Abstract
The invention provides a breast prosthesis with changeable volume and a construction method, which is characterized in that: comprises a breast implant prosthesis, an adjusting end and a double-row pipe; the breast implant prosthesis is connected with the adjusting end head through the double-row pipe; according to the invention, the water-based polyurethane material with the telescopic function is adopted, the filler is physiological saline, and the water filling base is preset, so that the use amount of the physiological saline can be increased or reduced at any time according to the size of the breast on the opposite side, the breast with the same size as the breast on the opposite side can be completely reconstructed, and the aesthetic effect after operation is effectively improved; the product is designed into a round shape or a water drop shape, and meets the requirement of a human body morphological structure; the surface of the product is designed into a hair surface structure, so that the product is easy to fuse with tissues to form fiber capsules and promote rapid shaping; the product has dual functions of inflation and water filling.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a breast prosthesis with a changeable volume and a construction method.
Background
The breast is a symmetrical organ, and the aesthetic of the breast is most importantly bilaterally symmetrical. Mammary prostheses are used clinically for decades, from liquid silicone rubber at the beginning, to saline injection, to semi-gel silicone rubber which is now commonly used, and also from round to drop-shaped in shape, but have certain disadvantages in clinical use. For example, the prosthesis selected is often not suitable due to many uncertainties such as posture, tissue edema, and post-operative recovery during surgery. The existing silica gel prosthesis has high density and high local skin pressure, and is easy to cause skin flap necrosis. Part of patients have a load feeling and are easy to feel uncomfortable; and the existing silica gel prosthesis is easy to crack or leak, thereby causing serious consequences.
Most of silica gel prostheses in the current market are integrally formed, most of the models are fixed, and when the silica gel prostheses are selected for use, an embarrassing situation that the silica gel prostheses with proper sizes cannot be found is easily generated, so that the aesthetic property of postoperative recovery of patients is influenced, and therefore, a breast prosthesis with the size capable of being changed at will is needed.

S3: under the irradiation of ultraviolet lamps, the gas filling bin 201 and the solution filling bin 202 are in different colors, and then the breast implant prosthesis 1 is adjusted until the chest of a patient is symmetrical; the operation steps are kept in agreement with S1.
