A chip-cutting prevention device for a zero point positioning fixture central conical hole, wherein a central conical hole (7) for inserting a blind rivet (11) is formed in the zero point positioning fixture, and is characterized in that: the chip cutting prevention device comprises a supporting spring (8), a chip cutting prevention seat (9) and a chip cutting prevention sealing ring (10), wherein the supporting spring (8) is placed in a central conical hole (7), the lower end of the supporting spring (8) is abutted against the bottom of the central conical hole (7), the chip cutting prevention seat (9) is placed in the central conical hole (7), the chip cutting prevention seat (9) is connected or abutted against the upper end of the supporting spring (8), and the chip cutting prevention sealing ring (10) is installed on the chip cutting prevention seat (9) and is in contact with the wall of the central conical hole (7); and the anti-cutting sealing ring (10) is positioned at the top end opening of the central taper hole (7) when the blind rivet (11) is not inserted into the central taper hole (7).
2. A chip-cutting prevention device according to claim 1, wherein: an annular groove (94) is formed in the outer side face of the chip-preventing seat (9), and the chip-preventing sealing ring (10) is installed in the annular groove (94).

A chip-cutting prevention device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the chip-preventing seat (9) comprises a lower seat (91), an upper seat (92) and an adjusting and locking mechanism arranged between the lower seat (91) and the upper seat (92), the chip-preventing sealing ring (10) is positioned between the lower seat (91) and the upper seat (92) and clamped by the lower seat (91) and the upper seat (92), and the adjusting and locking mechanism can adjust the relative positions of the lower seat (91) and the upper seat (92) to be close to or separated from each other and can lock the relative positions of the lower seat (91) and the upper seat (92).

A chip-cutting prevention device according to claim 3, wherein: the lower end face and the inner side face and the outer side face of the anti-cutting sealing ring (10) are perpendicular to each other, the upper end face of the anti-cutting sealing ring (10) is a conical face and inclines towards the inner side, a limiting plane which is attached to the lower end face of the anti-cutting sealing ring (10) is arranged at the upper end of the lower seat (91), and a limiting conical face which is attached to the upper end face of the anti-cutting sealing ring (10) is arranged at the lower end of the upper seat (92).

6. A chip-cutting prevention device according to claim 3, wherein: the lower end of the upper seat (92) is provided with a limiting block (98), and the limiting block (98) is used for abutting against the lower seat (91).
7. A chip-cutting prevention device according to claim 1, wherein: the lower end of the chip-preventing seat (9) is provided with an annular clamping groove (95), and the upper end of the supporting spring (8) is located in the annular clamping groove (95).
