The two-roller straightening machine for the aluminum alloy profiles with the rib plates according to claim 1, wherein the opening degree adjusting device comprises a speed reducing motor fixed to the top of the rack, two output ends of the speed reducing motor are respectively connected with input ends of two worm gear elevators fixed to two ends of the top of the rack through transmission shafts, and output ends of the two worm gear elevators are respectively connected with upper portions of two bearing seats of the upper roller system.

The aluminum alloy profile two-roller straightener with the rib plate according to claim 1, is characterized in that the driving mechanism comprises a transmission base, a transmission motor, a coupler and a speed reducer are installed on the transmission base, an output end of the transmission motor is connected with an input end of the speed reducer through the coupler, and an output end of the speed reducer is connected with the roller shaft through a universal joint shaft.

The aluminum alloy profile two-roller straightening machine with the rib plate according to claim 1, characterized in that rack roller devices are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the rack respectively; the frame roller device is respectively positioned at two sides of the straightening roller system and comprises a frame roller bearing seat and frame rollers, wherein the frame roller bearing seat is symmetrically arranged on the frame from front to back, and the two ends of the frame rollers are respectively rotatably connected with the frame roller bearing seat.

The two-roller straightening machine for the aluminum alloy profiles with the rib plates according to claim 1, wherein the rack comprises a driving side rack plate and an operating side rack plate which are symmetrically arranged in front and back, the driving side rack plate and the operating side rack plate are vertically arranged and are fixedly connected through a plurality of connecting cross beams,
the transmission side frame plate and the operation side frame plate are respectively provided with a window, the windows are U-shaped, the bottom of each window is used for bearing the bearing seat of the lower roller system, an upper cross beam is arranged at the opening end of each window, and the two ends of each upper cross beam are respectively fixedly connected with the tops of the transmission side frame plate and the operation side frame plate;
the opening degree adjusting device is fixed on the upper cross beam;
and one end of the roller shaft connected with the driving mechanism is positioned on one side of the frame plate on the transmission side.
8. The aluminum alloy profile two-roller straightener with rib plates according to claim 1, wherein the number of the roller rings of the upper roller system is the same as or different from that of the roller rings of the lower roller system.

The aluminum alloy profile two-roller straightener with the rib plate according to claim 1, is characterized in that the outer diameter of the roller ring of the upper roller system is the same as the outer diameter of the roller ring of the lower roller system; the width of the roller ring of the upper roller system is the same as or different from that of the roller ring of the lower roller system.
10. The aluminum alloy profile two-roller straightener with the rib plate according to claim 1, is characterized in that the cross sections of the roller surfaces of the roller ring of the upper roller system and the roller ring of the lower roller system are arc lines or straight lines.
