibration, even the swinging rope type vibration, is easy to cause the fatigue failure of the pipeline. The existing repair method generally fills a sand bag in a suspended position or adopts an underwater steel pipe pile and a cantilever beam for supporting, and more ship resources need to be mobilized to complete the repair task.
If can when the first diver touches and confirms the unsettled position of pipeline, the fatigue cyclic loss that unsettled bringing just can effectively be alleviated to the one set of simple and easy support anchor clamps of direct mount to can make many places hang and stride the concentrated unified pile driving of waiting and strut, practice thrift total unsettled treatment expense.
