The invention provides a resistance spot welding positioning tool for a threaded part and a plate, which comprises a first conductive part, an insulating positioning part and a second conductive part, wherein the first conductive part is used for contacting with an upper electrode of a resistance spot welding gun; the insulating positioning element is arranged on the second conductive element and used for being in contact with the threaded element and positioning the threaded element, the second conductive element is used for being in contact with the lower electrode of the resistance spot welding gun, and the threaded element and the plate are pressed between the first conductive element and the second conductive element. When the welding gun is used, the threaded part and the plate are pressed between the first conductive part and the second conductive part, the threaded part is positioned by the insulating positioning part, and then the resistance spot welding gun is electrified, so that the threaded part can be conveniently spot-welded on the plate, and the connection between the threaded part and the plate is realized.

a first conductive piece and a second conductive piece in the resistance spot welding positioning tool pre-compress and fix the positioned threaded piece and the plate through a cylinder so as to tightly press the threaded piece and the plate between the first conductive piece and the second conductive piece;
and (3) pressurizing and electrifying the resistance spot welding gun, and spot-welding the threaded member, namely the nut or the bolt on the plate 31 to complete the connection of the threaded member and the plate.
After the welding method is applied, the nut or the bolt can be directly welded on the plate by a resistance spot welding method in a welding workshop; meanwhile, the resistance spot welding process can be operated by a robot, so that automatic production is realized; particularly for the welding of the bolt, the bolt can be directly connected with the plate without perforating on the plate, the sealing is realized, the connection strength is improved, and the problems that the hole is required when the projection welding is adopted and the sealing cannot be realized after the projection welding can be well solved; the key nut and bolt can be welded in the post process, so that the welding positioning precision is improved conveniently. Moreover, after the welding gun is used, the threaded part, namely the nut or the bolt, can be connected with the plate part in a resistance spot welding mode through the movable resistance spot welding gun; meanwhile, logistics, equipment and corresponding station appliances can be reduced, the welding strength of the existing stud welding is improved, the production efficiency is improved, the flexible optimization of workshop layout is facilitated, and the operability can be improved for some parts which are difficult to weld in a projection mode and in a welding mode; moreover, the positioning tool is easy to manufacture and low in cost.

the threaded part is a bolt, the insulating positioning part is a positioning sleeve, and a central hole of the positioning sleeve is used for being matched with a screw rod section of the bolt; the second conductive piece is a conductive column, and the upper end of the conductive column is provided with an installation groove for accommodating the positioning sleeve; the upper end surface of the conductive column is in contact with the lower end surface of a bolt head of the bolt, and the upper end surface of the bolt head is in contact with the bottom surface of the plate; the first conductive piece is arranged on the top surface of the plate, and the first conductive piece and the bolt are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the plate.
